Billy Ray Cyrus' mullet is the only thing that appears to have gotten old.

Here's the 31-year-old achy breaky singer back in 1993 (
left) -- and 18 years later, the 49-year-old at an event earlier this month (
right).
You'd think being
Miley Cyrus' dad would age a fella.
After
trashing his daughter's hit show (then taking it back) and
filing for divorce from his wife (then taking it back),
Billy Ray Cyrus was seen with
Miley,
Tish and other daughter
Noah during a coffee run in their neighborhood of Toluca Lake on Sunday.

Like nothing ever happened ...
Tish Cyrus was shocked to see a paparazzo yesterday when she and current husband
Billy Ray were spotted out driving some giant truck in Toluca Lake.

It's no surprise these two are still together.
The duet between
Bret Michaels and
Miley Cyrus will finally be released ... and Bret let it be known on the same day Miley's dad announced he and Miley's mom were reconciling
. Hmmmm ....

The song, the Poison classic "Every Rose Has Its Thorn," has had a strange history to say the least. Plans to release it got scrapped last year when rumors spread that Michaels had an affair with Miley's mom,
Tish Cyrus. Everyone involved
denied the rumors and BIlly Ray and Tish
pulled the plug on their divorce yesterday.
Michaels now reportedly says the track is a go, even hinting at the reason it was delayed, saying, "The record label was supposed have to this huge humongous release of 'Every Rose.' It was going to be Miley's next-step song, but because of
that, they stepped back."
Michaels says the single will probably drop over the summer.
Billy Ray Cyrus just made it official, by filing documents -- obtained by
TMZ -- to withdraw his divorce petition so he can try to save his marriage.

Billy Ray filed the docs in Williamson County, Tennessee, stating, "The parties are attempting a reconciliation."
Billy Ray has been saying
Miley Cyrus' fame compromised their family.

Billy Ray and Tish have been seen out together over the last few weeks.
The petition to withdraw the divorce was filed March 11 ... and the judge signed the order withdrawing the divorce papers.
Billy Ray Cyrus believes "
Hannah Montana" ruined his relationship with his daughter
Miley Cyrus -- claiming, "The damn show destroyed my family."

Billy Ray spilled his guts to
GQ Magazine -- claiming Miley's handlers meddled in his relationship with his daughter and prevented him from properly parenting her through difficult situations ... including the Vanity Fair cover scandal and her controversial pole dancing performance at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards.
Billy says he hasn't spoken to Miley since the bong video surfaced and states, "I'm scared for her. She's got a lot of people around her that's putting her in a great deal of danger."
Billy also claims "there's no doubt" his family is under attack by Satan.
When asked about "Hannah Montana" -- Billy said, "I'll tell you right now -- the damn show destroyed my family."
Billy says he wishes "Hannah" had never happened -- saying, "I'd take it back in a second. For my family to be here and just be everybody okay, safe and sound and happy and normal."
Billy also compares Miley to Anna Nicole Smith -- saying, "You could see that train wreck coming."
And there's a Michael Jackson connection -- during the interview, Billy revealed he tried to reach out to Michael Jackson before his death and invite him to a taping of the show ... explaining, "I just felt it would be good for Michael."
Billy never revealed if MJ ever took him up on his offer.
Miley Cyrus Scandals
The Topless 'Vanity Fair' Shoot
People were outraged when Miley posed topless (but covered) in 2008 for Annie Leibovitz's infamous Vanity Fair shoot.
Miley issued an apology, saying, "I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic' and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed."
The Inappropriate Photo
It's the photo that spawned a $4 billion lawsuit — the one of Miley and pals mocking Asian people by slanting their eyes.
The photo came out in February, 2009 and prompted this apology: "I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometimes my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. I know everything is a part of GOD's ultimate plan, and mistakes happen so that eventually I will become the woman he aspires me to be."
By the way ... a judge threw out the massive lawsuit against Miley.
Miley Hits the Pole
In August of 2009, 16-year-old Miley pole danced during her performance at the TEEN CHOICE AWARDS ... and pissed off parents around the country in the process.
Billy Ray defended her again, saying, "You know what? I just think that Miley loves entertaining people. I always tell her to love what you're doing and stay focused for the love of the art and not worry so much about opinion."
Miley Partying with a Bong
Miley's latest scandal — she celebrated her 18th birthday last year by taking a huge bong rip ... on video.
As we first reported, sources close to Miley say she wasn't smoking weed — rather a substance called salvia that's legal in California.
Miley broke her silence about the video two months after we posted it, saying, "I'm not perfect ... I made a mistake. I'm disappointed in myself for disappointing my fans."
Miley -- It's Corona Time
In November of last year, Miley was photographed with a Corona during a trip to Spain. But thanks to lax drinking laws there — people as young as 16 are allowed to consume — Miley wasn't on the hook for underage drinking.
Tish and
Billy Ray Cyrus enjoyed a movie in Burbank last night with two of their children not named
Miley ... despite having
filed for divorce back in October.

No word on what movie they say, but if we had to bet ... we'd say "Country Strong."
Sources connected with
Miley Cyrus' family tell TMZ ...
Billy Ray and
Tish will put their Toluca Lake home on the market -- we're told probably for more than $7 million.

Billy Ray
filed for divorce October 26. But get this ... sources tell TMZ that more than three months ago
Tish, looked at a home listed in nearby Encino for $4.6 million.
Rich people downsizing.
We took your questions on everything -- including
Mel Gibson's gun collection,
Leo DiCaprio's alleged slasher copping a plea, and
Billy Ray Cyrus storming out of a radio interview.
Plus:
Sam Ronson sued over a dead dog.
Billy Ray Cyrus stormed out of an unaired radio interview this week after the DJ tried to ask Billy about his divorce ... and TMZ has obtained audio from the emotionally charged exchange.

It all went down on Tuesday during an interview for the "
Woody & The Wake-Up Call" show on
WCOL in Nashville -- when Billy scolded the host
Woody Johnson for even trying to ask about his marriage.
As he made a beeline for the exit, Billy can be heard lashing out at Woody -- saying he was, "very rude" ... and that he "should be disgusted."
The full interview is set to air on Monday -- but we gotta ask...
