Bow Wow can officially check another lawsuit off his list of legal woes, but doing so is gonna cost him almost $4,000 ... TMZ has learned.
A Georgia court ruled this week in favor of the limo company that
sued the rapper for not paying his bill. He's been ordered to pay $3,594.87 in a default judgement because he never showed up in court.
Sources close to Bow Wow tell TMZ he is currently in the process of cleaning up his financial troubles, which has included hiring a new team to handle his business affairs.
Bow Wow already paid off one lawsuit this year -- $90,000 to settle an unpaid tour bus bill -- and we're told his new team is already in the process of dealing with the three tax liens already against him for the years 2006, 2008 and 2010.

Bow Wow can finally go back home to Georgia -- without being immediately arrested -- and all it took was a $90,000 check.
TMZ broke the story ...
a Tennessee tour bus company won a judgment against the rapper over a $92,749 bill from 2009. BW never paid, so the company went back after him in Georgia court ... asking a judge to make Bow Wow fork over the dough.
Bow Wow failed to cooperate, so the Georgia judge held him in contempt -- ordering the rapper be arrested on sight anywhere in the state.
But it's all water under the bridge now -- a notice was recently filed in Georgia court, showing BW has paid the bill in full.
It's unclear if the arrest order has explicitly been lifted -- but at this point, it's just a formality. Ain't Georgia peachy?
Bow Wow's 2012 is off to a rather litigious start -- not only is he buried in tax liens, and a wanted man in Georgia for ducking a civil lawsuit ... but now he's being sued by a limousine company, just for good measure.
According to a lawsuit filed this week in Georgia, Bow Wow (real name Shad Moss) stiffed the limo company to the tune of $3,594.87.
Our sources say the bill goes all the way back to 2008 and stems from services provided in California.

Bow Wow has avoided a civil lawsuit for long enough -- and now a judge in Georgia has ordered he be arrested and held in custody until produces documents and information to the other side.
Bow Wow was ordered by a Tennessee court back in 2009 to pay almost $100,000 to a tour bus company for allegedly not paying his bill. The company then took the case to Georgia to try and get the court where Bow Wow lives to enforce the judgment.
He was ordered to produce documents in his home state regarding the lawsuit, which he never did. As a result, the tour company filed a motion to have the rapper held in contempt.
Finally back in October, the judge granted the motion and ordered Bow Wow be arrested and held until he produces the necessary documents the tour bus company asked for.
Bow Wow has not been taken into custody so far, or responded to the lawsuit.

Bow Wow needs to hire himself a new accountant -- because not only does he have a tax lien against him for unpaid taxes from 2006 ... but now it turns out he owes back taxes from 2008 and 2010 as well!
As TMZ first reported, a tax lien in Florida for the year 2006 put Bow Wow
on the hook for $91,105.61. The lien has still not been paid off.
Now a new lien was filed on January 9, this time in Georgia, saying Bow Wow owes $15, 279.62 for unpaid taxes from 2008 and another $19.700.91 for 2010.
Put it all together ... and you've got $126,086.14.

Bow Wow is all grown up now, but just because he's a lil older ... doesn't mean he's learned how to pay off Uncle Sam -- he owes almost six figures in back taxes, this according to court documents.
A tax lien filed in Florida by the federal government says the rapper, real name Shad Gregory Moss, owes the government $91,105.61 for unpaid taxes from the year 2006.
A pair of magical sneakers won't solve this problem.

Chris Brown and
Bow Wow don't take their hard-earned money for granted -- and to prove just how seriously they take their finances ... the rappers dropped $5,000 a pop on MULTIPLE strippers last week.
Bow and Breezy let loose at the King of Diamonds strip club in Miami last Wednesday -- the largest strip club on the planet -- buying untold bottles of booze for their entourage ... and lining the floor with singles.
Sources at the club tell TMZ, at least three dancers walked away with $5,000 in tips ... each.
A local celebrity baker topped off the night with a giant 2-story cake for Team Breezy, lined with Swarovski crystals. Chris Brown's rep confirmed the after party took place at KOD -- but didn't have a further comment. So far, no word back from Bow Wow's rep.
Bow Wow's baby mama was so pissed that he was MIA during the birth of their baby, and the days that followed -- she 86'd him from the baby's birth certificate.
Joie Chavis tells TMZ ... she was shocked that B.W. wasn't there for her when she went under the knife for an emergency C-section on April 27. And if Bow Wow's excuse was squeamishness, it didn't explain his absence in the days that followed.
He finally showed up on the 6th day of the baby's life, to take them home.

Pissed as she was, Joie tells us Bow Wow has turned it around and now is all about baby
Shai.
Joie says she's now willing to let bygones be bygones and put Bow Wow on the document, but it's going to take a judge to make that happen.
Bow Wow had his arm full last weekend at the oldest "cannabis coffee shop" in the world -- a caffeine-fueled weed dispensary located smack in the middle of Amsterdam's red light district.

Sources at the Bulldog coffee shop tell us the rapper purchased some "merchandise" on his visit -- but they refused to be more specific.
Paranoid much?
Oakland Raider
Javon Walker made his triumphant return to the Las Vegas nightlife this weekend -- but more importantly, he made it out safely ... this time.

As TMZ previously reported, Walker was robbed and beat down back in June '08 after some bad guys targeted the NFL star after he was in a champagne spraying play fight in a nightclub ... while wearing a ridiculously expensive watch.
This time, Walker kept a low profile, quietly sipping on a beverage with his pal Bow Wow at Vanity at the Hard Rock Hotel -- while wearing a much more subtle timepiece.
