Brett Favre's sister has been accused of destroying a house ... by creating a gargantuan amount of dangerous meth fumes ... this according to a new lawsuit.
Brett's younger sister
Brandi Favre was arrested in a massive meth bust in Mississippi last year -- and now, a couple that lives next door to the alleged meth lab claims the fumes from the manufacturing process have wreaked havoc on their home.
According to the lawsuit, the couple claims a meth screening company detected "widespread meth contamination" in their home after Brandi's January 2011 arrest -- and recommended the entire place be cleaned.
As a result, the couple claims they had to find a new home for 5 months while their house was restored to a livable condition -- not only inconvenient ... but massively expensive.
The couple is now suing Brandi and her alleged accomplices for unspecified damages. Attempts to reach Brandi -- whose case is still pending before a grand jury -- were unsuccessful.
Jenn Sterger claims she's never MET
Brett Favre in person -- a HUGE surprise ... considering she's allegedly seen his naked man parts in sext messages from the quarterback himself.

During the interview, which aired this morning on "
Good Morning America" -- Sterger said the drama began when someone wearing a Jets badge randomly approached her one day and asked, "How would you feel if Brett Favre asked for your phone number?"
Sterger claims she responded with, "I'd say I like my job an awful lot. And I've been told I look remarkably like his wife" ... and then she walked away without giving up her digits.
Sterger also claims the closest she's come to seeing him in person was simply in passing, adding "We've never met ... there's never been an introduction."
Jenn gets pretty damn emotional -- claiming in the wake of the scandal she's been unfairly labeled as a gold-digger and a home-wrecker ... and says, "I'm none of those things."
Jenn Sterger, the woman who accused NFL legend
Brett Favre of sending her lewd text messages, claims she hasn't made a single cent off the entire ordeal.

As part of an interview that airs on ABC over the next few days, Sterger told George Stephanopoulos, "I haven't made a dime off anything in this whole situation. Not from the pictures. Not from Favre. I never wanted to sue anyone. That was never an intention of mine ... I'm not a gold-digger."
Thus far, the only lawsuit Sterger has filed is against her former manager to try and get back "materials" related to the Favre saga.
This time
Brett Favre means it -- he's retiring from football ... and he's gone so far as to file paperwork with the
NFL saying he's done ... TMZ has confirmed.

TMZ confirmed with the
Minnesota Vikings that Favre filed the documents.
Of course, this is just a technicality. The 41-year old future Hall of Fame QB could still decide to return next season -- as he did the last three years.
Then again, Favre's never been this beat up -- he didn't even play in the Vikes' last two games.
So, we gotta ask...
Brett Favre deals with sext rejection like a pro -- and knows just when to back off -- at least according to the mystery masseuse who turned down the QB's advance back in 2008.
Amanda Oswald -- who was hired by the
New York Jets to work on Brett for a day in 2008 -- confirms to TMZ that Favre sent her a text message soliciting her for a sexual encounter after a massage session.
Oswald tells us that unlike two OTHER masseuses who worked on Jets players on the day she was contracted, Oswald and her lawyer Andrew Campanelli will NOT be pursuing a sexual harassment case against the NFL star ... because she doesn't feel Brett violated her rights.

Oswald explains ... after Favre sent the text asking for a private session with "bad intentions" -- Oswald said she texted back, simply informing him she wasn't game for anything sexual.
According to Oswald, Favre replied, "OK" ... and never pursued her further.
Oswald tells us, "I do believe it was inappropriate ... I can't say I was being harassed."
Oswald has not worked for the Jets since the day of the text incident ... but she tells us she's not opposed to taking another gig with the team if the opportunity presents itself.
Brandi Favre still has a "very close" relationship with her famous older brother -- and TMZ has learned she plans on reaching out to
Brett Favre for help in the wake of her meth arrest.

According to Brandi's attorney
Richard Dymond -- who also happens to be a Favre family friend -- Brandi still talks to Brett on a "regular basis" and will be turning to the NFL star for guidance.
Dymond tells us despite Brandi's past brushes with the law -- she's never been convicted of a "serious crime" ... and insists, "Brandi is a good person."
As we previously reported, Brandi and 4 other people were arrested in Mississippi this week after cops claim they were operating a meth lab in an upscale neighborhood. Brandi is due back in court in February.
So far, no comment from Brett's camp.
Authorities have released the mug shot of
Brett Favre's younger sister -- taken moments after she was arrested in a meth bust in Mississippi yesterday.

34-year-old
Brandi Favre was busted after cops broke up a meth lab hidden in a condo in an upscale neighborhood.
Cops told WLOX, "We discovered the full lab in the bathroom; it was still cooking. I think we collected pretty close to ten grams of finished product, which, that's a lot of meth."
Brandi -- and 4 others -- have all been charged with manufacturing meth, possession of a controlled substance, transferring a controlled substance and generation of hazardous waste.
UPDATE 10:10 AM PST: Brandi appeared in a Hancock County courtroom this morning, where her bond was set at $40,000. If convicted, Brandi faces up to 30 years in prison on each count.
UPDATE 1:30 PM PST: Law enforcement sources tell us Brandi just posted bail and has been released
.
Brett Favre's younger sister was arrested in Mississippi today when narcotics agents busted a meth lab hidden in a condo.
Brandi Favre was among 5 suspects rounded up on the scene ... and according to WLOX, the perps were taken to a local medical center for decontamination before being thrown behind bars.
It's not the first time Brandi's had a run-in with the law -- in the past, she's been arrested for shoplifting and unlawful use of a weapon.
Story developing ...
Jenn Sterger's finally ready to go public ... as in, rescheduling the public appearance she abruptly pulled out of -- and promised to rebook -- when the
Brett Favre sexting scandal first broke.

TMZ has learned Jenn will be hosting a
March Madness party at the grand opening of Public House in Chicago on March 17.
Jenn's been laying way low since Brett's alleged penis pics started popping up on the Internet in October -- prompting her to back out of a
Chicago bar event with the same people marketing the
NCAA hoops party.
We're told Jenn will pose for pics and sign autographs -- and she's donating her appearance fee to
Project Sunshine.
One of the masseuses suing
Brett Favre for sexual harassment is no stranger to a good stiffing -- TMZ has learned she's on the hook for allegedly flaking on an $18,000 credit card bill ... TMZ has learned.

According to documents filed in Nassau County Supreme Court in NY --
Christina Scavo was sued by American Express for not paying her $18,701.93 credit card bill back in 2009. Court records show AMEX got a lien against Scavo to collect the money ... and as of this morning, the lien is still active.
We spoke to Christina's attorney -- who tells us he wasn't aware of the debt but explained, "That's typically what happens when people lose their jobs and can't pay their bills."
As we previously reported -- Scavo and another woman both claimed the NY Jets blacklisted them after Christina's husband confronted Favre over texts in which the QB allegedly tried to initiate a post massage sexual encounter.
Before two masseuses sued
Brett Favre for sexual harassment they made a last ditch appeal to the
NY Jets to get their jobs back, but were denied ... according to an attorney for the women.
Christina Scavo and
Shannon O'Toole's lawyer
David Jaroslawicz tells TMZ he sent a letter in November ... asking the Jets to rehire them.
In the lawsuit -- filed yesterday -- the women claim the Jets stopped hiring them after Scavo's husband confronted Favre about text messages he allegedly sent proposing a rendezvous with her.
Jaroslawicz says he and the Jets went back and forth ... but ultimately they refused to put Scavo and O'Toole back on the payroll -- and it was only then that they decided to sue Favre and the team to recoup lost wages.
Scavo and O'Toole were never officially "terminated" by the Jets -- because sources associated with the team say the women were not Jets employees ... but
independent contracted workers.
