Brian Austin Green is being sued by a celebrity photographer who claims he was brutally beaten by the actor as his wife, Megan Fox, egged him on.

Delbert Shaw claims in a lawsuit that will be filed this morning in L.A. County Superior Court ... he was taking pics of the smoking hot couple last December on the beach in front of the Four Seasons Resort in Hualalai, Hawaii ... when Brian and Megan allegedly made verbal threats against Shaw. 

According to the suit, it escalated when Megan yelled to her hubby, "Are you going to let him get away with that?"

Shaw alleges Brian defended Megan's honor by hauling off and pummeling him, causing severe injuries. To add insult to injury, Shaw claims Brian threw his iPhone into the deep blue sea.

Shaw says Megan was egging Brian on during the entire incident.

He's suing for unspecified damages and is represented by attorney Sark Ohanian at the law firm of Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley, LLP in Beverly Hills.

Calls to reps for Fox and Green were not returned.

Proving their marriage is as fit as they are, original "90210" star Brian Austin Green, 38, and his gorgeous bikini-clad 25-year-old wife Megan Fox got touchy feely with each other while showing off their happily married ripped physiques in Hawaii this weekend.

They are abs-olutely perfect for each other.

Brian Austin Green has declared war on a former "90210" co-star who allegedly screwed him out of $200,000 ... and the accused happens to be the mother of his 9-year-old kid.

B.A.G. has filed a lawsuit against Vanessa Marcil-Giovanazzo -- the chick who played Donna's troublemaking cousin on the show -- claiming he let her BORROW a ton of money back when they were dating ... but she NEVER paid him back.

In the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Green claims he fired off check after check after check to Vanessa ... but insisted "the monies were not gifts" and she promised to pay him back.

Green claims in 2000 -- BEFORE he knocked up Vanessa -- he loaned her up to $50,000 at a time ... and in total, lent her more than $200,000.

In the docs, Green says each time he loaned her money, he and Vanessa agreed that she would pay back the money "promptly" whenever he asked for it. Green says he came calling in November 2011 ... but she refuses to fork over the dough.

Green is demanding all of his cash back -- plus additional unspecified damages.

Calls to Vanessa's rep have not been returned.

Shia LaBeouf says he totally got down with Megan Fox before she was fired off the "Transformers" franchise ... there's only one little catch -- she may have been dating Brian Austin Green at the time.



LaBeouf gave a tell-all, no-holds barred interview to Details.com, in which the interviewer asked point blank if Shia ever hooked up with Fox ... and according to the article, "LaBeouf nods affirmatively."

LaBeouf explained, "Look, you're on the set for six months, with someone who's rooting to be attracted to you, and you're rooting to be attracted to them."

"I never understood the separation of work and life in that situation. But the time I spent with Megan was our own thing, and I think you can see the chemistry onscreen."

But here's the CRAZY part -- the interviewer says he asked if Megan was dating B.A.G. during their hookup ... and LaBeouf replied, "I don't know, man. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. . . ." repeating the phrase exactly 12 times with various intonations, as if trying to get it just right.

LaBeouf eventually said, "It was what it was."

A rep for Megan Fox tells TMZ, "We have no comment." 

With their one year wedding anniversary just a few days away, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green soaked their pale, tatted up bones at the beach in Hawaii this weekend.


There are few anniversary presents better than Megan Fox in a pink bikini.

TMZ has learned Nick Prugo -- the alleged ringleader of the Burglar Bunch -- has been arrested again ... but this time for something that happened when he was just 16.


Prugo was arrested today and booked as a juvenile and later released to his parents. Sources tell us he was picked up at his house by four officers and brought in to the police station.

We're told the case has something to do with an incident that went down three years ago -- but it's unclear exactly what it is. Prugo's attorney tells TMZ he believes it has to do with a burglary. Shocker. 

As we previously reported, Nick was recently indicted on seven counts of first-degree residential burglary and one count of conspiracy for allegedly burglarizing the houses of a number of celebs ... including Lindsay Lohan, Audrina Patridge and Orlando Bloom.

While she showed off her wedding band last week, Megan Fox finally gave photogs a peek at her giant newlywed diamond bling in West Hollywood on Thursday.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are finally back from their honeymoon in Hawaii -- and they were spotted yesterday at a grocery store in Glendale, stocking up on plenty of beverages for the holiday.



Wonder what they've been doing all this time that has left them so thirsty?


 

Nearly all the alleged members of the Burglar Bunch were back in court today -- after getting indicted by the L.A. County Grand Jury for a string of celebrity burglaries.


Nick Prugo, Rachel Lee, Diana Tamayo, Courtney Leigh Ames and Roy Lopez Jr. were all indicted on the following charges:

Prugo -- Seven counts of first-degree residential burglary, one count conspiracy
Lee -- Two counts of first-degree residential burglary, two counts receiving stolen property, one count conspiracy
Tamayo -- One count first-degree residential burglary, one count receiving stolen property, one count conspiracy
Ames -- One count first-degree residential burglary, two counts receiving stolen property, one count conspiracy
Lopez Jr. -- One count first-degree residential burglary, one count receiving stolen property, one count conspiracy

The group has already been charged by the D.A. with the various crimes against Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Orlando Bloom, Megan Fox, Brian Austin Green, Audrina Patridge, and Rachel Bilson.

Sources say prosecutors were fed up with the objections by defense lawyers over the preliminary hearing, so the D.A. took the case to the Grand Jury.  Now the case will go straight to trial, without a preliminary hearing.

They're all due back in court on August 12.

Meanwhile ... in a jail nearby ... Burglar Bunch member Alexis Neiers is currently serving her six-month sentence.

We're usually better than this, but TMZ has learned some of the alleged celebrity victims in the Burglar Bunch case walked right through the front door of the criminal courthouse in downtown L.A. to testify before the Grand Jury, and no one noticed.

TMZ just broke the story ... defendant Nick Prugo has been indicted by the Grand Jury.  We've now learned other defendants in the case have also been indicted and the judge will receive the indictments later this AM.  Sources say Courtney Ames and Roy Lopez Jr. are among those indicted.

We don't know specifically which celebs testified, but the roster is impressive -- Orlando Bloom, Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Rachel Bilson, Megan Fox, Brian Austin Green, Audrina Patridge and Ashley Tisdale.

As for why the D.A. chose the Grand Jury route, multiple sources tell TMZ prosecutors got sick and tired of the objections from defense lawyers for the upcoming preliminary hearing.  The prelim is bypassed when the Grand jury indicts.

Brian Austin Green enjoyed another day in wedded bliss by sitting on some rocks and feeling his new wife Megan Fox's flat belly in Hawaii yesterday.



As we previously reported, the newlyweds were married in a small ceremony last week on the Big Island.

As for the pregnancy rumors? The only thing showing in these pics -- Megan's ridiculously toned mid-section.
