Bruce Beresford-Redman
I'm Ready to Talk
... for a Price!!!

Bruce Beresford-Redman is finally ready to tell his side of the story.
Bruce Beresford-Redman -- the former "Survivor" producer accused of murdering his wife -- is finally ready to tell his side of the story ... but only if the price is right.

BBR's spokesperson has been calling various media outlets, including TMZ, in an effort to score the very first interview with the murder suspect, who's currently behind bars in Mexico.

It's unclear how much BBR is hoping to score from a tell-all.  We're not biting.

BBR's rep, Steve Jaffe, tells us Bruce needs the dough to pay for his legal defense.

Earlier this week, BBR was ordered to stand trial for allegedly killing his wife during a vacation in Cancun back in 2010.  BBR insists he is innocent.

BRUCE BERESFORD-REDMAN
COPS CALLED
IN WAR OVER CHILDREN

0803_monica_beresford_redman_exThe family battle over former "Survivor" producer -- and current murder suspect -- Bruce Beresford-Redman's children is so intense ... police were recently called to enforce a visitation with the kids' aunts.

Bruce's parents and the sisters of his slain wife -- Monica Burgos Beresford-Redman -- have been warring over guardianship of the former couple's two children ... Camila and Alec.

In new documents filed in the case -- and obtained by TMZ -- the grandparents claim the aunts called police when 6-year-old Camila did not want to join them for a visitation.

According to the docs, the grandparents claim Camila and Alec were traumatized -- and they already think "police are bad" for taking their father away.

Bruce was arrested last month and is awaiting extradition to Mexico to stand trial for his wife's murder.

The grandparents wanted to suspend visitation with the aunts ... but instead the judge ruled both sides should stop bad mouthing each other -- and visits should continue as scheduled.

'Survivor' Producer -- Dead Wife's $$$ On Lockdown

Bruce Beresford-Redman may be up the river without a paddle -- TMZ has learned the sisters of his murdered wife just successfully blocked the TV producer from tapping into his wife's assets.

Bruce Beresford-Redman

According to the court order granted yesterday -- obtained by TMZ -- Monica Burgos Beresford-Redman's assets "may not be sold, encumbered or transferred without Court order" ... "Specifically, Bruce Beresford-Redman does not have the authority to encumber Monica's interest."

As we first reported, Monica's sisters -- Jeane and Carla -- filed the petition days after Bruce was arrested in California -- fearing Bruce would use Monica's money to pay lawyers who will defend him on murder charges.

Bruce is still in custody in the United States -- months after Mexican authorities issued an arrest warrant for him ... in connection with the death of his wife.

Dogfight Over Money in 'Survivor' Murder Case

The sisters of Monica Burgos Beresford-Redman want a judge to keep her husband away from Monica's assets -- because they are afraid Bruce Beresford-Redman will raid the account to pay lawyers who will defend him on murder charges.

The sisters are also worried Bruce will fleece Monica's estate to post a hefty bail. In legal docs filed today, Monica's sisters claim Bruce is already under severe financial stress.

The move comes just days after Beresford-Redman was arrested in connection with Monica's murder.

Bruce Beresford-Redman In Federal Custody

Bruce Beresford-Redman has been arrested and is in federal custody, TMZ has learned.

1116_bruce_bereford_doc_launch_EXD_2

Bruce was arrested at his house in Rancho Palos Verdes, outside L.A., a few minutes ago.  U.S. Marshals and the FBI conducted the arrest.  We're told the arrest is for extradition to Mexico.

Mexican authorities issued an arrest warrant in May for the former "Survivor" producer, in connection with the murder of his wife, Monica Burgos Beresford-Redman.

The federal complaint alleges a forensic expert examined Bruce's hotel room and found blood stains on a pillar in the room, on the sheets and on a railing.

And the complaint says two teenagers in the hotel room below Bruce's were awakened by "screams, crying for help and extremely loud banging from the room above ... it sounded like a woman in extreme distress."

According to the complaint, "The fact of BERESFORD's affair was confirmed through emails obtained by the Mexican authorities in which BERESFORD admitted to his wife that he had been unfaithful."

The complaint claims an employee at the hotel witnessed Bruce "attempt to physically assault the woman," whom he later identified as Monica.

And, according to the complaint, after Monica disappeared, authorities observed scratches/abrasions on Bruce's hands, behind his ear, on his left shin and his right ankle.

Bruce will be in federal court in downtown L.A. tomorrow.

Sisters in 'Survivor' Case -- Put the Will To the Test

The sisters of Bruce Beresford-Redman's murdered wife think her signature was forged on a will -- and now they're asking the court to let a handwriting expert determine if it's legit.

0629_bruce_EX_TMZ_03

Long story short, Monica had two wills -- one from 2004 which says Monica's sister gets custody of their two children ... and a 2008 will that gives custody to the godfather of one of the kids.

In documents filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Monica's sisters ask the judge to let them have a handwriting expert analyze Monica's signatures to determine which draft is the real deal.  According to the papers, they think Monica's signature on the 2008 will is fake.

Bruce's parents currently have custody of the kids. Bruce continues to fight extradition to Mexico where he's been charged with Monica's murder.

'Survivor' Producer's In-Laws -- Send BBR to Mexico!

Bruce Beresford-Redman's sisters-in-law are sick and tired of waiting for the U.S. government to extradite the "Survivor" producer back to Mexico -- so they staged a public rally today to prove it.

The sisters of Bruce's wife Monica -- who was murdered last April in Mexico -- marched to the L.A. federal courthouse with a group of friends this afternoon ... chanting "Justice for Monica!" and carrying signs with messages like "U.S. Government, Please Help This Brutally Murdered Mother."

Mexico has already formally asked the U.S. to extradite BBR -- the prime suspect in his wife's murder -- but U.S. authorities have yet to respond.

Beresford-Redman Claims Shrink's a Media Whore

The ugly battle between the families in the Bruce Beresford-Redman case just got uglier -- now BBR is accusing his former sister-in-laws of trying to force his two children to see a shrink who does not shy away from the camera.

0630_bruce_doc_ex

BBR, along with his mother and father, filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in which they object to a bid by his murdered wife's sisters to replace his children's therapist with Dr. Charles Sophy, a prominent Bev Hills children's shrink.

BBR's family cites Sophy's website, which contains "a seven minute media reel with clips from Dr. Sophy's multiple media and television appearances on shows such as Vh1's Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, Vh1's Sober House, The Today Show, Larry King Live, CNN, Fox 11 News, Rachael Ray and Access Hollywood among others."

The docs go on:  "Dr. Sophy's website also features a link for 'Celebrity Rehab' where he is shown interviewing a celebrity at the Pasadena Rehab center."

And there's this ... "The actual media reel shows Dr. Sophy commentating on Jon & Kate, the Jackson children, Balloon Boy and Heath Ledger's death."

Bruce's dad, David, says in his declaration, "The fact that Carla and Jeanne [Monica's sisters] would even suggest Dr. Sophy as the children's therapist shows what little regard they have for best interests of the children."

BBR claims the therapist who is currently seeing his children is doing a great job.
