She kicked it with Queen Elizabeth ... Elton John ... King Juan Carlos and Obama -- but Buzz Aldrin's estranged wife claims she ain't about to give up her super-fancy lifestyle just because she's getting divorced.

Lois Driggs Cannon has filed new court documents -- demanding Buzz fork over at least $25k per month so she can continue to live the same "comfortable lifestyle" she enjoyed with Buzz.

And what does a "comfortable lifestyle" consist of, you ask???  Lois claims ...

-- They traveled to Asia, Australia, South Africa and Antarctica together
-- They attended Elton John's Academy Awards party
-- Annual 2-week ski vacation in Sun Valley, Idaho
-- Annual 2-week beach vacation in St. Tropez and Monaco
-- They lived in a fancy L.A. condo with views of the ocean
-- They attended social/celeb events in L.A. 3-5 times per week
-- They threw fancy parties at their home 2-3 times per year
-- Often attended Cannes Film Festival
-- Often went to the Ascot Racecourse in England

Lois also says she's met multiple U.S. presidents and "most of the royalty around the world" ... and she doesn't want to give up that lifestyle.

But here's the thing -- even if Buzz forks over the cash ... who wants to meet Lois without the MOON MAN by her side???

He may have walked on the moon ... but soon-to-be-divorced Buzz Aldrin wasn't allowed to walk into his OWN HOUSE to get his stuff back from his estranged wife without being MONITORED by THREE people ... TMZ has learned.

Buzz's 3rd wife Lois Driggs Cannon hates the astronaut so much, that ever since he moved out of their L.A home a few months ago ... she refused to let him pick up his stuff unsupervised because she feared he would steal property that partly belongs to her.

But Buzz didn't want to have to go back into the home while Lois was there ... because he hates her too ... so the two sides worked out a compromise.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Buzz was allowed to enter the home on August 17 -- between the hours of 1-5 PM -- as long as his lawyer, Lois' lawyer and a 3rd party were there to make sure he didn't jack anything that didn't belong to him.

Sources close to the situation tell us the plan went off without a hitch -- and Buzz was able to retrieve his clothes, medications, computer stuff and a treasured family picture during the supervised visit.

One small step for man ...

Astronaut Buzz Aldrin -- the second man to walk on the Moon -- was tricked out of making buckets of money off his own name ... according to a new lawsuit he's filed against his stepdaughter.

Buzz filed the suit against Lisa Cannon -- his estranged wife Lois' daughter -- who helped run StarBuzz Enterprises LLC ... which markets and promotes Buzz.

In the suit, Buzz claims Lisa -- acting as his lawyer -- duped him into signing an agreement that gave StarBuzz all rights to Buzz's name, work, and persona.

Further complicating matters -- Lisa and Lois own more than 60% of the company ... and Buzz filed to divorce Lois back in June.

As Buzz puts it in the lawsuit ... Lois and Lisa now own, "Most of what he has acquired since the day he walked on the Moon."

Buzz wants a judge to tear up the agreement.

TMZ has just obtained a lawsuit filed today by the company run by estranged wife, Lois Driggs Cannon and her daughter.

According to the suit, just days after Buzz filed divorce papers, he allegedly tried to squeeze Lois and her daughter, Lisa Cannon, out of the business of making money off Buzz' name.

Before the divorce was filed last Wednesday, Buzz, Lois and Lisa had a business -- StarBuzz -- which promoted all things Buzz.  In the suit, Lisa and Lois claim Buzz was a washed up former astronaut, selling used cars in Bev Hills when Lois met him.  Lisa -- a Stanford graduate -- was able to turn Buzz' life around, making him marketable again, highlighted by his appearance on "Dancing with the Stars."

But all good things must end, and the suit claims when Buzz filed for divorce last week ... he tried to freeze the company's assets, among other things.

Maybe they should sit down and discuss it over a glass of Tang.

Buzz -- the second man to walk on the moon -- married Lois Driggs Cannon on Valentine's Day, 1988. 

In Buzz's divorce petition, filed by his attorney, Ronald Brot, in L.A. County Superior Court, he cites "irreconcilable differences." The couple has no children together.

According to docs, the couple separated two days ago, and the papers were filed yesterday.

Bit surprising, since Buzz and Lois were always arm-in-arm and smiling for cameras all over Hollywood -- like this night last year.

Minutes after the new crop of celebs were announced for "Dancing with the Stars," they were already doing what the "Dancing" people do best -- partying it up in Hollywood!!!!


Kate Gosselin, Olympian Evan Lysacek, Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger, Chad Ochocinco, privacy deficient Erin Andrews, some hot British guy named Aiden Turner and "Reno 911" star Niecy Nash all showed up to STK last night to kick off the new season.

Pamela Anderson, "Bachelor" Jake Pavelka, moonwalker Buzz Aldrin and Shannen Doherty are also in the cast ... but they didn't make it out with the fun bunch last night.

Buzz's wife Lois went in his place -- that woman could be crazy entertaining this year.

We generally don't post names of contestants on TV shows, but this one we had to tell you about.

Erin Andrews, of ESPN fame -- the woman who was spied on by creepy Peeping Tom Michael Barrett -- will be a contestant on the next "Dancing with the Stars."

As we first reported, Chad Ochocinco will also be competing, as will man-on-the-moon Buzz Aldrin, Pam Anderson, Nicole Scherzinger "Bachelor" Jake Pavelka and Evan Lysacek.

As these shows go, kinda interesting.

As part of a promotion for a new Wii game, the 77-year-old Moonwalker floated in a zero-gravity chamber in Las Vegas this weekend, alongside his favorite Italian plumber pal, Super Mario. One small step for man, one giant leap for geriatric kind!
