File under those damn rich people keep getting richer ... Candy Spelling won $90,000 on the slots in Vegas.

Sources connected with the Bellagio in Las Vegas tell TMZ ... Candy and some of her girlfriends were at the hotel 2 weeks ago when Candy started playing the high limit slots -- where the machines cost anywhere from $100 to $1,000 a spin.

We don't know how many false starts she had, but in the end, Candy hit it big to the tune of 90 grand!!!!!!!!

Here's the thing -- it's not even Candy's biggest slot machine victory ... or 2nd biggest. Back in 2007, she pulled her way to a $200k payday ... and in 2008, she won a cool $180k.

Oh, and don't forget about the frickin' car in a charity raffle a few years back.

Still, Mrs. Spelling could probably use the cash these days ... after all, she did just sell her mansion for $65 MILLION less than she wanted for it.

Poor, poor Candy ...

Petra Ecclestone is purging her $85 million mega-mansion of everything reminiscent of Candy Spelling ... from the expensive chandeliers to fireplaces and even wall lights ... TMZ has learned.

Ecclestone recently invited 4 major antique dealers to check out the 57,000 square foot Holmby Hills mansion and bid on anything they could move out of the place.

Sources closes to the situation tell TMZ ... Petra was NOT a fan of the way the home looked when Candy was living there ... and now she's on a mission to rid the place of everything from the Spelling era so she can start over from scratch.

One of the dealers invited in to the antique event was Jan's & Co. Fine French Antiques -- which picked up several Baccarat crystal chandeliers, a 19th century Edwardian style marble fireplace, the set of 4 French Louis XV style gilt-bronze wall lights from the dining room ... and more.

In total, we're told Jan's walked away with close to $1,000,000 in goods.

The 22-year-old woman who paid $85 million for Candy Spelling's estate took out an $82,434,060.42 loan -- from her mother!


TMZ has obtained the deed of trust -- filed with the Los Angeles County Recorder's office -- which shows Petra Ecclestone became the proud owner of Candy's 57,000 square foot mansion on Thursday.

The docs show Petra borrowed all but $2,565,940 (our calculator ran out of numbers for the cents) from Slavica Ecclestone, her mom.

Slavica is flush with cash, because her ex-husband Bernie is a billionaire Formula One mogul and she did well in the divorce settlement.

The good news for Petra -- she won't have to borrow much more from her mom, because sources tell us she's only going to make cosmetic changes to the mansion, leaving the bones in tact.

It's official ... 22-year-old Petra Ecclestone is now the rightful owner of Candy Spelling's 57,000 square foot mansion in Holmby Hills after the escrow period finally ended today.



Ecclestone (right) -- daughter of Formula 1 racing mogul Bernie Ecclestone -- bought the estate for a cool $85 mil ... a STEAL considering Candy originally wanted $150 mil for the place.

The estate has a bowling alley, beauty salon, several gift-wrapping rooms and parking for 100 cars.

Don't feel too bad for Candy -- she bought 2 penthouse units in a nearby condo complex in Century City for $35 mil ... and plans to move in sometime next year ... after some intense renovations.

One of the biggest real estate deals in the history of Los Angeles was hatched by none other than ... BRANDON DAVIS!!!  And get this ... He'll get hundreds of thousands of bucks for his efforts.



Yes, TMZ has learned Greasy Bear -- the ne'er-do-well grandson of the late oil mogul Marvin Davis -- was instrumental in the sale of Candy Spelling's mansion.

Here's the way it went down.  Brandon was at a Hollywood nightclub on April 27, partying with Petra Ecclestone -- the 22-year-old daughter of billionaire Formula One mogul Bernie Ecclestone -- when she told him she wanted to buy a HUGE house in L.A.

Brandon sprung into action, hooking Petra up with realtor/Paris Hilton's father, Rick Hilton.  Sources tell TMZ, Rick made a deal with Brandon -- to give him a $250,000 finder's fee if Rick could sell a mansion to Petra.

Candy Spelling has found a buyer for the most expensive property in L.A. -- the 57,000 square foot mansion she built with late husband, mega-producer Aaron Spelling ... but it appears Candy didn't get anywhere near the asking price.



TMZ has confirmed the buyer is 22-year-old Petra Ecclestone, a fashion designer.  Her dad, Bernie Ecclestone, is the CEO of Formula One Management, whose estimated net worth is $4 billion.

The Holmby Hills (Beverly Hills adjacent) mansion, listed at $150 million, has been on the market since March, 2009.

Although we don't know the exact price, sources connected with the deal tell TMZ ... Petra opened at $75 mil ... half the asking price.

Sources say the deal is currently in escrow and has not closed.

The estate has a bowling alley, beauty salon, several gift-wrapping rooms and parking for 100 cars.

Candy bought 2 penthouse units in a nearby condo complex in Century City for a whopping $35 million.  We're told the condo won't be ready for a year, because of extensive renovations.

Candy Spelling can rest easier in her giant mansion -- because a judge just granted a restraining order against a man she claims is a "mentally ill stalker" ... TMZ has learned.


As we first reported, Candy filed for the restraining order earlier this month against 38-year-old Diyahml Farrakhan Muhammad -- who was arrested outside of her home on August 31 and placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold. Candy claims he had been to the mansion at least nine times.

Per the restraining order, Muhammad must stay 100 yards away from Candy until 2013.

Candy Spelling wants protection from a "mentally ill stalker" who allegedly believes he lives at Spelling's Holmby Hills mega-mansion ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.
 

Spelling filed for a restraining order against 38-year-old Diyahml Farrakhan Muhammad -- a man Candy claims has trespassed onto her property at least nine times and "delusionally believes he personally knows and communicates with the Spellings."

According to the legal papers, filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court, Candy claims Muhammad thinks that her late husband -- TV icon Aaron Spelling -- contacted him "through the television" ... and invited him to live in the home.

Muhammad was arrested at Candy's home on August 31 -- and is currently on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

Spelling's top gun lawyer, Evan Spiegel, appeared before the judge yesterday and won the restraining order -- requiring Muhammad to stay 100 yards from the house and from Spelling.
