Freestyle motocross rider Carey Hart's company is suing the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, claiming he was robbed blind by the hotel over his investment in the Wasted Space Lounge.



Hart's company, S&H Projects, invested in the lounge, which opened in July, 2008. Hart -- who's married to P!nk -- claims the Hard Rock hid profits and inflated expenses, thus denying S&H its fair share.

Hart's company claims the Hard Rock created the deception to mask some serious mismanagement problems with the hotel.

Wasted Space shut down last August. Hart's company wants unspecified damages.

The Hard Rock denies the allegations, and claims Wasted Space never made a dime in profits.

With a drink in hand and hubby Carey Hart trailing behind, P!nk showed off her maternal glow and growing baby bump in Hawaii this weekend.



The 31-year-old is due sometime around May.

The Make-a-Wish Foundation recruited Carey Hart and Pink to fulfill the wildest dream of a girl named Diana -- a 15-year-old with a serious heart condition.

They flew Diana to Vegas, where she took the stage and performed at Hart's club, Wasted Space, at the Hard Rock Hotel.

Anthony Hart, Carey Hart's brother, died yesterday after wrecking his motorcycle at Stafford Motor Speedway in Connecticut.

Hart, 21, crashed during a practice session for the Doug Henry New England Grand Prix, which is part of the American Motorcyclist Association's XTRM Supermoto Championship series.

Anthony was critically injured when he lost control of his motorcycle and slammed into a wall. He was airlifted to Hartford Hospital where he later died.

Carey and Pink separated earlier this year.

Carey Hart and snowboarder Luke "The Dingo" Trembath made a couple of new friends last night in Hollywood -- a pair of LAPD officers.

They got pulled over after driving erratically away from a club. But it seems like the only thing they got from the cops were a few handshakes.

Jack let us in on one of his New Year's resolutions: He's not going to talk to us anymore! He laughed that off. Then he thought the valets were trying to charge him double. Jack, sounds like instant karma to us.

Rocker P!nk and hubby Carey Hart got a holiday present from Sandra Bullock and Jesse James, who ran interference on the paparazzi so they could quietly sneak out of Mr. Chow in Hollywood.

Pro motorcycle rider, husband of P!nk and tattoo parlor owner Carey Hart is being sued by his business partner John Huntington for refusing to pay him what Huntington says he is owed when Hart bought him out of their Vegas tattoo business.

According to the lawsuit, first obtained by WENN, Huntington had a 48% stake in Hart & Huntington, the company that owns and operates the famous Hart & Huntington tattoo parlor in the Palms Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. The parlor is featured on the A&E show "Inked" and is one of the most popular attractions in the casino.

Huntington says in court documents he sold his interest in the business that bore his name to Hart in January 2005 and was promised 5% of the profits after the sale. Huntington says Hart did make payments to him, pursuant to their agreement, until July 2005, but alleges that Hart "misrepresented the true amount of sales," and he is therefore entitled to more money.

He also says that since August 2005 he has not received a dime. Furthermore, Huntington claims Hart has failed to hand over the business' financial records which would prove his claims.

Huntington claims the parlor's business has increased dramatically since the company was featured on "Inked" and says he is entitled to damages in excess of $10,000, plus interest.

Hart's lawyer says the lawsuit "absolutely and unequivocally frivolous." He adds they they "look forward to prevailing on the merits in court."
