Casey Johnson's estate now has a $200,000 problem on its hands -- which is a problem because the estate is only worth $75,000.

According to the claim -- filed by Jose Luis Nazar in L.A. County Superior Court -- the Johnson & Johnson heiress signed a lease for a swanky $16,000 a month pad back in November of 2008.

In the docs, Nazar claims Casey not only failed to pay over $90,000 in rent, she also left the place in ruins, with damages totaling $102,760 in damages.

Among the repair costs:

-- Garden Restoration and Maintenance -- $22,635
-- Pool, Spa and Equipment Restoration and Maintenance -- $10,045
-- Interior Flooring Restoration -- $9,693
-- Electrical Repair and Restoration -- $7,876

As we previously reported, Casey died from a severe insulin deficiency back in January.

Casey Johnson's estate may have to tap into its limited funds -- because a woman who claims to be her former nanny has filed a nearly $12,000 creditor's claim against the estate.

According to documents filed Tuesday in L.A. County Superior Court, Tatyana Gurskaya claims she was hired to watch over Casey's daughter Ava back in August 2009 ... but was never paid for her services. 

Gurskaya claims she's actually owed $1,250 -- but is tacking on nearly $10,000 in penalties and expenses ... for a grand total of $11,820.

As TMZ first reported, a rehab facility in Malibu filed a claim against the estate for $74,750 ... and Casey's estate was only valued at around $75,000.

We think the nanny might have to settle for below minimum wage on this one. 

An exclusive Malibu rehab facility has filed a claim against Casey Johnson's estate -- a claim that would wipe out all of her assets.

TMZ has obtained legal docs in which Renaissance Malibu claims Casey went to rehab there in August, 2009.  Renaissance claims the $74,750 bill has not been paid.

TMZ first reported Casey's entire estate was valued at around $75,000 -- which would leave $250 if the claim is paid in full.

According to the docs, Casey spent 30 days at the facility and then received additional days of therapy.

Casey Johnson -- a member of the famously-wealthy Johnson & Johnson family -- died with approximately $75,000 in assets and with no will ... according to legal documents filed by her father, Robert Johnson IV and obtained by TMZ.

In the docs, Johnson, the owner of the New York Jets, is asking the court to appoint him Special Administrator of Casey's estate.

He says "it is necessary for him to take possession of all of the assets ... as quickly as possible to preserve her estate from damage, waste, injury and publicity."

The papers claim, "Members of the media have previously attempted to gain access to her personal effects."

Casey's mom, Nancy Sale Frey Johnson, says in a declaration she consents to Robert being appointed Special Administrator.

Also in the legal docs, Nancy says she currently has custody of Casey's daughter, Ava, and is in the process of attempting to either adopt her or become her legal guardian -- something Tila Tequila surely wants to hear.

Casey Johnson's autopsy report was just released by the L.A. County Coroner's Office.

In the report, it says there was no evidence of injury on Casey's body. Multiple medications were found at the scene, including Motrin, insulin and clonazepam -- an anti convulsant.

In the report, it says she has a history of "possible excess use of Nyquil." No illegal drugs were found in her system.

In the report, it shows the Coroner spoke with the Johnson's family attorney, Robert Shapiro, after her death.

Shapiro told the Coroner that Casey -- who had been cut off by her family -- was taking steps to reunite with the family, including visits to a psychiatrist. In the week before Casey's death, the psychiatrist had determined Casey was not suicidal.

As we previously reported, Casey died from "diabetic ketoacidosis" -- which is a state of severe insulin deficiency. We're told Casey's death was preventable -- but she was diabetic and simply didn't take care of herself.

Casey's body was found on January 4 ... but we're told her body was undiscovered for several days.

Casey Johnson died because she simply did not take care of herself ... sources connected with the autopsy tell TMZ.

The L.A. County Coroner says the cause of death was "Diabetic Ketoacidosis" and the manner of death was "natural."

But our sources say the Coroner's findings clearly show Johnson -- who died at 30 -- was not taking her insulin shots, was not exercising, did not follow her strict diet and was not taking other medicines she needed.

Diabetic Ketoacidosis is a technical term for lack of insulin, which often leads to a diabetic coma. We previously reported where Johnson was hospitalized for diabetic comas at least twice before her death.

Casey Johnson's manner of death has been determined as "natural" by the L.A County Coroner's Office.

Even Tila Tequila's own publicist doesn't want to deal with her anymore -- and we've learned she just quit, citing "recent events."

Jessica Cohen tells TMZ "Some matters need to remain private and away from media attention ... I realized we need to part ways while she deals with the loss of her fiancee."

Cohen's departure also means Tila's repping herself 'til she hires someone else.

This should be good.

We've learned two of Casey's friends have come forward and said they each received separate calls from the late Johnson & Johnson heiress saying her relationship with Tila was "all for show." The friends say Casey told them she had met Tila only 3 days before the infamous engagement video.

The friends say Casey made it very clear ... she and Tila were not together. And here's the thing ... a friend says Tila was in the room when Casey made the calls.

Tila is now saying she wants custody of Casey's daughter. FYI, she has no legal standing to even make a case.

TMZ has obtained Casey Johnson's death certificate.



The certificate lists Casey's death as "deferred."

She's listed as an "artist" and a "HS Graduate" -- Her date of death is"1/4/2010 FND." As we first reported, Casey's body was found on January 4 ... it's unknown when she actually passed away, but we're told her body was undiscovered for several days.

Casey's cause of death is still unknown, but our sources say her frail medical condition -- including diabetes -- may have caused her death.

Casey Johnson's funeral was held today on the East Coast, family sources tell TMZ.
