Former wrestling superster Chyna collapsed at a porn convention in Miami today and was taken to a nearby hospital ... TMZ has learned ... her third such episode in as many days. 

Chyna was appearing at the 2012 Exxxotica Expo to help promote Vivid Entertainment's porn parody of "Avengers" -- she plays She-Hulk (yes, really). A rep for Vivid tells TMZ the company was worried about her after yesterday's medical scare ... but Chyna insisted she was ok. 

We're told Chyna made it to the convention center today, but passed out in the lobby and was taken to Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach.

As TMZ first reported, in addition to passing out yesterday at the convention ... she was kicked out of a party on Thursday night for her unruly behavior, which included passing out in a pool. 

The night before Chyna collapsed at a XXX convention in Miami ... she was kicked out of a hotel party for causing a scene and passing out in the pool, TMZ has learned.

It all went down Thursday night at the Catalina Hotel in Miami (the same hotel where the new CW show "The Catalina" takes place).

The former wrestling star strutted her stuff at the XXX convention kick-off party. According to our sources, Chyna pissed off multiple party-goers with her crazy antics ... most notably when she  jumped in the pool naked with a friend.

We're told at one point ... she actually passed out in the water. Our sources says Chyna was thrown out of the party after the pool fiasco and taken back to her room to sleep it off.

As TMZ previously reported, Chyna passed out yesterday in front on the main stage at the porn convention.

Sources at the scene tell us ... Chyna was hanging out at the 2012 Exxxotica Expo when she suddenly dropped to floor.

We're told several people rushed over to help ... and carried Chyna out of the expo and into a nearby hotel where she's now resting.


Sources say Chyna was checked out by paramedics at the scene -- who didn't feel the porn star needed to be hospitalized.

We reached out to Chyna -- so far, no word back ... but we do know she's canceled a Friday afternoon appearance at the XBiz Summit -- another porn convention.

Former WWE superstar Chyna is finally getting back in the ring ... taking on 9 dudes at the same time ... except it's for a porno movie.

TMZ has learned ... Chyna was totally serious about pursuing a XXX career ... and just wrapped up on a Royal Rumble-inspired flick in which she locks up with a bunch of dudes who all look like famous wrestlers ... including a wannabe Hulk Hogan, wannabe Triple H, wannabe Ric Flair and more.

Weird thing is ... Chyna and the REAL Triple H actually dated for a while before he married Stephanie McMahon back in 2003.

The WWE obviously has no affiliation with the Vivid Entertainment flick. We called the wrestling titans for comment, but haven't heard back yet.

Chyna is sticking it to Joey Buttafuoco in a famous whorehouse -- but not for a porno ... she's training him for an upcoming boxing match. 

TMZ has learned Buttafuoco and Chyna -- the wrestler-turned porn star -- are working out at The Bunny Ranch in Carson City, Nevada. We're told owner Dennis Hof is giving them "round the clock use of the accommodations, gym and personal chef." It's unclear what the "accommodations" include.

Back in 2002, Chyna and JB fought a celebrity boxing match -- Joey squeaked out a victory -- and next month he's set to fight his ex-mistress Amy Fisher's husband.

If anyone can get him ready to fight a dude ... it's Chyna.

 

As if being everyone's favorite muscular female wrestler turned porn star hadn't branded her enough, the lovely Chyna went and got some more serious ink in Hawaii this weekend.


It all went down after the 40-year-old beauty hosted an event for Liquid Nitro and on a whim hit up Xtreme Ink with a friend in Honolulu.  After jokingly roughing up her tattoo artist, we're told Chyna and her gal pal both got matching hers and hers Polynesian tribal tats on their arms and shoulders.

No tramp stamps for these chicks.

Chyna's new XXX video will not be her last .... the former wrestler tells TMZ she wants to keep the ball rolling and make porn into her full time career.


Chyna has already approached Vivid Entertainment honcho Steven Hirsch and informed him that she's interested in a multi-tape deal ... and she's ready to start crankin' em out ASAP.

"I would definitely like to do more, " Chyna says ... "It gives me motivation again. I want to be better and happier than ever ... that's the point, right?"

Wrestling superstar Chyna tells TMZ ... she has been told point blank that if her new XXX porn tape is actually released, she will never be allowed to work for TNA Wrestling ever again.



It's a big deal for Chyna -- because she had recently been in talks with the wrestling organization about working out a long term deal ... and before the XXX tape came into the picture, things were looking optimistic.

But now, with the hardcore tape set to be released later this month, Chyna tells us she got a call from TNA honchos warning her that if she lets the tape hit shelves ... the deal is off for good.

Chyna tells us, "The whole thing has been constant drama ... it's all good in the end ... [TNA Wrestling] is missing the boat."

She adds, "FREEDOOOM!"

So far, no word from TNA.

It's been 7 years since Chyna's first sex tape went public ... and now, TMZ has obtained the very first images from her upcoming XXX sequel. Godspeed.


As TMZ first reported, Chyna approached Vivid Entertainment recently and asked to shoot another flick ... with some of the BIGGEST male stars in the business.

Former WWE wrestler X-Pac -- who co-starred with Chyna in their 2004 sex-tape -- says he absolutely refuses to watch her new XXX flick ... telling TMZ "It's too hard remembering how devastated she was the first time around." 



TMZ spoke with X-Pac -- real name Sean Waltman -- who tells us, "It saddens me ... but she obviously hasn't progressed very far in life."

As we first reported, Chyna recently struck a deal with Vivid Entertainment to release a brand new porno flick featuring the former Playboy model in some compromising positions with multiple endowed male professionals.

Sean adds, "[Chyna] used to say how low she felt after the first [sex tape] was released ... what does that say about where she's at in life now?"

It's been seven years since WWE superstar Chyna released her horrifying sex tape -- and TMZ has learned, she's making a triumphant return to the adult industry ... in an EXTREMELY graphic porno.



Vivid President Steve Hirsch tells TMZ, Chyna approached him months ago to breathe life into her XXX career -- demanding to work with the biggest male porn star in the business.

Steve did her one better ... and hooked her up with the TWO biggest male porn stars in the business -- Evan and Lee Stone -- and together, the threesome shot a gnarly skin flick ... tentatively called "Backdoor into Chyna."

The DVD is set for release in the near future -- and if the title is any indication, Chyna may be riding a wheelchair to the premiere party.
