The
Daniel Baldwin divorce is officially back on ... just months after the actor and his wife
put the split on hold ... and this time, she's making some HUGE financial demands.
Joanne Baldwin has just filed a fresh set of divorce papers in Oregon ... claiming she and Daniel have irreconcilable differences that have caused "the irremediable breakdown of their marriage."
In the papers, Joanne is demanding $4k per month in child support for their 2 children -- plus HALF of all of Daniel's earnings, including 50% of a $100k payday the actor is allegedly set to make in Australia.
Joanne is also asking the court to require Daniel to take out a $1,000,000 life insurance policy for the benefit of their kids.
According to the docs, Joanne wants sole custody of the couple's children. She's also demanding to be awarded all of the furniture that she owned prior to the marriage.
As TMZ previously reported, Daniel
had filed for divorce back in July ... but both he and Joanne agreed to dismiss the divorce petition in August.
Calls to both Joanne and Daniel have not been returned.

Joanne Smith last month, after she allegedly went on a violent drunken binge, even allegedly
threatening to kill Daniel with a knife in front of their two kids. Daniel got a restraining order and custody of the kids, claiming Joanne was a real threat to the family.
But Daniel, who says Joanne has an enormous alcohol and drug problem, has had a change of heart. Daniel went back to court last Thursday, and asked the judge to dismiss the restraining order, which the judge promptly did.
And there's more ... Daniel and Joanne both have filed legal docs asking the judge to dismiss the divorce petition. We're told the petition is before the judge, though it has not been signed yet.
Daniel had no comment.

Joanne is begging an Oregon judge to lift a restraining order which prevents her from entering the family home and visiting her kids ... TMZ has learned.
Joanne Baldwin filed legal papers in Oregon last week requesting a hearing to contest the restraining order Daniel got against her after she allegedly threatened to kill him in front of their children.
In the docs, Joanne says Daniel kicked her out of the home without a car or a single cent to her name -- and she can't afford to pay her bills.
She also explains, "I am a stay at home mom and my children need me as I them." Joanne also says she wants permission to Skype with her daughters daily.

The Baldwins are due back in court next month.

Daniel Baldwin -- has just been sentenced to 10 days in jail for drinking while on probation.
Joanne is on probation for a DUI. Last week,
Daniel called cops after Joanne allegedly made obtuse threats to kill him while extremely drunk. He also claims during the relationship she has punched him and even pulled a knife on him.
Joanne's probation prohibits her from consuming alcohol. When cops observed she was drunk, it triggered the probation violation.
Joanne -- who will get credit for the week she's already served in jail -- is scheduled to be released tomorrow.
The judge ordered her to wear a SCRAM bracelet indefinitely -- until he orders otherwise.

We don't know what prompted the arrest ... but a booking sheet says she's being held for, "PROBATION VIOLATION DRIVING UNDER INFL OF INTOX."
Daniel got a restraining order against Joanne yesterday -- and in the documents he says Joanne has a serious drinking problem and prior DUIs.

TMZ has obtained the chilling declaration written by
Daniel Baldwin, explaining what drove him to
file for divorce, including repeated threats to kill him with a knife ... all in front of their 2 kids.
Daniel says in his declaration, Joanne once came into the bedroom and said she had just watched a documentary on women who kill their husbands, saying, "Now I know how to do it, I understand why they did it. You have been warned." Daniel says their daughter heard the comment and asked him, "Is Mommy going to kill us?"
According to the declaration, Daniel says Joanne is "highly intoxicated in our home," adding, "She screams over money and proceeds to wake both children up by screaming and throwing objects around the house."

The couple married in 2007. They have 2 kids. The judge who issued the restraining order gave Daniel temporary custody.

The "Celebrity Rehab" dropout tells us he's working on becoming a interventionist. Oddly, Baldwin had nothing to say about ex-castmate Mary Carey, whom he allegedly sent racy text messages to, except, as he put it, that "Mary would finally get sober."
Baldwin was in court today for a progress report on his drug rehab for charges stemming from his April 2006 arrest in a Santa Monica hotel.
