Danielle Staub can keep her pants on ... for now ... 'cause the former "Real Housewives" villain just won a nasty legal fight with one of the biggest strip clubs in the country.
TMZ has learned ... a federal judge in NY just ruled that Scores New York failed to show why Staub had a legal obligation to continue working for the gentlemen's club after taking a $25k payment to perform in a stripper video in 2010.
As we previously reported, Scores sued Staub for $375k ... claiming she failed to make a series of appearances at the club and on the Scores website ... after accepting the initial payment.
But in the court ruling, obtained by TMZ, the judge claimed Scores drew up a "vague" contract ... and never clearly specified Staub's obligations to the club.
The judge officially dismissed the lawsuit Wednesday -- but the war may not be over ... 'cause Scores can bring the fight back to the court if new information comes to light.
In the meantime, if you REALLY wanna see Staub get naked ... there's always her sex tape -- if you're into bagels, broccoli and onions.
Danielle Staub was paid $25,000 up front to strip for Scores in NYC -- but the deal went sour real quick after she allegedly reneged on her contract ... and now, she's getting sued for $375,000.
According to the lawsuit -- filed in April -- Danielle got $25,000 to appear in a full nude strip video back in November ... the same video TMZ posted stills from earlier this week.
According to the suit, it was all part of an exclusive 3-year contract -- which also required the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star to do voice work ... and even appear in a live video chat session on ScoresLive.com.
But Danielle allegedly bailed on their deal out of nowhere ... cutting off all contact with Scores after shooting the video -- and now, the company is suing her for $375,000 ... claiming breach of contract.
An exec at Scores tells us, they haven't heard a peep from Danielle since they filed the lawsuit -- but now that the pictures have leaked ... she's breaking her silence for publicity.
The exec adds, Danielle "has no shot of winning this lawsuit. It is a crystal clear breach of contract"
TMZ broke the story ... Staub signed a 3-year deal with Scores Gentlemen's Club in NYC recently ... but after we posted the photos, Danielle had a change of heart.
Staub tells People.com, "I have addictions with love and low self-esteem, and I need help!"
She added, "My low self-esteem derived from childhood sexual abuse and has messed with my mind and self-worth, and over the years I thought about getting help but pushed it deep into the depths of denial."
"For years I have had the suicide hotline on my cell phone and would like nothing more than to free myself from this constant pressure."
"Seeing how I have hurt myself and my family this time, I can no longer push it behind me."
Now that she's no longer a "Real Housewife of NJ" ... Danielle Staub has picked up a new career as a fully nude, reconstructed, 48-year-old STRIPPER ... and for better or worse, we've got the photos to prove it.
TMZ has learned ... Staub recently signed a 3-year deal with the people at Scores Gentleman's Club in NY -- in which Danielle agreed to do one live appearance and occasionally appear on ScoresLive.com.
Of course, Staub is no stranger to public nudity -- who can forget her infamous sex tape ... in which Danielle erotically advises her partner about the perils of downing an onion and cheese bagel ... and some broccoli ... right before boom boom time.
Sex tape makin' "Real Housewives" star Danielle Staub may have her new claim to fame ... and it involves latching onto the fame of Oscar winning Three 6 Mafia member DJ Paul. Bagel, anyone?

Danielle Staub's ex-husband is making good on his threat against a book company -- after they ignored warnings that Danielle's new tell-all was packed with terrible lies ... including allegations that he beat the hell out of her.
Kevin Maher has filed a lawsuit against the Simon & Schuster publishing company -- claiming they knowingly published false information about him in Staub's new tell-all, "The Naked Truth."
In the docs, filed last week in California, Maher claims S&S "failed to use reasonable care to determine the truth or falsity" of several statements that Staub makes about him in her book.
Among the statements that Maher is pissed about -- Staub claims he beat her up so badly, she had to be hospitalized for a concussion and "assorted contusions."
Maher tells us he's demanding $10 million to make things right.
A rep for S&S tells us they haven't seen the complaint yet, but plan on vigorously defending it.
Danielle Staub just got tricked and then treated -- to a lawsuit from a process server who gave the former "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star a serious shock at a Halloween party.
A TMZ photog saw the whole thing go down just minutes ago -- as Danielle was served for a defamation lawsuit her ex-boyfriend Steve Zalewski is bringing against her.
Danielle was just starting down the red carpet at a Halloween event in Woodridge, NJ when the process server walked up with an envelope and said, "Here, Danielle ... you've been served."
Danielle was stunned, but didn't miss a beat -- she simply handed the envelope to her publicist and continued down the red carpet into the party.
According to sources, Zalewski is suing Danielle for defamation because
she has repeatedly accused him of secretly shooting a sex tape of her --
which he denies doing.
Danielle Staub's ex-husband is already picking another legal fight over statements made by the former "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star ... but this time, he wants someone else to pay.
It's all over Danielle's tell-all book "The Naked Truth" -- in which Staub allegedly claims Kevin Maher was "incarcerated for 18 months" for "criminal activity relative to Danielle Staub."
Maher tells us the claim is "patently untrue" -- and insists that before the book came out, he warned the publisher, Simon & Schuster, that if they published the book ... he would fire off a big, fat lawsuit.
But they published it anyway -- and Maher is pissed ... telling us he's getting ready to hit them with a $10 million lawsuit.
As we previously reported -- Kevin just settled his defamation lawsuit with Danielle over some pretty nasty things she allegedly said about him ... and we're told he walked away with a pretty nice payday.
TMZ has learned ... Danielle Staub has reached a settlement with her ex-husband Kevin Maher -- thus ending a ferocious legal war over allegations that he once raped her with a gun and murdered her dog.
The terms of the settlement are confidential -- but one source close to the case tells us ... "cash was involved in the deal."
As we previously reported, Maher had sued the former "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star for $5 million -- claiming she defamed him by allegedly spreading horrible lies about him to several people and various news outlets.
TMZ spoke with Maher who told us, "The matter was resolved to the satisfaction of both parties." Maher also told us, "It's interesting that the case gets settled the day before Danielle was supposed to be deposed ... it was going to be the worst day of her life."
Danielle Staub's former "Real Housewives of New Jersey" co-star Jacqueline Laurita desperately wants to avoid testifying against her nemesis in court ... telling TMZ, "I don't want to go back to that dark place."
Laurita has been called as a witness in a ferocious defamation case between Staub and her ex-husband Kevin Maher. As we previously reported, Maher claims Staub should fork over $5 mil for allegedly spreading horrific lies about him.
Maher has tapped Jacqueline for his witness list -- and expects her to testify about Staub's "dishonest reputation."
But Jacqueline tells TMZ, "I didn't even know I was on the list ... it's not really a list I want to be on ... can I be taken OFF the list?"
She adds, "I really don't want to go back to that dark place. Every time I've moved on the tide tries to pull me back in. I'm enjoying the sun. Let me be."
As of now, Jacqueline is set to take the stand in February 2011.
Britney Spears might miss a lot more 'X Factor' auditions ... because she can! Simon Cowell gave Brit damn near free reign in order to sign the pop star to that $15 million deal -- but is it backfiring? We'll tell you what peeps on the set are saying.Plus, Chris Jericho's…
