Gerard Butler and a slew of other stars have been sued for allegedly stiffing two former employees out of overtime pay at a Hollywood restaurant the celebs co-own.

The ex-workers -- a cook and a dishwasher -- at Shin BBQ filed the suit today in Los Angeles County Superior Court ... claiming the owners cheated them out of wages, rest time, and meal breaks.

Shin BBQ is a popular Korean barbeque joint in Hollywood ... co-owned by Gerard, Danny and Chris Masterson, Laura Prepon, and several others including Steve Aoki -- whose father Rocky founded Benihana.

The workers are asking for their back pay, other damages, and an order forcing the restaurant owners to open their payroll books.

Danny Masterson -- who played Hyde on "That '70s Show" -- tried to dabble in a little real estate back in 2007 ... but claims he was duped into holding the bag on a $3.2 million condo that was never even finished.


Masterson -- whose rep says this is "one of 30 developments Danny has been involved in over the last 10 years" -- claims he went into business with a company called TomatoBank ... and agreed to co-sign a $3.2 million loan for a fancy 4-story condo in Toluca Lake, CA in 2007.

But according to docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Masterson claims the builders ran into some permit issues -- so TomatoBank secretly approved a 3-story structure instead ... all without telling Danny.

Of course, Masterson eventually found out -- and now claims he's screwed because he's on the hook for a $3.2 million loan ... but only has an unfinished 3-story building to show for it ... which obviously doesn't cover his debt. 

So, Danny is asking the court to force TomoatoBank to cover his losses -- and wants his loan agreement tossed in the garbage.

Danny Masterson from "That 70s Show" is now an official victim of the housing collapse -- he's being sued for nearly $3 mil over a condo deal gone very bad.

Danny took out an astounding $3.2 million loan for construction of a condo unit in Los Angeles -- maybe that sounded like a bargain back in 2007.

Anyway ... the housing market imploded and Danny allegedly stopped making payments.

So TomatoBank has sued him in L.A. County Superior Court for the balance -- $2,911,586.11, plus interest.

Danny's rep says the filing is "nonsense" and "has no merit" and says the bank "breached their loan agreement with Danny and his partners."

Beckham's team, the L.A. Galaxy, go up against Chelsea FC, which features many of Becks' former England national teammates.

Instead of roughing it up on the field, Becks, along with wife-y Posh, will reportedly be enjoying a "welcome to L.A." party hosted by new neighbors and BFFs Tom and Katie Cruise and Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith.

In the meantime, Becks has been spotted out with Princess Posh, protecting her crotch from camera shots. Nice save!

Surfs Up (Lessons) for McConaughey

Bongo-playing mimbo Matthew McConaughey may look like a natural wave rider, but in order to be ready for his next movie, "Surfer Dude" (wonder what that's about?), McConaughey's been taking surfing lessons. Page Six reports that muscle-y McConaughey's been spotted in Malibu accompanied by a surf coach in a kayak and two friends. Hang ten, dude!

No Love for Wilmer

They were thick as thieves on TV and during the early days, but now it seems the castmates of "That '70s Show" just can't find the time for one another. Case in point: tonight wiley Wilmer Valderrama launches his fashion line Calavena in The Hamptons at Stereo. Will his castmates and formerly close friends Topher Grace and Danny Masterson be in attendance? Not so, reports the N.Y. Post. It looks like Grace's dance card is full -- he'll be in the Hamptons, but at the Estate, at another fashion show, and Masterson is booked for an appearance at Dune.

Party Favors...Jody Sweetin Has Own Full House...Soap Star Gets Own Star...

"Full House" star Jody Sweetin, who played Stephanie on the sitcom, got married last Saturday to longtime boyfriend Cody Herpin in Las Vegas at the Church of the West on the Vegas Strip. Sweetin, who once battled a methamphetamine addiction, was married once before. ... Soap actor Eric Braeden, who's played Victor Newman on "The Young and the Restless" for more than 25 years, received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday. Most surprising? Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura was in attendance. Apparently, he's a big fan!

She's hot, she's young (underage) and she's out on the town! Cameras caught teen hottie Hayden Panettiere in La La Land, arriving at Koi with a few gal pals. After her meal, Hayden sneaked out the back entrance. Only 35 more days until Miss Thang turns 18 ... but who's counting?!


As lanky Lukas Haas left Hyde, he revealed that he's working on his first album. The 6'1" toothpick also plays drums and piano for The Rogues.

Amy Smart strolled out of Il Sole with a number of gentlemen, hopped into the passenger seat of a Volvo, which nearly hit a paparazzo who was snapping away in the middle of the street. Honk!

Sin City got knocked on its ass last night -- as former "That '70's Show" star Danny Masterson, who recently changed his stage name from DJ Donkey Punch to DJ Momjeans, took over the DJ booth at PURE nightclub.

While Masterson worked the booth, Carson Daly was working the floor. Our friends at spyonvegas.com caught the former MTV VJ moving in on a smokin' hot blonde. Maybe he just needed some extra nail polish.

TMZ's cameras were outside the celeb-packed NY soiree after the screening of "Flags Of Our Fathers" at the SoHo Grand Hotel on Tuesday night, and we were able to catch all the action going down.

Our all-seeing lensman caught the likes of the gorgeous Sarah Jessica Parker, hip-hop mogul Damon Dash, Laura Linney, "Spider-Man" star Elizabeth Banks, Jesse Bradford and a very angry-looking Reese Witherspoon, who was with hubby Ryan Phillippe.

We also stopped by persistently celeb-infested downtown hotspot Butter, where we spotted Jake Gyllenhaal, Lance Armstrong, a solo Tim Robbins, R&B star Cassie and "That '70s Show" star Danny Masterson, who cleared up dating rumors for our viewers.

The cast of 'That '70s Show' gathered to celebrate the finale of the long-running series.

'EXTRA' was there as Ashton Kutcher arrived hand-in-hand with wife Demi Moore and her daughter Rumer Willis. When asked how he was feeling the, 'Punk'd' star simply replied, "Very good."

Laura Prepon, Wilmer Valderrama and Danny Masterson were also on hand to discuss some of their favorite moments during the show's eight-season run.

The series finale of 'That '70s Show' airs May 18 at 8PM on FOX.
