Blaine is set to undergo another death-defying feat. Beginning May 1, he will live seven days under water, trapped inside a human aquarium. At the end of the week, he will cut off his air supply and try and hold his breath underwater for nine minutes -- which would be a world record. He will re-emerge from the water May 8 in a televised ABC special.
"I'm willing to put my life into it," Blaine told 'EXTRA.' "I don't mind taking a risk."
Over the weekend, Copperfield was able to use his skills -- not to make an airplane disapper, but to avoid being robbed.
