While his ex-wife Brooke Mueller deals with the fallout from her cocaine possession charges, Charlie Sheen reunited with his other ex-wife Denise Richards to attend their daughter Sam's soccer game in L.A. this weekend.

Besides their two daughters together, Denise also brought along her adopted daughter Eloise.

It's good to see Denise and Charlie on the same team.

After a nuclear divorce and post-marriage tirades too numerous to count, Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards are vacationing together in Mexico.

The former couple -- who have 2 kids together -- are staying at a hotel, though we don't know the living arrangements.  The kids are there, too.

Brooke Mueller was no where in sight.  The whole cocaine possession thing -- allegedly -- tends to put a crimp in XMAS vacation plans.

It's great for Charlie -- when things go wrong with one baby mama ...

Who'd ever think Denise and Charlie would ever be on the same team?

It's the modern day version of, "She loves me, she loves me not" ...

One day, Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards hate each other ... the next day they're arm in arm and dining together ... like last night, when they hit Da Tommaso in NYC.

As we have reported over time, Denise has gone through periods where she couldn't stand Charlie's guts, feeling he was compromising their kids and making her life a living hell.

Charlie says he's a changed man ... and judging by the HUGE smiles on their faces, it seems, Denise believes him ... for now.



11:45 AM PST: A source close to the couple tells TMZ ... Charlie and Denise didn't plan to be in NY together ... but both happened to be in town on business ... and figured they'd get a bite to eat while there.

Denise flew in to shoot a guest spot on “30 Rock,” and Charlie is out pitching his new show “Anger Management.”

As surprising as their dinner together might appear, our source insists they're friends again.

Denise Richards tells TMZ ... she doesn't want a dime from Charlie Sheen's $125-million-dollar settlement with Warner Bros ... well, other than the $50,000 he's paying her for child support every month.

Denise -- who was shopping in Malibu Tuesday -- seemed way less interested in Charlie's cash than Brooke Mueller, who's been walking around with dollar signs in her eyes.

Charlie Sheen truly believes in one BIG happy family, because TMZ has learned he's moving Denise Richards into a home a stone's throw from where he lives.

Denise is moving into the home Charlie purchased earlier this year from movie mogul Mike Medavoy, located six houses down from where Charlie lives, in the same gated community.

Our sources say Charlie and Denise are now getting along reasonably well, and Charlie's primary motivation is that he wants to spend more time with their two kids. Some of Denise's stuff has already been moved in, and we're told she and the kids will begin living there in a week or so.

But it doesn't end there.  We've also learned ... Charlie is looking to purchase a third home in his gated community for Brooke Mueller and the twins.

Charlie is truly a family man ... a multiple family man.

Denise Richards has turned down an offer to appear on the premiere episode of "Two and a Half Men," because she thinks Charlie Sheen would make her life miserable.

Sources connected with the production tell TMZ ... producers offered Denise a guest starring role for the debut with Ashton Kutcher, but they say she told them she wouldn't do it because "She would never hear the end of it from Charlie."

No doubt -- Chuck Lorre is trying to stick the knife in as far as he possibly can because ... well, he hates Charlie's guts.  But we're told Denise just wouldn't play along.

Denise Richards stepped out with her new adopted daughter Eloise Joni on Thursday, while running errands with her older daughters Sam and Lola.


Denise made the adoption public earlier this week. 

Denise Richards has adopted a newborn baby ... TMZ has confirmed.



It's a girl, who is now a few weeks old.  Denise named the baby Eloise Joni, after her mom Joni, who died in 2007.

The biological mother gave birth in the U.S.

Eloise joins Sam, 7, and Lola, 6, in the Richards brood.      

Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife Denise Richards went to battle at an L.A. lawyer's office yesterday over a custody agreement regarding their kids ... and TMZ has learned the Warlock did NOT emerge victorious.


Sources connected to the negotiation say Charlie wants his daughters Sam and Lola for weekends ... but Denise has had deep concerns about the welfare of the children and under current circumstances, she does not want Charlie to have the kids.

When the two faced off yesterday -- we're told there were "neutral third parties in the room" who agreed  with Denise that Charlie should not have the kids.

We're told the matter is NOT going to go to court ... and right now, Charlie will not get the visits he wants.

Brooke Mueller's mom will gladly take custody over her grandkids, because she thinks she's more suitable than Charlie Sheen ... sources tell TMZ. 



Moira Fiore is telling friends, "We've been with the kids since they were born, and Charlie has only seen the kids a couple of times in the last few months."

Fiore is the latest non-parent to step up.  TMZ broke the story ... Denise Richards has offered to temporarily take custody of Bob and Max.

A judge will decide today who gets the kids.
