Tiger Woods is well rid of two skanky ex-mistresses who are now going to the police and filing death threat complaints ... TMZ has learned.



Joslyn James -- mistress #237 -- went to the LAPD Tuesday and filed a report, claiming Devon James -- mistress #424 -- threatened her life.

TMZ has obtained the email in question, which Devon sent to Joslyn's manager.  As for the death threat, Devon wrote, "Trust me I will swear to u kill over this.  Oh yeah and wait to u c wat ur prize has comming!  Joslyn should b scared."

But here's the best part. Devon also writes -- referring to the Tiger porn spoof in which both woman starred -- "God if u saw her face when te cameraman said how f*ing hot I looked, and I quote 'Devons made the money shot.'"

And Devon's parting shot, "No wonder Tiger dummpppped her ass."

The LAPD is investigating.

Once again, Devon James' dirty mouth has landed her in some controversy -- after she allegedly accused a woman of being a "whore bag," "slut" and a "thief."


James -- aka Tiger Woods mistress 12³ -- is being sued by her former manager Gina Rodriguez -- aka David Boreanez's alleged mistress #1 -- after the two had a major falling out over commissions Gina said she earned after locking down deals for a porn movie and a website.

In the suit, filed a few days ago in L.A. County Superior Court, Rodriguez claims James got pissed over the 20% that Gina was making from the deals -- and posted some nasty stuff on the Internet such as:

-- "[Gina] doesn't pay her people and fck her"
-- "She is a fcking whore bag slut"
-- "Gina Rodriguez is a liar and her atty is a nut, see you in court ladies"
-- "[Gina] smokes crack"

Now, Gina claims James' cyber-attack has damaged her business -- and she wants a cool $10k to make things right. She also wants a judge to force Devon to stop harassing her on the Internet.

It's a sad day when two alleged homewreckers can't get along ...

TMZ has learned ... one of Tiger Woods' mistresses was fired from her job as a "working girl" at Nevada's most famous brothel ... all because she opened her big fat mouth.



Devon James -- mistress number 20ish -- is still featured on the website for the world famous Bunny Ranch in Carson City, where owner Dennis Hof confirmed Devon was employed as a sex worker for "a while."

But Hof tells us he recently fired Devon's ass after she injected herself into the Tiger Woods media circus because she "broke the code -- which is privacy and discretion with all clients."

Hof continues, "She is a disgusting excuse for a working girl ... she's a scumbag and a snitch."

As for Devon's rate during her stint at the ranch -- Hof explains, "It's negotiable depending on what you want ... but it could get into the thousands."

Hof ended with this parting shot -- "Now that she doesn't work here anymore ... I wish nothing but the worst for her."

A rep for Devon tells us, "She worked there one time before the Tiger thing."

The rep also insists that management at the Bunny Ranch continues to call Devon because they want her to work there.

Devon James can't even convince her own mother that Tiger Woods fathered her 9-year-old son -- in fact, her flesh and blood thinks Devon is such a money-grubbing liar ... she belongs behind bars.


Outside of court in Manatee County, Florida -- where the Tiger Woods paternity case was thrown out today -- Devon's mother Sandra Jane Brinling claims her daughter filed the suit against the golf star "to make money" and "deserves jail time" for allegedly abusing the justice system.

As we first reported, James -- one of Tiger's 8.5 million mistresses -- wanted the golfer to submit to a DNA test to prove his paternity ... but the judge wasn't having it.

Devon James -- Tiger Woods mistress #428 -- was shown no mercy by a judge this morning, who threw out her paternity case against the golfer.


James claimed Tiger is the baby daddy of her 9-year-old son, and wanted the judge to force Tiger to submit to a DNA test.  But the judge in Manatee County, Florida dismissed the case ... partly because Devon was a no-show.

Fact is ... Devon doesn't even have current custody of the boy -- her mom does.

Tiger Woods isn't the only person involved in his sex scandal who's underperforming lately -- TMZ has learned mistress #20ish Devon James was pulled from a "celebrity" boxing match last night because she failed a pre-fight physical.


James was scheduled to get in the ring with Susan Finkelstein -- the woman who posted a Craigslist ad offering sex for Philadelphia Phillies tickets ... and Screech was supposed to ref the fight. 

But just before the fight -- scheduled to go down in New Jersey -- we're told EMT's determined Devon's blood pressure was too high and expressed concern over her poor performance in the eyeball reaction test.

Eventually, the decision was made to yank her from the fight -- and she was replaced by some other non-famous person. Screech, however, was still allowed to ref the fight.

The porn star who claims Tiger Woods is her baby daddy has filed court documents -- obtained by TMZ -- practically begging for a judge to force Tiger to submit to a DNA test.


Devon James -- mistress # 20ish -- claims there was a "misunderstanding" when a prior paternity test showed that a man named Pele Watkins was most likely the father to her 9-year-old son.

In the docs, Devon states that she believes Tiger is the real father -- and she's willing to provide information on the time, place and hotel location where the child was conceived to help prove her point.

She's also willing to name "his golf buddies who were there at the time in Pebble Beach."

As we first reported, Tiger denies the whole thing ... and recently filed papers of his own asking a judge to throw out the entire paternity case.

Tiger Woods says Devon James' paternity claim against him should be dropped because another guy was already determined to be the father -- but that other guy says he never even took a DNA test.


As we previously reported, documents filed back in 2002 show there is a 99.9% chance that Pele Watkins is the father of James' 9-year-old son.

But in a letter dated August 1, 2009 -- and obtained by TMZ -- Watkins, writing from prison, tells James he never took a DNA test. At one point he wrote, "They will never get DNA from me."

He closes the letter, "I never took a DNA test but tell your mom I will fight her for messing wit [sic] me in jail."

We're told Devon will file the letter with the court in response to Tiger's motion to dismiss.

Tiger Woods has fired back at porn star Devon James and her paternity claims -- asking the court to throw the case out for one simple reason ... the kid ain't his.


As we first reported, James filed papers back in June alleging Woods was the father of her 9-year-old son -- even though DNA tests proved the daddy was someone else.

We've learned attorneys for Woods have now filed legal docs declaring that Woods is not the daddy of James' son and, therefore, the paternity case should be history.

Sounds like reality will be setting in for Miss James any second now ...
