Don Johnson just scored a $23.2 million victory in his heated legal battle over the show "
Nash Bridges" ... but that's not all.
As we first reported, Johnson -- who co-owns the copyright for the show -- sued the production company behind "Nash," claiming they screwed him out of millions of dollars in profits.
Rysher Entertainment Inc. had argued that the show actually had a multi-million dollar deficit.
But today in L.A. County Superior Court -- the judge ordered Rysher to fork over $23.2 million -- plus half the profits the show makes in the future.
Cha-ching.

Don Johnson, who played a cop on "Nash Bridges," claims the producers have acted like outlaws, screwing him out of several hundred million dollars.
In a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Johnson claims the series earned over $300 million in revenues and over $150 million from syndication. Johnson claims as co-owner of the copyright he's entitled to 50% of the profits but he's received nothing ... zip ... nada. He's suing Rysher Entertainment and Qualia Capital.
The series ran from 1996-2001.
Abigail Breslin celebrated her 12th birthday like any fifth grader ... at pap central, the Ivy. Drinks to that!
Also in L.A. -- exes Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson, President Palmer hocking auto insurance off the clock and former TV star David Faustino, randomly running with his dog outside Il Sole.
In NY -- J. Lo and Marc Anthony hit up the Waverly, where Fergie and her hottie fiance also ate, Orlando Bloom said nada about possibly hooking up with Jen Aniston and Christina Ricci warned paps of oncoming traffic.
Twice divorced (from each other) duo Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson were spotted at Mr. Chow last night -- at the same time.
TMZ caught Mrs. Zorro -- and her daughter with Antonio Banderas, Stella -- heading into the Chinese restaurant for dinner last night, where Don Johnson -- and his son with Patti D'Arbanville, Jesse Wayne -- showed up moments later. Confused yet?
Though we can't tell if they awkwardly ate together, they arrived and exited within minutes of each other -- with Melanie proudly displaying her classy "Antonio" tattoo the entire time.

Hollywood was a happening place over this past weekend and TMZ
was on location to catch all the action.
We stopped by LA's Pacific Design Center for the Hollywood Style Awards where we ran into Jerry O'Connell, power couple Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupre and reformed spitter Avril Lavigne.
It was fairly normal on the club scene over the weekend as the stars hit up Hollywood hotspots Hyde and Area. We spotted
Nicole Richie, former "OC"er Mischa Barton, Brody Jenner, Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz and Oscar winner Jamie Foxx.
Mr. Chow also had its fare share of celebs out for a quick bite to eat. Stars like veteran actor Don Johnson, hottie Courtney Peldon and Brandon Davis (AKA
Greasy Bear) with the birthday boy -- his brother Jason.
All this and much more in this edition of Star Catcher.
