Dr. Phil's son wants to be the next KING in the world of female bodybuilding ... with a little help from daddy ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Phil's kid -- Jay McGraw -- is being sued by a hot blonde fitness instructor named Holly Holton ... who claims she created a gym program geared towards women called Pink Iron.

It's kinda cute ... her L.A. gym has pink weights with hearts on the barbells.

But we digress ... point is, Holly claims Jay approached her and wanted to license her brand for next to nothing ... in exchange for a TON of publicity from his world famous father.

According to the suit, filed in L.A., Holly claims Jay promised, "My dad will market the sh*t out of Pink Iron."

Holly claims she agreed to the deal ... and was all set to become the spokesperson for the product ... but Jay backed out and partnered with a different company, which is named P.I.N.K. Method.

To make matters worse, Holly claims the spokeswoman for P.I.N.K. Method bears a "striking similar resemblance" to herself ... blonde, hot and toned.

Holly is suing for breach of contract ... and wants a ton of cash to make things right, though she doesn't specify an amount.

We reached out to Jay's camp -- so far, no comment.

Dr. Phil is trying to unload his dinky little mansion on the Sunset Strip ... the weakest property in his $40 million dollar L.A. real estate collection ... and all he wants is a mere $2.7 mil.

TMZ has learned ... the doc just officially listed the 2,300 square foot Hollywood home ... which sits right above the infamous Chateau Marmont.

Phil bought the pad in 2008 for $2.56 million -- after falling in love with its 3-bedrooms, 2-baths, hardwood floors, swimming pool and panoramic L.A city views.

The move comes as no surprise -- considering the doc has been on a mission to sell off a bunch if his real estate ever since he dropped $29.5 million on an 11,000 square foot palace in Bev Hills in 2010.

Just last year, Phil sold his OTHER Beverly Hills mansion for $12 million ... and listed his 7,000 square foot hideaway in Beverly Glen for a cool $6.25 mil -- though he's since pulled that home off the market.

Moral of the Story -- Dr. Phil has entirely too much money.

Days before he was scheduled to appear on a "Dr. Phil" show about couples with commitment issues, 37-year-old Stephen Stanage was arrested for roughing up his girlfriend ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Stanage was arrested Saturday night in his room at the Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood -- after an argument between he and his girlfriend turned violent.

We're told neighboring guests in the hotel heard Stanage's GF screaming for help and alerted security.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Stanage allegedly yanked her off the bed twice -- and she sustained injuries. She was treated at a nearby hospital.

Stanage was arrested and booked on one count of felony domestic violence. Stanage also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest stemming from a prior DUI.

He's currently being held on $326,000 bail. His "Dr. Phil" episode was scheduled to tape this week.

Sources connected to the show tell TMZ ... Dr. Phil is taking the situation very seriously -- and will NO longer feature Stanage on the show.

 A "Dr. Phil" spokesperson tells us, "We have not worked with this couple yet, as they have just recently written in for help deciding if they are good candidates for marriage, or perhaps have some work to do first. -- as it now seems clear they do."

Casey Anthony's parents are finally opening up about what REALLY happened to their granddaughter -- revealing NEW information that could have changed the outcome of the case ... at least that's what Dr. Phil wants you to believe.

The good doc has released his first promo for his tell-all interview with George and Cindy Anthony -- and though neither one of them utters a word during the 30 second spot ... Phil seems pretty excited about some new "information" that he claims America has never heard before.

During the interview -- set to air on Sept. 12 -- Phil asks, "You know the truth, don't you?"

At this point, does it really even matter?

Hugh Hefner's runaway bride Crystal Harris has got a brand new roommate -- except this time, it's not an 85-year-old man ... it's Dr. Phil's son Jordan McGraw.

Sources close to Crystal tell TMZ, she officially moved into Jordan's Hollywood Hills home a couple weeks ago -- but she's been crashing at the place on and off for months ... while she split her time between L.A. and San Diego.

Surprisingly, we're told the two are NOT dating -- they're just really good friends ... and as we previously reported, they're both working hard to produce Crystal's new album.

But according to sources, neither Crystal nor Jordan is opposed to a relationship -- the prevailing sentiment ... if something romantic unfolds, so be it.

Dr. Phil and CBS have settled a lawsuit filed by two women who claim they were traumatized to the core when the good Doc's producers surprised them with a naked man. 

The women were part of the 2007 episode, "The Dr. Phil House" -- a crib located in L.A. that was fitted with microphones and cameras, "Big Brother" style.

The two women and others were living in the house, and the cameras caught all of their interactions.  At one point, producers sent a naked dude into the house, to test the reactions of the people who were living there.

The women claim they felt violated and disgusted.

Lawyers for the women had filed suit in 2009, and papers were just submitted to the judge to dismiss the case.  Kelli Sager, the lawyer for Dr. Phil and CBS, confirmed the case was dismissed but said she could not comment further.  Translation -- the case settled but there's a confidentiality agreement so no one is allowed to talk.

Dr. Phil makes MILLIONS helping people out -- but yesterday in D.C., the good doc did it for free ... lending a hand to a hapless cameraman on the street, after the photog toppled backwards on his ass.


A friend in need is a friend, indeed.

TMZ has obtained the 911 call placed by Dr. Phil last month -- moments after a family friend collapsed at the doc's Beverly Hills mansion ... during a tennis match with Phil's wife.



Dr. Phil made the frantic call on May 19, claiming, "My wife is down on the tennis court. I think someone down there has had a heart attack."

Of course it wasn't as easy as asking for an ambulance -- Phil's house is so big ... the doc had to give the 911 dispatcher special instructions ... just so the ambulance could get inside the Bev Hills compound.

As we first reported, the man was transported to a nearby hospital and released shortly after -- and we're told, thanks to Dr. Phil, he's "doing fine."

Dr. Phil McGraw found himself in the middle of a serious medical emergency this week -- when a guy hanging out at his Bev Hills mansion collapsed on the tennis court and Phil dashed to his aid.



It all went down Thursday morning -- when Phil's wife was playing tennis with a family friend. We're told the man suddenly became disoriented -- collapsed -- and started to go "in and out of consciousness."

We're told Phil's wife Robin screamed for the doc to call 911 -- which he did -- and while on the phone with the dispatcher, Phil raced over to the court to tend to his friend.

Sources close to the McGraws tells us Phil checked the man's pulse and calmly relayed all sorts of important information to paramedics as they raced to Phil's pad.

The man was transported to a nearby hospital -- and was released a short time time later. We're told he's "doing fine."

It pays to have a (TV) doctor in the house.

Dr. Phil McGraw is finally done with the bus accident lawsuit that made headlines a few years back -- and get this ... the whole thing didn't cost him a cent.


A bus carrying 19 people crashed on the way to a taping of "Dr. Phil" back in 2007 -- and five of the women on board banded together to sue him and the bus company for negligence.

Earlier this week, the five women settled their lawsuit. According to a source close to the settlements, only the woman who was most seriously injured came away with a nice-sized settlement. 

We're told Dr. Phil's production company, which was named in the suit, didn't shell out a dime -- it all came from the insurance company for the bus company.

Dr. Phil set out to scoop Oprah -- the woman who discovered him -- on a huge show ... even warning his staff to keep Oprah in the dark.



TMZ has obtained legal docs filed in a lawsuit against Dr. Phil for allegedly defaming two men in the Natalee Holloway case -- the girl who disappeared in Aruba.

We placed a call to Dr. Phil's rep.  So far ... no comment.

Oprah had scheduled to do an exclusive interview with Natalee's mom, Beth on Sept. 20, 2005.  But Phil had been working as well to snag the same interview, when he found out Oprah was in the game.

In the docs, there is a chain of emails between Dr. Phil and his staff.  One of the producers wrote an email to Phil, saying she had found out that Oprah had an interview with Beth.  The producer had a plan: "But we can OUT SCOOP Oprah & do the show w/ her first no matter what we find tomorrow we still have an interesting show - plus only YOU can really help."

Phil (using initials DPM - Dr. Phil McGraw) responded, "WE DEFINITELY NEED TO SCOOP THE DEAL SO IF WE NEED TO SHOOT THIS WEEK THEN LETS DO IT."  Phil adds this caution:  "IF SHE [Beth] TELLS THE OPRAH PEOPLE ABOUT US THEY WILL LIKELY ATTEMPT TO DERAIL IT BY MOVING UP THEIR SCHEDULE."

The producer responds, "Grea[t] & she won't say anything to oprahs peeps she knows it would jeopardize what we are doing - I'll email you both tomorrow as soon as I talk to jamie & we can go from there!! Yippie scoopen the big O!!"
