Drew Carey was forced to cancel today's taping of "The Price is Right" -- after taking a NASTY fall during his morning run ... and separating his collarbone.

Carey tweeted ... "Had to cancel TPIR tapings today. I fell while running this AM and separated my clavicle. Be back tomorrow though!"

Drew even posted a picture of his x-ray -- adding, "Haven't even had a pain pill yet! (But I'm due. Still waiting on them)."

As TMZ first reported, Charlie jumped on stage during a taping of  "Drew Carey's Improv-a-Ganza" last weekend at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.

We're told Charlie unexpectedly joined in the live performance to show off his own improv skills -- and Sheen won't be cut out of the show when it airs on Game Show Network in March.

Charlie Sheen has returned to the scene of his latest bender ... Las Vegas ... but this time he's hangin' with Drew Carey.


Multiple people in the audience in Vegas this weekend tell us Charlie made a cameo during Drew's improv show -- which is being filmed for a GSN series called "Drew Carey's Improv-A-Ganza," which premieres on March 28.

Drew himself even tweeted: "Charlie Sheen just got on stage with us during our improv show at MGM in Vegas. Hilarious!"

Drew Carey is a huge soccer fan -- but a controversy over the World Cup could cost the comedian some serious dough.


The "Price is Right" host has been sued by a tour company that claims Carey's assistant called them up back in January to book a month-long trip to South Africa during the World Cup.

According to the suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Carey wanted the tour company to score tickets to some of the games and book a 35-night stay at a 5-star resort. Total cost of the trip: $376,930.13.

The tour company claims they got the tickets and fronted a $220k down payment for the 35-night stay -- but Carey only paid for the tickets ... and ultimately bailed on the hotel room.

Now, the tour company wants Drew to pay back the cash they lost in the deal -- plus interest and damages.

A rep for Carey says, "This is a ridiculous lawsuit. The company knew in early March that Drew was not booking the trip through them and we are confident that Drew will be vindicated in court."

One did not receive sharp criticism from Bob Barker the other day.

We're just sayin'.

Drew Carey has finally responded to Bob Barker's sharp criticism of his "Price is Right" hosting skills ... and it turns out, there won't be a showcase showdown after all.


As we first reported, Bob took a shot at Drew the other day ... describing Carey's hosting style as less than exciting.

But yesterday, TMZ spoke to Drew outside his favorite diner in Los Angeles ... and it was clear dude  didn't take it personally.

Moments after Bob Barker criticized Drew Carey's performance on "Price Is Right" yesterday -- dude issued a statement saying he didn't really mean it and that he hopes Drew does well ... because he's got cash riding on the show.


TMZ first posted the footage yesterday -- in which Bob told us, "[Drew] does the show differently than I did ... I try to make the show really exciting. He doesn’t do that ... he just plays the games.”

But hours later, Bob tried to explain himself to Entertainment Weekly ... saying he would not criticize Drew, CBS or the show's producers "because I have a sizable royalty that I am paid every year this show is on, and it’s going on for years."

Barker added, "I hope this show stays on for years."

As for his criticism of Drew, Barker said, "He’s been charming and complimentary, and he had me on the show to plug my book ... to think that I would say anything derogatory about him is idiocy.”

Former "Price is Right" host Bob Barker put Drew Carey's "PiR" hosting style on blast yesterday -- because according to Bob ... Drew fails to add an "excitement" to the legendary game show.

A former "Price Is Right" model claims the show was so cruel about staffers becoming pregnant, she suffered a miscarriage from stress and abuse.



Brandi Cochran claims she became pregnant in 2007 but didn't tell anyone because she was afraid of getting fired. Brandi claims the stress was so severe, "that pregnancy ended in a miscarriage."

Brandi claims when she told a producer about the miscarriage, the producer told her, "It's natures way of getting rid of a bad baby."

In late 2008, Cochran became pregnant again. She claims, in the lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, a producer put his hands on his head when he learned she was having twins.

In the docs, Brandi claims when she walked past a producer he said, "Wide load coming through."

Brandi says she had complications from the pregnancy and went on disability. She claims she was eventually squeezed out of her job on February 23.

Brandi was a prize model during Bob Barker's reign as well as Drew Carey's.

CBS had no comment on the lawsuit.

The thought of winning a trip to sunny, exotic Minneapolis and a new Dodge was too much for one woman to handle on today's "The Price Is Right."


Right after hearing the Showcase prize she could win, one of the contestants fell straight backwards, landing flat on her ass.

Fear not -- she got up ... and won!
