Elvis fans can die happy ... literally ... 'cause the The King's original crypt is going up for auction and will will be one lucky bidder's permanent resting ground.

Darren Julien of Julien's Auctions in Beverly Hills is set to offer up the iconic singer's tomb -- located at the Forest Hill Cemetery in Memphis, Tennessee -- on June 23 as part of his "Music Icons" auction.

Following his death on August 16, 1977, Elvis rested in the tomb for two months, alongside his mother Gladys. Both were then later re-buried at his Graceland home.

The tomb, which has remained empty ever since, will hit the auction block on June 23. The winner will receive the crypt, opening and closing of the vault for burial, a memorialization inscription and use of the chapel for a committal service.

Fun Fact: Julien's Auctions also sold Michael Jackson's "Thriller" jacket, Marilyn Monroe's "River of No Return Dress", and a jacket worn by John Lennon ... all went for $240k - $1.8 million.

Elvis Presley was The King ... IN THE SACK ... this according to his longtime girlfriend Linda Thompson.

Linda -- who dated Elvis for four years after he split from his wife Priscilla in 1972 -- was leaving Mr. Chow last night ... when she was asked how she would rate the singer between the sheets.

According to Thompson -- dude had some serious skills.

As for other chicks Elvis banged ... the list is long. Actress Anne Helm once stated, Elvis "really liked sex." With all that gyrating, it makes sense.

Zsa Zsa Gabor and Prince Frederic von Anhalt have decided to sell their legendary Bel Air mansion ... for a bargain basement price of 28 MILLION DOLLARS!!!



Zee Prince tells us the MASSIVE estate was originally built by Howard Hughes in the '50s and Elvis lived in the pad for roughly 4 years while he was filming movies in L.A.

According to Prince, the home is roughly 8,000 square feet .... with 26 total rooms.

So why are Zsa Zsa and Prince moving?? PFVA says the couple decided that maintaining the property has become, "too much of a headache" because of their age and ongoing health problems ... and figured it's finally time to move on. 

Plus, Prince tells us, he's "sick and f**king tired of paying $30,000 a month ... because we only use two rooms in the house."

We're told the plan is to put the mansion on the market for $25-$28 million and move into a $1.5 million dollar condo in Westwood ... something "Zsa Zsa always wanted."

TMZ has obtained a 30-second clip from what could be a historic recording of Elvis & Jerry Lee Lewis back in 1960 -- their only duet in existence -- but there's a problem ... some people claim it ain't legit.



The clip allegedly features Elvis and Jerry Lee Lewis shooting the breeze at Jerry's house -- and based on the audio, Jerry's a big fan of the King.

A guy named Rod Lambert from Nashville tells TMZ, he bought the tape over ten years ago at a yard sale ... and only recently discovered that he could have a piece of rock and roll history on his hands.

An audio forensics expert verified that the voices on the tape were indeed Elvis and Lewis ... but Lambert -- who posted more of the clip on his website -- tells us, the company in charge of Elvis' catalog denied it was really the rock legend.

Lambert claims the full 30-minute version of the tape contains some pretty explicit dialogue -- and although Elvis doesn't say much ... according to Lambert, Lewis wasn't so cautious, saying things like, “If you don’t like Jerry’s peaches, then get your f**kin’ ass away from my tree."

Lisa Marie Presley's former nanny has dropped her lawsuit against Elvis' daughter, but Lisa Marie is still really pissed at her.



The nanny, Christine White, sued Presley back in August, claiming she was forced to work ridiculous hours without breaks.

Lisa Marie countersued White, claiming the nanny broke her contract by taking numerous pictures of the twin babies.

The case was dismissed today ... we do not know if it settled, because the nanny's lawyer is mum. Lisa Marie tells TMZ White's lawsuit was bogus and filed "out of utter greed and revenge because we terminated her ..."

Lisa Marie tells us she discovered White took over 165 unauthorized photos and videos of the babies and thereby violated the confidentiality agreement.

Elvis Presley's daughter says she made "a huge mistake ever hiring Christine and in exposing our babies to her."

Lesson learned.

The King's crown is still pulling in some serious dough -- a clump of Elvis Presley's hair just sold for $18,300!!!!!!



The 51-year-old hair sample went on the auction block in Chicago this weekend -- so far the winner has not been identified.

FYI --the hair was only expected to sell for around $12,000.

A tuft of Elvis Presley's 51-year-old wavy locks is going on the auction block ... and is expected to fetch around $12k.


One of Presley's friends has managed to hold on to the hair clump, which was cut off back in 1958 when the King enlisted in the Army, and is selling it as part of an auction of Elvis memorabilia on October 18 in Chicago.

For you non-serial killers, other less creepy items on the block include: autographed records, photos and an ultra-suede red shirt Presley once wore.

Former Illionois Gov. Rod Blagojevich thinks he's above the law. He also thinks he's the second coming of Elvis Presley. He's wrong on both accounts.



Blago, who was paid for the appearance, sung the Elvis classic "Treat Me Nice" as part of a downtown Chicago block party Friday night.

"Jailhouse Rock" would have been a more appropriate song choice.
