Lopez' manager, Benny Medina, tells TMZ, "Neither Jennifer nor Enrique care who opens or closes.  What we want to do is give the fans the best show possible and whatever that means, that's what we will do."

It's a big change from a year ago, when Enrique bailed on the Britney Spears concert tour because she was getting top billing ... and he wasn't having it.

We're told the NEW tour will be a "co-headliner show," with equal production value, money and time spent on both Jennifer and Enrique.

As for who opens and who follows, Medina tells TMZ it hasn't been worked out yet but it won't be a problem.  He also said if the venue has a bunch of screaming girls pining for Enrique, it would make total sense for Jennifer to go first.

An AEG rep involved in the concert tells us the plan is to have the two singers flip flop, with Jennifer going first one night and Enrique going first the next.  

For the record -- the AEG rep also told us Enrique had "no ego" about going last.

Without wearing a life vest, Enrique Iglesias probably didn't make the wisest choice by jet skiing with his dog in his lap on Tuesday ... in the same area of Miami where Sean Kingston recently got into a bad jet ski accident.

Proving he's nobody's opening act, Enrique Iglesias took to the stage at Le Zenith in Paris, France last night.

TMZ has learned Britney Spears has lasered in on Nicki Minaj as her opening act for her upcoming concert tour ... and lawyers for the two are in "serious talks."



We're told it's looking very good that Nicki and Britney will reach an agreement in the next day or so.

Nicki would take the place of Enrique Iglesias -- who bailed at the last minute because his ego could not take opening for Britney.

Nicki is currently on tour with Lil Wayne -- those concerts end on April 28. Britney's tour begins June 17 in Sacramento.

We're told lawyers and agents for Britney and Enrique were hammering out an agreement for weeks, and the terms were finessed to make Enrique appear to be a co-headliner.  We're told both sides agreed to the deal and that's why the announcement was made Tuesday.

But just hours before Britney's camp went public, Enrique was burning up the phone lines and the Internet, engaging various people connected with the tour in lengthy conversations in which he made it clear -- he was, in reality, Britney's opening act and he wanted out.

One source says the deal was actually very favorable to Enrique ... "great terms and great placement."  But we're told it all came down to taking the stage before Brit -- too much to handle.

Hours after Britney Spears announced an upcoming North American tour this morning -- her accompanying act, Enrique Iglesias, has reportedly dropped out. 



According to Billboard.com, an official announcement is coming soon ... but so far, it's unclear why Iglesias wants off the tour.

The tour is scheduled to kick off in June.

While enjoying a night of Las Vegas debauchery -- Enrique Iglesias took pictures with fans (and not of his crotch) and poured Grey Goose vodka down a mystery man's throat at LAX this week.

OK, so the footage is pretty grainy ... and shaky ... but still, it's a naked Enrique shredding up the coast of Miami ... just like he told the BBC he would do if Spain won the World Cup ... which they did.

Sources close to Iglesias ... and his situation ... tell us Enrique did the naked run just a few days ago ... "at the end of July" ... telling us the singer wanted to do it because, "A bet is a bet."

Enrique's people wouldn't officially confirm the skinny ski trip ... but they did tell us, "We do not manage Enrique’s personal time schedule but we do know he was in Miami the last week of July.”

In a related note, Enrique had to keep his bare ass stunt top secret because -- as we previously reported -- local law enforcement had threatened to bust Enrique on public nudity charges if they caught him hangin' 11 on their watch.

Enrique Iglesias pointed a fan's camera down his pants and took a picture of his junk while performing in Vegas this weekend -- but the craziest part ... he gave the camera back to the fan!!!



Between the naughty pic and his promise to water-ski naked in Miami, the 35-year-old is overexposed.
