Eva Longoria just got into a low speed car accident ... again ... this time involving her super-expensive Bentley ... TMZ has learned.

Longoria was trying to leave a parking lot in L.A. ... but the mechanical arm wouldn't raise up ... so she tried to back up in an effort to use another exit.

But Eva didn't notice the BMW waiting behind her ... and plowed ass first into the other ride.

We're told Eva got out of the car and checked out the damage -- the Bentley was mostly unscathed but the BMW wasn't so lucky ... the hood and the front grill are all jacked up.

Eva -- who was very nice -- apologized for the accident and traded information ... before finding an exit that worked ... and going on her way.

Longoria knows the drill by now ... as we previously reported, she got into a minor fender bender last month while leaving a hair salon in West Hollywood.

It's her 37th birthday and Eva Longoria is single and ready to mingle ... with her celebrity girlfriends Kate Beckinsale and Victoria Beckham.

With Kate & Posh's hubbies nowhere to be found, the three gorgeous ladies wined and dined at Cecconi's in West Hollywood on Thursday to toast Eva's cumpleaños.

Longoria has a lot to celebrate as she's back on the market after recently breaking up with her boyfriend Eduardo Cruz.

Marc Cherry is not Nicollette Sheridan's only adversary in her trial -- her former co-stars are poised to destroy her case, because they're all set to testify for the defense.

TMZ has obtained the witness list in Nicollette's trial.  Among those who will be called on behalf of Cherry -- Eva Longoria, Felicity Huffman, James Denton, Marcia Cross and Neal McDonough.

The women on the show will all testify -- they never saw Marc strike Nicollette, as she alleges, nor did they witness any retaliation after she complained to ABC honchos.

According to the witness list, Nicollette wants to grill Marc for 8 hours. 

Eva, Felicity, James, Marcia and Neal will all be in and out in 30 minutes or less, although cross-examination could prolong things.

"Desperate Housewives" star Eva Longoria bordered on having a wardrobe malfunction as she left her restaurant Beso in Hollywood last night ... by barely wearing a little black dress with a very deep and interesting plunging neckline.

Despite being smokin' hot, the glowing 36-year-old did her best to contribute to the nip in the air.

A guy in West Hollywood hit the jackpot this afternoon when he scored Eva Longoria's phone number ... but that's because she had just rear-ended him with her BMW ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Eva was leaving her BFF Ken Paves' salon when she pulled out into traffic and lightly tapped the car in front of her. We're told the car Eva hit only suffered minor scratches.

Our source on the scene said the guy didn't care about the minor damage ... he was just stoked to get Eva's digits.

Stranger things have happened.

Eva Longoria has had enough of Tony Parker, both in marriage and on her body, because she went to a famous tattoo guy Wednesday to begin the final process of 86'ing the "NINE" tattoo on her neck.

Nine, of course, is Tony's number on the San Antonio Spurs, but it's not sitting well with Eva now that she's divorced from Parker. We've learned she went to Dr. Tattoff  -- the famous tattoo removal guy -- Wednesday to get all traces of the tat removed.

There were reports Eva tried to laser off the tattoo, but it didn't do the trick.   

Eva will soon be clean as a whistle ... for the new guy who, by the way, accompanied her to Dr. Tattoff.

Eva Longoria's famous Beso restaurant in L.A. is the slickest place in town ... so slick in fact, that some woman claims she slipped and fell on her ass there at her own birthday dinner.

According to a lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Luiza Boyadjian claims she went to Eva's eatery last year to "celebrate her birthday with friends and family."

Boyadjian claims she tried to get up from her chair and walk around, when she "suddenly slipped and fell due to the floor ... being extremely slippery."

Boyadjian claims she's suffered major physical injuries as a result of the fall -- including damage to her nervous system.

Boyadjian alleges the restaurant had a duty to maintain safer floors -- and she's suing for unspecified damages greater than $25,000.

JT Torregiani, a Managing Partner for Beso, tells TMZ, "The Company hasn't had a chance to review the lawsuit yet. Also, the restaurant is not aware of any incident of this nature happening in the past."

It takes a "special" kind of friend to pick somebody up from the airport in the middle of the day ... but Eva Longoria and L.A. Lakers player Matt Barnes seem to have a very "special" friendship.

Longoria pulled off the ultimate favor for Barnes yesterday -- rolling over to LAX around 11 AM to play the role of chauffeur.  Barnes  tried to go unnoticed by pulling a black hoodie over his head ... but it's hard to be missed when you're 6'7". 

Despite what it seems ... sources close to Eva tell us there's NOTHING romantic going on between the two -- insisting they're just "good friends" who have done a bunch of charity work together.

And even though Matt is recently single ... word on the street is that Eva is already in a relationship with Penelope Cruz's younger brother, Eduardo.

Smokin' hot Eva Longoria had the crowd fired up at a Vegas nightclub this weekend, thinking they were about to get a private dance show ... instead they got an eyeful of George Lopez.

Here's what went down ... Eva was partying at Club Nikki at The Tropicana in Vegas Saturday night after hosting a charity fundraiser for Latino children with cancer.

Things started to get freaky when both George and Eva climbed up on a table ... you gotta see what happens next.

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Taylor Armstrong and her soon-to-be ex-husband are now co-defendants in a lawsuit accusing them of shady business dealings.

Two weeks after Taylor filed to divorce Russell Armstrong ... they're both being sued over allegedly misleading investors in a company called NuWay Digital Systems, Inc. (NDS).

Russell -- a venture capitalist -- was CEO of NDS -- which held interest in another company called MyMedicalRecords.com (MMR).

In the lawsuit, MMR claims Russell collected more than a million dollars by selling off NDS shares to investors who were told they were getting a piece of MMR.

The suit claims Taylor and Russell  "successfully and secretly" funneled money away from MMR and into their own pockets -- allegedly using the money to invest in a schmancy restaurant with Eva Longoria ... and to redecorate their mansion.

MMR and the Armstrongs reached a settlement over the whole mess ... and the lawsuit claims they have breached that agreement.

MMR wants $1.5 million to make things right.

UPDATE: Russell's attorney Ronald Richards claims MMR is struggling economically and describes the lawsuit as "groundless" and a "shakedown."

Eva Longoria wasn't surprised at TMZ's story that her boss made a crack at her wedding -- insinuating Tony Parker was gay -- that's because Marc Cherry blurted it out for everyone to hear.


Nicollette Sheridan -- who is suing Cherry for giving her the boot on "Desperate Housewives" --  accused Cherry in in a deposition of saying, "Tony must like boys if he is marrying this -- this little, small girl with no t*ts, that looks like a boy."

Sources who were present at the wedding tell us Cherry unloaded the comment loudly and proudly ... for all 300 guests to hear.  In other words, our sources say Sheridan is grossly misleading the judge by insinuating the comment was meant in a serious and mean-spirited way.

In fact, we're told Eva thought it was funny and laughed out loud.

The golden rule ... always laugh at the boss' jokes.
