List of things Flavor Flav apparently thinks are a joke -- 911 and child support. 

The legendary Public Enemy rapper is behind on his child support payments to his baby mama in Albany, NY to the tune of $111,186 ... which has him now facing a prison sentence of 180 days.

Under a support agreement, Flav is required to pay $837.72 a week to Angie Parker to support the couple’s three children.

Flav failed to show up for a court hearing this week, says the NY Daily News, so an Albany County magistrate recommended the jail sentence -- and revoking his driver’s license and passport.

He must appear in Albany Family Court on June 19.

Flavor Flav says his daughter is getting a bad rap after her arrest this weekend ...claiming she didn't lay a hand on him and the whole thing was just a family dispute that got out of hand.

Flav tells TMZ ... he tried to stop police from arresting Dazayna Drayton  -- but cops said they had no choice because Nevada law required police to hook anyone who allegedly strikes a family member.

Flav tells TMZ, "The whole thing was a big misunderstanding that shouldn't have happened. No one in my family called the cops on my daughter and she did not beat me up."

Flav makes it clear ... "I love my daughter and will never let anything happen that could come between us."

TMZ has obtained Flavor Flav's daughter's mug shot ... taken moments after the 19-year-old was arrested for battery stemming from an altercation at the rapper's Las Vegas home.

As we first reported, cops arrested Dazayna Drayton early Sunday morning following a family spat.

Sources tell TMZ ... Flav tried to break it up and got hit by his daughter for his troubles. It's unclear whether it was on purpose or by accident.

Law enforcement tells us ... Drayton has since been released from custody.

Cops were called to the Las Vegas home of Flavor Flav early this morning after a family spat turned violent -- and when cops sorted it out, one of his daughters was arrested. 

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Flav's 19-year-old daughter Dazayna got into an argument with one his step-sons, which eventually became physical. 

We're told Flav tried to break it up and got hit by his daughter for his troubles. It's unclear whether it was on purpose or by accident. 

Our sources say someone in the house called the cops. When police arrived, we're told they interviewed everyone and found evidence of domestic violence. Dazayna was eventually taken in for misdemeanor battery.

Dazayna is still in custody and will go before a judge tomorrow morning.

Authorities still have no answers as to why "Twilight" star Jackson Rathbone and Flavor Flav both wore crushed velvet suits in public this week.

Rathbone stunned onlookers in a blood curdling burgundy two-piece crushed velvet catastrophe at the "Breaking Dawn" premiere in L.A., while Flav went with a deadly emerald version to Heavy D's wake in NY.

They say it takes three instances to make a trend ... let's hope not.

As most of America will set their clocks back an hour tonight -- there will be one very special celebrity who has their work cut out for them... FLAVOR FLAV!

Flavor Flav pulled a Happy Gilmore this week -- signing a female fan's chest at some event in L.A. ... and the autographed woman was SO PUMPED, she made a beeline for a tattoo shop to make it permanent.

Flavor Flav is known for rap music, fried chicken, and big giant clocks -- and TMZ has learned one of those things is getting Flav immortalized in an actual museum!



Reps for Flav tell us the rap pioneer turned chicken king got a call from the Grammy Museum in LA -- asking him to donate one of his famous over-sized timepieces for display.

We're told Flav was thrilled to grant the request ... saying he was happy that  "generations unborn will be able to see this [clock]."

Reps for the museum tell us they're still deciding where to permanently display the clock -- which they want to boost the museum's hip-hop cred.

As for Flav ... dude has more than 100 neck-clocks ... he can spare the time.

Flavor Flav's former business partner has filed a police report against the rapper ... claiming Flav cut him out of a MAJOR fried chicken deal and swindled him out of a $30,000 check ... TMZ has learned.


The man who filed the report is Tommy Karas -- who claims he wrangled up investors for Flav's Las Vegas fried chicken project back in April and was supposed to handle the money for the deal.

According to the report, Flav went behind Tommy's back -- telling the investors HE was the money man ... and even getting them to send him a $30,000 investment ... cutting Tommy out of the deal altogether.

Tommy filed a report with the Las Vegas Metro PD -- but law enforcement sources tell us ... "The allegations did not meet the elements of a crime" -- and cops will not pursue the case because, "It's a civil matter."

We're told Karas is meeting with attorneys to weigh his legal options. Calls to Flav's people have not been returned.

Flavor Flav says the only reason he was arrested Friday night is because some "curious Rookie Ass Cop" wanted to make a name for himself.



Flav just went to his Twitter to explain how he ended up behind bars ... saying, "I was on my home from Benihana's I got pulled over by a curious Rookie Ass Cop."

Flav continued, "He found out I had a traffic warrant wanted to make a name for himself took me in and now I'm home laying my bed what's the big deal?!"

TMZ broke the story ... Flav was arrested and hauled into a Vegas jail after he was pulled over for a routine traffic stop ... and the cop noticed Flav had four warrants out for his arrest stemming from various traffic-related incidents. .

Apparently, Flav settled all of the outstanding issues -- because he also tweeted, "At least, I cleared up my sh*t ... some people are still on the run!"
