Avril Lavigne got nice and cozy in the backseat of a car last night -- Brody Jenner's car.


She's still not officially divorced from hubby Deryck Whibley, but it seems Avril is already on the rebound -- 'cause let's get serious ... does anyone really think Brody's in it for the "friendship?!"

Didn't think so.

Brody Jenner cracked up when he heard his BFF-turned-foe Spencer Pratt was offered to expose his hose in Playgirl -- and randomly had a t-shirt perfectly explaining why it'd be a bad idea.

With all those long, drawn-out pauses and fights that go nowhere, "The Hills" is in dire need of some action -- cue the random drunks!

Thanks to a few well-placed peeps desperately seeking their 15 minutes and a boring conversation with LC, Brody and Frankie turns into something actually worth watching!

TMZ caught Brody Jenner's BFF outside of Hyde last night with a couple of overly touchy friends -- one sliding his tongue along Delgado's cheek, the other mounting him after Frankie lamented being single.

With pals like these, who needs a girlfriend?

You would think Brody Jenner, the ultimate Bro, as it were, would know that ol' nightlife chestnut, "Bros before hos."


But TMZ caught Brody leaving the Hollywood hotspot last night with two hotties and buddy Frankie Delgado -- but Frankie refused to get in the passenger seat of the car because he didn't like the look of the driver.

Brody took off, leaving his sidekick on the sidewalk. Dude!

The professional party boy was spotted leaving Koi last night -- wearing an ARM sling -- as a result of a broken finger suffered while manhandling his sidekick, Frankie Delgado.

Pals Brody Jenner (black trunks) and Frank Delgado (starry trunks) were practically scared out of their kayak yesterday -- by a tiny wave at an L.A. beach.

While friend Hilary Duff nearly ate it while playing volleyball, and Matt McConaughey prayed for waves, these clowns desperately fought an ankle-buster of biblical proportions.

TMZ cameras caught up with MTV reality star Frankie Delgado last night as he emerged from a Hollywood hotspot covered in lipstick kisses. This was a lot better than a recent spotting of Frankie as he was seen leaving a club -- splattered with blood!

Frankie tells our cameras that some guy had punched him. TMZ sources say it's not surprising. According to our spy, Delgado had an altercation a month ago with "some guy" that Frankie thought was bothering some of his friends. Come on Frankie, violence is never the answer. Anger management, however, might be!

TMZ tried to contact Delgado's reps, but couldn't find any.
