Frankie Muniz took his girlfriend Elycia Turnbow out to Boa Steakhouse in Hollywood last night ... but he didn't REALLY want steak ... he really wanted to show everyone the two are still together.


Less than two weeks after police responded to a domestic incident involving the couple -- involving a gun -- the two held hands on their way out of the popular paparazzi hangout last night.

Muniz even responded to a question about his marriage -- telling everyone it's "amazing" -- despite the fact that he and Elycia aren't even engaged.

TMZ has obtained the 911 call made the night Frankie Muniz and his girlfriend got into a huge argument ... during which Frankie can be heard telling the dispatcher, "I don't want to make a big deal because I am a celebrity."


As TMZ first reported, Frankie and his girlfriend got into a crazy fight -- during which she claims Frankie punched her and held a gun to his own head.

In the 911 call, Frankie can be heard telling the dispatcher that his girlfriend is "trashing the house" and "she's hitting me in the face."

When the dispatcher asks Frankie for his name, he tells the woman, "I don't want to make a big deal because I am a celebrity. I don't want there to be a big deal."

His girlfriend can be heard yelling in the background, "You just hit me!" Frankie yells back, "I did not hit you. You punched me in the face."

Frankie eventually gave his name. No arrests were made.

Less than 24 hours after Frankie Muniz allegedly pulled a gun out during a nuclear fight with his girlfriend ... the couple went on a nice, normal date like nothing ever happened ... TMZ has learned.



Multiple people close to the couple tell us the former "Malcolm in the Middle" star and Elycia Turnbow spent a romantic evening at the Martini Ranch bar in Scottsdale on Saturday night and seemed “completely carefree.”

The romance continued just a few days later -- when Frankie organized a special Valentine's Day dinner for the couple ... and even sent out a tweet that read, "The table's all set for Valentine's Day dinner … I love @elyciamarie”

As TMZ first reported, cops responded to a domestic incident at Frankie's home on Friday night -- with  Elycia telling police Frankie attacked her and then held a gun to his own head.

Frankie Muniz claims a gun "played no part" during a domestic incident in Arizona with his girlfriend a few days ago -- despite the story she told police -- and Frankie insists he was not suicidal.



Frankie's rep just released a statement saying, "Frankie and Elycia had an argument a few days ago.  The police were called to the residence."

The statement continues, "A gun played no part in the argument and was voluntarily given to the police for safekeeping.  There were no bruises and neither left the residence. He was not suicidal.  She was not assaulted."

The statement doesn't sync up with the stories both Frankie and Elycia told police on the night of the incident. According to the police report obtained by TMZ -- Elycia claimed Frankie held the gun to his head and roughed her up. Frankie told police he grabbed a gun case and insisted his gun wasn't loaded ... when in fact, it was.

Frankie's rep adds that the couple is still together and are "moving forward with their lives and with their relationship."

Frankie Muniz put a gun to his head and punched his girlfriend during a nuclear domestic argument Friday night ... this according to the woman.



TMZ obtained a police report filed in Phoenix, AZ last Friday.  According to the report, Muniz and his girlfriend, Elycia Turnbow, were arguing in their home about "prior relationships."  Elycia told cops, Frankie "grabbed a gun and held it to his head, possibly with the intent of committing suicide."



Elycia says she became worried and called one of Frankie's bandmates to take him to the hospital.

Frankie tells a different story, claiming Elycia was screaming and yelling at him when he "fell and hit his head."  Muniz says that's why he went to the hospital.  Muniz denied putting a gun to his head, but did say, "I grabbed the case, but not the gun ... it isn't even loaded."

In fact ... the cops did find the gun and it was loaded.

Muniz was released a short time later, went home, and just after 10PM the same night, things exploded back at the house.  According to the police report, Elycia says, Frankie "punched her in the back of the head, and threw her into a wall while in the downstairs bedroom."

Muniz denied punching Elycia, telling cops, "I love her too much.  She is the woman I want to marry."

Muniz told cops ...  what actually happened was that he was sleeping but awakened "by Elycia yelling at him and hitting him in the face."  Muniz said he was defending himself when "Elycia fell to the ground and started to kick the bedroom door."

Cops say in the report ... there were no visible injuries.

The handgun was impounded and both Frankie and Elycia were warned they'd both go to jail if things got out of control again.

Frankie Muniz is guilty of driving under the influence -- of a cell phone conversation!

As of yesterday, it is illegal in California to drive and talk on a cell phone without a hands-free device -- a law that Frankie is clearly breaking.

Yet another reason for Young Hollywood to start taking cabs!

It's always fun to dance like no one's watching -- too bad for Frankie Muniz, someone was.


Frankie couldn't contain his excitement after getting a kiss from fiancee Jamie Gandy -- and expressed it in this robotic dance!

That cute lil' baby face must go a long way with the ladies! Or maybe it's the adorable little dollar signs in his wallet!


TMZ spotted Mr. Muniz on Robertson Blvd. yesterday, and he was in the company of a rather hot brunette who stayed mum while Frankie chatted with our photog. The "Malcolm in the Middle" star was asked about his New Year's Eve plans, but he said he didn't know what he was doing yet. Sure, Frankie! Perhaps he just didn't want to spill the beans in front of his flava of the day.

A playa never tells!

Lil' Frankie Muniz has made some big real estate deals in the past. Since he was a teen he's been buying and selling property, but TMZ is told that Muniz may not be a real estate prodigy in terms of making a profit. Life's unfair!

The "Malcolm in the Middle" star has just listed his 1,972 square foot, five bedroom and four bathroom Hollywood Hills home for sale -- and according to the LA Times it's going for a little under $3.9 million dollars. But property records indicate Muniz purchased the house in January of 2006 for almost $3.5 mil. According to TMZ's sources, Muniz did "extensive upgrades" on the home. Unless he was in the Home Depot do-it-yourself section, the gain from this property may not be as much as Frankie's pockets would like.

And by the way, he will still have to pay a real estate commission -- which could amount to several thousand dollars. Well, there's always that race car driving hobby -- that's more realistic!

Is he drinking out of the fountain of eternal youth?! Frankie Muniz was seen leaving the gym yesterday, and he still looks like little Malcolm. Life's unfair!


Frankie, 22, did flash his mini-guns for our cameras, but unfortunately, he has the muscles of an 8-year-old. But a very cute and sweet 8-year-old!

On the upside, when he's 40 he'll look 25!

Baby-faced Frankie Muniz kinda looks like a poser, with his tough guy haircut and racing tats, but after seeing the friends he brought into Hyde Wednesday night -- one of whom has tattoos on his face -- he might be the real deal after all.
