3:53 PM PDT -- Gloria just released a statement ... insisting she will file a counterclaim against Okorocha for defamation.

Allred adds, "Doe #1 and Doe #2 contacted me seeking representation, and we have the evidence to prove it."

"Mr. Okorocha's lawsuit will be dismissed, and we will ultimately recover a judgment against him."


The lawyer who filed a lawsuit against John Travolta on behalf of two masseurs is suing Gloria Allred for allegedly stealing one of his clients, calling her an ambulance chaser and claiming "She ain't been in a courtroom in 20 years."

Okorie Okorocha just filed the lawsuit, claiming Gloria approached the second masseur -- John Doe #2 -- asking him to fire Okorocha and hire her.

As we reported, Okorocha dropped the first masseur -- John Doe #1 -- after TMZ broke the story that Travolta was in New York -- not anywhere near Beverly Hills -- on the date the alleged sexual assault occurred.

In his lawsuit, Okorocha says Doe #1 hired Gloria, and then she made her play for the other masseur. 

Okorocha attached text messages to his lawsuit between himself and Doe #2, in which Okorocha wrote, "I can't believe f**king Allred called you."  He added, "She ain't been in a courtroom in 20 years.  Just doing stupid ass press conference side shows."

5:05PM PST: Gloria tells TMZ, "Mr. Okorocha's representations are false, outrageous and defamatory," adding both John Doe 1 and 2 contacted her office and she did not solicit either of them. 

Gloria is demanding a retraction ... or else.

Gloria Allred "illegally" seduced John Travolta's accusers ... and convinced them to fire their attorney ... so says the scorned ex-lawyer.

Okorie Okorocha -- who represented John Doe #1 and John Doe #2 in their separate sexual assault lawsuits against Travolta -- says Allred had been soliciting his clients while he was still working on their cases.

Okorocha claims he warned John Doe #2 that Allred's actions were "unethical and against the law" ... but it didn't matter -- both Does dropped Okorocha and immediately signed with Allred anyway.

Okorocha did not say if he will pursue legal action against Allred -- but did pay her a compliment ... saying, "I know that the case is gonna go away quietly because Miss Allred has successfully made cases go away quietly." 

"I'm confident [both accusers] will get justice, it'll just be an under the table payment."

Gloria Allred is now representing John Doe #2, the masseur who is accusing John Travolta of sexual assault, but it's unclear exactly what Allred is doing with him.

As we previously reported, John Doe #2 fired his lawyer and plans to dismiss his case, which was filed in federal court.

Gloria says, "We believe that the lawsuit should be filed in another court and, therefore, the lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice.  We will be conferring with our client regarding what will happen next in this case."

Travolta's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ, "I'm looking forward to trying the case against Gloria Allred in a court of law, not in the media."   Singer told TMZ his client hasn't paid either John Doe #1 or 2 a penny, calling their claims "ridiculous and false."

Gloria Allred can't stop talking about Donald Trump's junk -- because even though the Miss Universe pageant has already changed its rules regarding transgenders competing ... she's still calling him and his manhood out days later. 

Allred and Trump have been trading barbs for weeks after Gloria inserted herself into the controversy surrounding transgender beauty queen Jenna Talackova. Gloria claimed she was fighting for the rights of transgenders to compete in the pageants run by Mr. Trump ... who says the policy change was already in motion before Gloria even got involved. 

But here we are, days later, and Gloria still can't let it go ... telling our photog yesterday she'll recant her "small penis" statements about Mr. Trump if he'll change his rule ... A RULE THAT HE'S ALREADY CHANGED!!!

Donald Trump claims Gloria Allred and her publicity-whoring shenanigans had NOTHING to do with overturning a Miss Universe policy that banned transgender women from its competition -- if anything, Gloria actually hurt their cause.

The Miss Universe Organization just released a statement, claiming its decision to overturn the transgender policy was "a result of our ongoing discussions with GLAAD and not Jenna's legal representation, which if anything delayed the process."

According to the statement, the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation contacted the Miss Universe organization on March 24th -- over a week before Allred held her news conference with transgender beauty queen Jenna Talackova.

In case you missed it, Gloria held the news conference in protest -- after the Miss Universe organization banned Talackova from competing because she wasn't a female at birth ... a decision that was quickly overturned.

But Trump claims Gloria wasted her breath -- because GLAAD had been working with the Miss Universe organization to rectify its transgender policy long before Allred's "public involvement."

Donald Trump is confident ... attorney Gloria Allred would be blown away by his man junk.

The Donald called in to TMZ Live moments ago, claiming, "I think Gloria would be very very impressed with [my penis]."

Donald's genitals became a topic of contention earlier today during Gloria's news conference with transgender beauty queen Jenna Talackova -- when Gloria said, Jenna "didn’t ask Mr. Trump to prove he's a naturally born man, or see photos of his birth, or to view his anatomy ... It made no difference to her."

But it makes a difference to Donald, who said he'd be willing to show what he's got ... if Gloria's willing to pay the right price.

Donald also said he wouldn't apologize for disqualifying Jenna last week from the Miss Universe pageant on the basis of her birth gender -- even though he later reversed his position -- and added, he "couldn't care less" if Jenna even competes.

The transgender beauty queen who was DQ'd from the Miss Universe pageant due to her birth gender says she never ONCE asked to see Donald Trump's penis -- so his obsession with her genitals isn't fair.

23-year-old Jenna Talackova just held a news conference -- and her attorney Gloria Allred insisted ... Donald Trump unjustly disqualified her from the competition last week by limiting participants to "naturally-born" females.

Gloria said, Jenna "didn’t ask Mr. Trump to prove he's a naturally born man, or see photos of his birth, or to view his anatomy ... It made no difference to her. Why should it have made a difference to him?"

For the record -- all of Jenna's official documents, including her driver's license and birth certificate, say she's female. Jenna even proved it by whipping out her passport.


Trump has since reversed his "naturally-born" female position -- and has promised to allow Jenna to compete. Jenna stated she still wants to compete.

But Jenna wants Trump to take it one step further, admitting "loudly and clearly" he was wrong from the get go. Jenna also wants Trump to promise to repeal the "naturally-born" female rule -- or face legal action.

Two women who were sued because they blasted their ex on liarscheatersrus.com -- calling him "scum" -- have been vindicated by a judge.

The court threw out the case filed by Matthew Couloute, a New York lawyer, who claimed Amanda Ryncarz and Stacey Blitsch -- a former roller derby star -- ruined his career by calling him various names on the website, including a "liar" and a "cheater."

But a federal district judge ruled the statements were just opinion -- and no one would mistake them as fact.  The judge also said Matthew couldn't point to a single business relationship of his that was harmed by the 2 chicks.

The alleged victims, 39-year-old Bobby Davis and 45-year-old Mike Lang, announced their lawsuit in a news conference today -- Gloria Allred presiding -- claiming head basketball coach Jim Boeheim destroyed their reputations by publicly calling BS on their stories.

Davis and Lang filed the defamation suit today in N.Y. State Supreme Court -- suing the University alongside its head coach ... for carelessly tarnishing their reputation.

Sharon Bialek just spoke at a news conference thrown by Gloria Allred ... saying she reached out to Herman when she was terminated from the Education Foundation at the National Restaurant Association in July 1997 ... and asked him for help.

Bialek says Cain told her to come to D.C. so they could talk. She did -- and to her surprise, Cain hooked her up with a HUGE hotel room ... took her to dinner ... and afterward, promised to show her the NRA headquarters.

Allred says Bialek -- who's a registered Republican -- could have sold her story for a ton of cash -- but she didn't want to damage her credibility.


2:38 AM PST -- Cain's camp has released a statement ... calling the allegations "bogus."

The statement continues, "All allegations of harassment against Mr. Cain are completely false. Mr. Cain has never harassed anyone."

"Fortunately the American people will not allow Mr. Cain’s bold “9-9-9 Plan”, clear foreign policy vision and plans for energy independence to be overshadowed by these bogus attacks.

Herman Cain's latest accuser got a hilarious introduction before her news conference -- from the same guy who asked Anthony Weiner, "Are you more than 7 inches?"

The guy's name is Benjy Bronk -- a writer for the "Howard Stern Show" -- and before Gloria Allred had a chance to introduce her client ... Bronk commandeered the news conference.
