Kate Bosworth was spotted at Sant Ambroeus cafe in the West Village -- getting majorly smooched by Liv Tyler!

Liv was lunching with "Smother" co-star Dax Shepard, and Kate was munching with supermodel Helena Christensen, when Liv and Kate bumped into each other and -- got reacquainted with this hot liplock!

A hooded Jay-Z fared better than Corinne Bailey Rae at Butter, getting ushered through the doors without waiting in line, while John Legend had no problem getting into Tenjune.
