Former "Grey's Anatomy" doc Isaiah Washington is facing another round of accusations -- this time from a bank that claims he stiffed it on a six-figure loan.


The actor and his wife are being sued by City National Bank for allegedly not paying back a $100,030 loan they took out back in 2008.

According to the court docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court -- the Washingtons got one hell of a deal ... with a 1.5% interest rate and not having to put down any collateral.

The bank is looking to collect their cash -- plus interest and penalties. Attempts to contact the Washingtons were unsuccessful.

Isaiah Washington owes his landlord $100,000 and if he doesn't pay up, he could be out on his ass.



Washington's landlord claims the ex-"Grey's Anatomy" star/homophobe is five months behind on the rent for his home in Venice, California. Washington had signed a lease/option agreement to purchase the property for $3,650,000.

We're told Washington was having a dispute with his financial guy and Washington told his landlord he was in the process of getting his money back so he could pay his rent.

Washington, his wife and kids are still in the house. But the eviction process has begun. Legal papers were filed today. We're told Washington is probably going to move out shortly anyway ... but there's this thing about the $100,000 ...

Isaiah Washington was rocking a pimp suit and a badass swagger outside the Viper Room -- but any street cred he had was automatically vaporized with one look at the game-killing tupperware in his left hand.

Isaiah Washington has just learned what everyone has known for quite some time: he's not aware of what's going on.


TMZ photogs caught the "Bionic Woman" star in a parking garage in Beverly Hills. After he recovered from the initial shock of being filmed, paps asked Isaiah what he thought of Lindsay. He laughed and said, "I've been in Vancouver. You know, the thing about being out of the country is -- ignorance is bliss."

He oughta know.

Things are certainly looking up for Isaiah Washington. First, he lands a part on one of the hottest new shows this Fall ("Bionic Woman") and a development deal with NBC. Now, he's got none other than Stevie Wonder singing songs in his honor. My Cherie Amour!

Isaiah was on Stevie's radio show on KJLH in Los Angeles on Thursday , when Stevie and the crew spontaneously broke into a song about Mr. Washington himself. It's really just a chant for about a minute, but then Stevie himself breaks out a verse and it is truly on.

It's hard to be mad at anyone when the man who wrote "Songs in the Key of Life" is singing.

Isaiah Washington talks about his experiences working with gays and lesbians as if they aren't commonplace in Hollywood. And water is not wet, and the sky is not blue.

During an interview with the Houston Chronicle, Washington pointed out that he was once hired by a lesbian, saying, "I've been working with lesbian and gay [sic] for 21 years in this business. In New York, my first job was given to me by ... an African American lesbian."

Isaiah says he gets along splendidly with people of all sexual orientations. He told the Chronicle, "My whole existence has co-existed evenly and beautifully with individuals who happen to be gay." Well, except for that whole T.R. Knight thing.

Like mother, like daughter: Dina Lohan flaked out on a Family Court visitation hearing for ex-con ex-hubby Michael Lohan, regarding two of the estranged couple's four children yesterday. Michael is seeking visitation rights with their two youngest kids, Aliana, 13, and son, Dakota, 10 -- Lindsay and her older brother Michael Jr. are considered too old to be included in the suit.

When asked by the visibly pissed-off Judge Stacy Bennett where his client was, Dina Lohan's lawyer claimed that she was getting ready to visit daughter in Lindsay in rehab in California and just couldn't make it. Packing those suitcases must be rough! The judge then demanded that Dina hightail it to court for the next visitation hearing -- or else. The ever-weepy Mr. Lohan said he is seeking visitation because he believes his kids should, "have both parents in their lives. I just hope people will realize my children are not bargaining chips or a commodity -- they're human beings."

Isaiah: Why me?

Isaiah Washington is officially off of "Grey's Anatomy," and Dr. Mc-Can't-Keep-His-Big-Mouth-Shut's spokesperson Howard Bragman tells TV Guide's Michael Ausiello that he is pissed -- really pissed. "If they wanted to fire him, why didn't hey fire him when [the incident] happened? If you made a mistake, you acknowledged the mistake, you went into counseling, you met with the groups, you did the PSA, you did everything that was asked of you, and then they still kick you in the gut? How would you feel?" Maybe exactly how Washington's openly gay co-star T.R. Knight felt when Washington uttered homophobic slurs?

As for "Grey's" other actors' responses, Ellen Pompeo told People: "It doesn't really have a tremendous lot to do with me. So, you know, whatever is meant to be is meant to be and whatever is going to happen is going to happen -- so you just have to roll with the punches." Oooh, burn!

Lawyer: Birkhead's Obsessed with Me!

Baby Dannielynn is his, but now Larry Birkhead's dealing with a whole new problem: his ex-lawyer Debra Opri. She says he hasn't paid her the legal fees he owes, and he's suing Opri for fraud, legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and conversion. Now Opri's fighting back with a new complaint -- claiming that Birkhead "was becoming obsessed with" Opri and made extreme demands of her time. Obsessed with her? Perhaps he's obsessed with the $650,000 in her bank account that he says is his.

Surprise. People love McSteamy and his chiseled abs more than Isaiah "McMeany" Washington and his glib tongue.

"Grey's Anatomy" docs Eric Dane and the chatty Isaiah were spotted in New York yesterday, and while the charismatic Dane was met with a pack of overzealous autograph hunters, Washington's only audience -- a sole cameraman asking if he'll be back next season.

Isaiah played coy with the photog and didn't give a definitive answer -- fueling rumors that the TV doc won't be on call in the fall.

Party-hopping, rehabbing, boy-crazy Lindsay Lohan admits that she was "a bit irresponsible" while filming "Georgia Rule."

Lilo, you'll remember, was publicly dissed by the CEO of Morgan Creek Productions James G. Robinson, in a harsh letter that called her behavior "discourteous, irresponsible and unprofessional" and likened Lindsay to a spoiled child. She received the dismissive missive after a series of sick days and late arrivals on set, and was threatened with legal action if she continued to disrupt filming.

Lohan is now owning up to her bad behavior and blaming it on --what else –- relationship problems with then-boyfriend Harry Morton. She tells Allure magazine this month, "It upset me because I was ... a bit irresponsible. I didn't think about the consequences, but I was also going through something in my life."

Sanjaya, Political Advisor?

Perhaps Washington wants to know how someone with so little talent can make it so far, but tonight, "Idol" loser and one-man media circus Sanjaya will attend the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner as a celeb guest, reports Page Six. Sanjaya joins stars Jane Fonda, Teri Hatcher, John Cusack and Sheryl Crow, and political heavyweights Robert Kennedy Jr., Henry Kissinger and Condoleeza Rice. The correspondents' dinner is an annual event where media types mingle with celebs and politicos, so we're not sure what Sanjaya's doing there. Maybe Condi's a Fanjaya?

No Emmy for Isaiah

After a very public battle with homophobia (he allegedly called castmate T.R. Knight a homophobic term, and then used an anti-gay epithet during an interview at the Golden Globes in January), "Grey's Anatomy" star Isaiah Washington won't be submitting his name for an Emmy this year, according to the Daily News. In order to be considered for an award, names had to be submitted by Friday, but, says Washington's publicist Howard Bragman –- whose job must have been particularly challenging this past year –- Washington's interested in "the acting, not the awards." Washington recently attended counseling for his insensitive slurs, and issued an apology.

Enrique Iglesias told People en Espanol he thinks longtime tennis star girlfriend Anna Kournikova would make an "ideal mother." "I say it regardless of whether I'd be with her or not," he added.

It seems there is one group that rehabbed homophobe Isaiah Washington does stick up for -- narcoleptics!

The tired "Grey's Anatomy" doc became a spokesperson for the Narcolepsy Network's awareness campaign in 2006, prior to his highly publicized "f-word" diatribes. Isaiah's "Grey's" co-star, Kate Walsh, is the organization's 2007 spokesperson.

Narcolepsy is a chronic neurological sleep disorder caused by the brain's inability to regulate sleep-wake cycles normally, as one might find while watching "Grey's Anatomy."

As many as 200,000 Americans suffer with the debilitating disease. Although Washington is not afflicted with narcolepsy, he says, "People living with narcolepsy need to know they're not alone and that they can get help." No word on how he feels about gay narcoleptics.

A rep for the Narcolepsy Network told TMZ, "Isaiah did a great job on the campaign."
