Two days after giving birth,
Ivanka Trump was spotted arriving to her NYC home
holding her adorable little daughter, Arabella Rose, on Tuesday.

This is the first child for
Donald Trump's 29-year-old daughter and husband
Jared Kushner.
The man arrested for stalking
Donald Trump's daughter thinks he has what it takes to become a CELEBRITY -- and TMZ has learned he's reached out to a REALITY STAR for help with his image.

28-year-old
Justin Massler (left) -- who was popped in Reno last year for cyber-stalking Ivanka Trump -- fired off an email last Friday to "
The Spin Crowd" star
Jonathan Cheban (right) ... a real-life public relations guru.
In the letter, Massler explains he's suffering from an "emergency P.R. situation" ... because he's missed multiple court dates and has become a "straight up fugitive from the law."
Massler writes, "I'm partially worried about jail, but the real thing I'm concerned about is my reputation."
During the rambling letter, Massler begs Cheban to take him on as a client ... insisting that turning a "celebrity stalker" into an actual celebrity would be great for Cheban's reputation.
Massler states -- "You'd be like the Jesus of spin."
Unfortunately for Massler, we're told Cheban will not take him on as a client.
UPDATE: Massler was arrested in L.A. last weekend and is currently being held in an L.A. jail.
When blabbermouth billionaire Donald Trump finds out his mogul-ette daughter Ivanka Trump is riding something other than a Learjet, his cotton candy comb-over is going to do back flips.

When was manual labor in the Trump's repertoire?

Ivanka Trump came to TMZ to clear up a touchy little subject -- namely, a rumor that's been floating around that she makes her assistant touch up the nails on her wax figure every week at Madame Tussauds in NYC's Times Square.
One
lit-tle, itsy-bitsy problem, she tells us: "I don't even have a wax figure! My mother and father have wax figures, but I don't." She tells us she hardly has time to get a real manicure and pedicure, with her various day jobs, much less trouble -- and, let's face it, totally demean -- her assistant with such a ridiculous task.
A rep from the museum tells TMZ "the Daily News called and was inadvertently given incorrect information by a Tussauds employee. We apologize for the confusion. Madame Tussauds loves the Trumps and is very proud of its figures of Donald and Ivana Trump, as well as its more than 200 lifelike figures."
A older model Ford Explorer may not be a bad ride for most -- but when Donald Trump finds out his daughter left the Ivy in something other than a stretch limo, he's gonna flip his wig! Or combover.
What's next? The Don's daughter caught shopping at the Gap?
Her dad is one of the biggest blabbermouths in the business -- but Ivanka Trump kept her trap shut as paps hounded her last night.
The damn Donald's sexy daughter laughed off all questions the photogs threw at her. This is the one Trump we wouldn't fire!
"Big Momma's House" beauty Nia Long turns 37 today, while the Donald's daughter, Ivanka Trump, turns 26.

The questions is ...
For a hot, young celebuspawn there's nothing quite like celebrating your new magazine cover -- the day reports surface that the publication is folding! Cancel that subscription, girl!

Sexy 25-year-old heiress extraordinaire Ivanka Trump -- who has yet to flash her panties, get a DUI or go to jail -- stepped out with her outspoken buffoon pops, to fete her cover of
Stuff magazine's Fall Fashion Preview issue on Tuesday. Unfortunately, Stuff's demise is imminent and is expected to fold any second now. You're fired!
It's great to see that Ivanka's apprenticeship is working out!
Donald Trump tells Larry King that his daughter Ivanka is not dating Lance Armstrong and that the two are "very good friends."

"They talk," Trump said. "I don't think that would be for her and perhaps not for him but he's a great guy but they are friends. I know that and they do talk."
In the interview, which will air on "Larry King Live" tonight (barring breaking news) Trump talks about his daughter's potential suitors ("There is no man that is good enough for her") and how Ivanka's dates are greeted ("Usually with bodyguards, they beat him up").
The Donald even weighed in on the phenomenon that is
Paris Hilton: "Paris said she wants to build a brand just like Donald Trump. And I don't know if she's done it the same way but she is smart like a fox. People say, 'Oh, she's not smart, she's not this, she's not that.' She's done a very good job."

With rumors surrounding
Ivanka Trump's alleged romantic connection to
Lance Armstrong swirling, the heiress just added some fuel to the fire.
At a recent photo shoot Ivanka took a few questions from photographers, but she made it clear she would not let them ask about Lance Armstrong.
Which, of course, only heightened our interest.
In this video from that shoot, Ms. Trump gives some love to an adorable doggy. What the world wants to know is whether she's saving any of that affection to a certain world-class cyclist.
