Despite her newly found marital freedom, Elin Nordegren will never live down the "pubic humiliation" ... this according to Tiger Woods mistress number 9ish Jaimee Grubbs.


TMZ spoke to Jaimee, who says Tiger is an "a**hole" and "deserves to be hated" for "treating all these woman, including myself, like rag dolls" -- but says deep down inside she still "feels sorry for the guy."

Jaimee also said she believes Elin's decision to dump Tiger is "totally legit" -- and says "regardless of how much money she settles on, it isn't going to erase her public humiliation from his choices."

And Jaimee knows a thing or two about public humiliation ... she was recently arrested for driving on a suspended license ... and photographed without a front tooth.

She may be guilty of felony homewrecking, but Jaimee Grubbs insisted in Bev Hills court this AM ... she did not break California traffic laws.


Grubbs appeared before Judge Marsha Revel, who's handling another famous alleged lawbreaker -- one Lindsay Lohan.

Grubbs pleaded not guilty to two counts of driving on a suspended license. TMZ broke the story ... Grubbs was arrested in West Hollywood back in April on outstanding warrants.

She's due back in court on August 4.

Outside of court, Jaimee was holding hands with a new man ... who we assume isn't married.

Tiger Woods mistress Jaimee Grubbs thinks Rachel Uchitel is right  ... some of Tiger's ladies are trying to become famous off the scandal -- but, of course, Grubbs says she isn't one of them.

On Friday's TMZ Live, Uchitel said a lot of the girls have been trying to sell videos and appear in celebrity boxing matches. Grubbs, however, doesn't feel the shoe fits.

She tells TMZ, "I don't deny Rachel's quote that some of the girls involved with Tiger are doing it for the purpose of fame and spotlight ... However, I can only speak for myself and I'm pretty sure I didn't try to gain fame by having half the world hating me."

Half might be stretching it a little -- but only just a little.

TMZ has obtained the mug shot for Tiger Woods' alleged mistress #2 Jaimee Grubbs -- taken after she was busted for outstanding warrants in West Hollywood last night. 

Grubbs could have cracked a smile for this mug shot -- after all she just replaced her infamous missing tooth.

As TMZ first reported, Grubbs was arrested yesterday in West Hollywood on three outstanding warrants related to driving on a suspended license.

She posted $30,309 bail at 1AM this morning.

Grubbs -- aka Tiger's alleged mistress #2 -- claimed she had a 31-month affair with the golfer.

Tiger Woods' alleged mistress Jaimee Grubbs -- the one who was missing a tooth -- was just arrested in West Hollywood.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Grubbs was busted for two offenses -- there's a warrant out for her arrest for driving on a suspended license. And when Grubbs was stopped her license was still suspended.

Grubbs is being booked right now.  Bail for the outstanding warrant is $26,000.

We don't know if they'll make her smile for the booking photo.

UPDATE: The L.A. County Sheriff's Department now tells us Jaimee was arrested on three outstanding warrants for driving on a suspended license, and her bail amount is $30,309.  Talk about overachieving.

UPDATE: Grubbs was released at 1:08 AM.
