Mark Ballas tells TMZ ... he was NOT the target of a
Jaleel White meltdown during a "
Dancing with the Stars" rehearsal session last week ... despite reports to the contrary.
Mark was leaving Hyde in L.A. last night (the same one Paris, Lindsay and Britney used to party at back in the day) ... when we asked about Jaleel's alleged meltdown ... in which he reportedly screamed at his partner
Kym Johnson before going off on Mark.
But Ballas says the whole thing is a "complete fabrication" ... telling us, "We're in L.A. man ... everything's fabricated."
Jaleel White -- aka Steven Urkel from "
Family Matters" -- is still so loaded that he drives a $200,000 car ... proving once and for all that it's totally worth him being called Urkel for the rest of his life.

The guy who played
Steve Urkel on "Family Matters" sounds more like
Rodney Dangerfield these days ... dude claims he just can't get any respect as a professional actor.
34-year-old
Jaleel White is appearing on a new sitcom called, "Love That Girl" ... and while discussing the variety of other roles he's played post-Urkel, White says he deserves some friggin' accolades.
"I'm very versatile, but somehow I didn't earn the tag of being called a versatile actor" ... White told
People.com.
He added, "I'm still chasing that one Vanity Fair tag that says, 'This guy's a versatile actor.' I accept it. It's fine. But for me, it's like what do I have to do to get that [acknowledgement]?"
Jaleel says he still gets recognized as the legendary nerd ... but explains, “I'm not trying to get away from it or anything like that, but I don't miss the role at all – really. I just want to work. I want my daughter to say, 'I know what Daddy does,' not 'what Daddy did."
TMZ has learned
Jaleel White will not be charged with domestic battery of his baby mama, according to law enforcement sources.

We're told there was not enough evidence for the LAPD to go forward with the case.
TMZ broke the story last week ...
Bridget Hardy had
accused Jaleel of punching and slapping her.
Jaleel -- best known for playing '
Steve Urkel' on "
Family Matters" -- denied there was any incident.
Jaleel's attorney Philip Cohen tells TMZ there were questions about the accuser's "credibility and timing" in this matter -- partly because she waited several weeks to report the incident.
TMZ has learned ...
Jaleel White -- the actor who played
Steve Urkel on "Family Matters" -- is under investigation for allegedly battering a woman.

Sources familiar with the police report tell us ... the alleged victim claims White allegedly punched her in one of her breast implants while they were driving on Pacific Coast Highway two weeks ago, with an infant in the car. We're told, she claims when they got home White allegedly slapped her, and pushed her into a toilet so hard it broke the tank.
Sources connected with White's baby mama, Bridget Hardy, tell TMZ Hardy is in fact the alleged victim.
We're told she did not report any injuries.
The alleged victim filed a report with the LAPD Tuesday. The investigation is ongoing.
A rep for Jaleel tells TMZ, "There was absolutely no battery ... no abuse ... and the incident never happened."
The rep continues, "This is just a ploy in an ongoing custody battle over their young daughter to tarnish his name."
Urkel must be on a mission to be forgotten -- every time we see him out in Hollywood, including last night outside One, the guy books it away faster than you can say "Stefan Urquelle."
As Jaleel White finagled his way into super
exclusive Hollywood club Villa last night, one thing was abundantly clear -- he'll never shed the persona of the world's most loveable TV nerd.
Jaleel was down-to-earth and cool as could be after having a hard time getting into the club -- while shouts of "Urkel," "Did I do that?" and "You got any cheese?" echoed around the street packed with fans and paparazzi.
Death Row Records Co-Founder Suge Knight was outside of Ritual last night, when a bevy of badges showed up for the party -- to break it up! Don't park it in the parking lot!
Also out last night: Jay-Z made a leisurely exit after his performance at House of Blues, while Jaleel "Urkel" White took the opposite approach -- and ran from photogs!

Who knew '90s star Jaleel White still had game? White was spotted over the weekend at club Pure in Las Vegas, and get this, he was surrounded by hot chicks! Did he do that?

For a guy who couldn't get the girl back in the day, he sure doesn't seem to be having any trouble nowadays. Now if only he could find a gig...
All you needed last night was a pair of Reebok Pumps, a Gameboy and a bottle of Zima, as a full-fledged flashback to 1994 was completed by actors formally known as
Urkel and Carlton -- who crashed the Hollywood night scene. Party!
Although he looked more like Stefan than Steve, Jaleel White pulled off a perfect "I'm famous and I don't want to be seen" duck and run on his way into Crustacean in Beverly Hills. Meanwhile, down the street, Alfonso Ribeiro hit up Joseph's.
Over at Hyde, DJ AM flashed back to the days when he dated Nicole Richie, but stayed mum when asked about what he thinks about her pregnancy. But the stars had a helluva lot more to say over at the premiere party for L.A. Ink at Stone Rose, where human canvasas Kat von D and Dave Navarro got their ink and drink on.
