Jamie Foxx
I Can Dance Like MJ
... In My Underwear [Video]
Jamie Foxx does an AMAZING Michael Jackson impression ... in his underwear ... and TMZ has unearthed the unbelievable footage to prove it.
The video was shot at an after-party at Jamie's mansion in L.A. ... roughly ten years ago ... right around the time he was blowin' up for his role in "Ali."
Foxx -- sporting nothing but a pair of red briefs, white sneakers and a baseball hat -- gets downright funky in front of a group of friends while Prince's "I Wanna Be Your Lover" plays in the background.
We're told everyone had a blast that night ... and Foxx continued to dance his ass off even after the camera shut down.
Just one question -- Briefs? Really?
Jamie Foxx & Tyler Perry
Sued By Prisoner --
You Jacked My Bad Movie Idea!!!

Jamie Foxx and Tyler Perry are being sued for $1 million each by a prisoner -- who claims the duo jacked his idea for a groan-worthy new comedy ... starring Foxx, Perry, and Martin Lawrence ... all dressed as women.
In case you haven't heard ... the project is called "Skank Robbers" -- a wacky action comedy about two lady bank robbers ... with Lawrence's Sheneneh character from "Martin," Foxx's Wanda from "In Living Color," and according to reports ... Tyler Perry's Madea ... from every bad movie you've seen. The project is reportedly in development.
Enter Shamont Lyle Sapp -- who, coincidentally, says he's serving time in Oklahoma for 10 bank robberies -- he's filed a lawsuit, claiming he gave Foxx and Perry the idea for the project ... and they cut him out of the action.
According to the docs, Shamont had the idea to unite the three characters in one film -- but his version wasn't a comedy about bank robbers ... it was a drama about a mental hospital.
The lawsuit encapsulates Sapp's idea -- "A male white mental patient takes Madea hostage ... He deals with phone calls from the negotiators, as Madea actually pleads for her life in a very sad tear-jerking way ... Her pleas are to be very sad. No jokes at all."
Sounds like a blast. Shamont is also suing Fox Broadcasting and producer David Zuckerman for a total of $4 million in damages. Calls to Foxx and Perry's camps were not returned.
Looks like a bogus suit ... Foxx and Martin did a "Skank Robbers" sketch for the BET Awards in 2009 ... which aired a month before Sapp even pitched his idea to Perry (below).

Jamie Foxx Brawl Aftermath -- The VIDEO

As we first reported, Jamie got into a scuffle at the Belvedere Red party at Avalon last night. According to an eyewitness who was in the thick of things, Foxx and the other guy were in a long conversation -- and a pretty intense handshake -- when the guy suddenly pulled Jamie down and put him in a headlock.
We're told it took security about 20 seconds to pull the guy off Jamie and then drag him out.
No cops were called and there were no injuries.
UPDATE: We just got our hands on video of the fight taken from a balcony above.

Jamie Foxx Brawls at Usher Show
Sources inside the Belvedere Red party say Jamie was in an exclusive lounge area near the stage at Avalon -- and that the pushing and shoving started just as Usher was hitting the stage.
We're told the fight started when someone took a pot shot at Jamie ... who defended himself and actually got a punch in too before security guards broke up the scrum.
Jamie was quiet and surrounded by huge security guards as he walked to his car after the show (see video above).
Cops were not called and Jamie was not hurt.
Our photog spotted Damien Dante Wayans, nephew to Damon and Keenan Ivory, after the show. He told us he saw the fight inside and described it as "a little altercation ... between two friends."

Jamie Foxx -- I Get Sued, You Pay
Just because Jamie Foxx is the host of a party, doesn't mean he's responsible if things go haywire -- at least that's what he's saying in a new lawsuit.Foxx -- along with everyone involved in an event at club Social back in 2007 -- was sued in April after a bartender claims he suffered 170 stitches and nerve damage after falling on a bunch of broken glass.
Jamie just filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, saying he shouldn't have to pay to defend himself because it wasn't his responsibility to ensure everyone's safety at the shindig.
Foxx is suing Social, along with a number of other companies, to fork over the scratch for his legal fees.
Jamie Foxx on Thin Ice Over Vodka Suit
Jamie Foxx has been sued by a guy who got severely injured on a Vodka display and claims his dream to become a brain surgeon has been put on ice. Here's the lowdown. Foxx hosted a party in 2007 at Social in Hollywood. William Presler says in his lawsuit he was hired to work the bar -- made completely of ice.
In the suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Presler claims drunk guests dropped their drinks around the bar and glass shattered everywhere. He claims he tried cleaning it up but was told to leave it be. Presler says the manager preferred kicking the glass along the side of the ice bar.
At the end of the party, Presler says he slipped, fell and landed on the shattered glass, severely injuring himself. He needed 170 stitches to repair the damage to the severed nerves in his left hand.
Presler says he obtained a neuroscience degree and was forced to abandon his career to become a brain surgeon due to the damage in his left hand.
