With a combined age of 42 ... Jamie Lynn Spears and her baby daddy Casey Aldridge took their 2-year-old daughter Maddie to Universal Studios in L.A. Saturday ... just days after the couple announced their reconciliation.



As we previously reported, 19-year-old Jamie Lynn and 21-year-old Casey had broken off their engagement last year ... after moving back to Mississippi.

But now, it appears the couple is working things out -- and they're even traveling together.

Courtney Love is using the Internet to blast off about losing legal control of her daughter Frances Bean Cobain -- and in her latest rant, she takes a nasty shot at unwed teenage mother Jamie Lynn Spears.



Courtney just posted the following on her Facebook page:

"theres not a whole lot i can do about it. this is like a hand grenade got thrown into our lives and its not Frances! i am angry at these people not Frances id just prefer she not become Jaimie L Spears, she should go be a writer or an a...rtist wich i support 100% but this is a circus and it pains me cos i know she hates it."

It just gets depressing from there, Courtney followed it up by saying:

"i very much miss my daighter, i know she knows how miserable i am im despairing and so sad, so so sad, but i just want to help her be happy, thats it, get her house and get her school and thats all ive ever wanted."

Following in the footsteps of her conservatorship wonder big sister, unwed teen mom Jamie Lynn Spears took her baby to a gas station this weekend.



But unlike Britney, the 18-year-old wears shoes on her visits.

Sources tell TMZ Jamie Lynn Spears' baby daddy, Casey Aldridge, is currently in stable condition at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Mississippi.

We're told he was initially taken to the emergency room, but has just been transferred to another part of the hospital.

Sources say Casey was involved in some sort of car accident last night.

Sources tell TMZ Jamie Lynn Spears is swelling up with anger over one gossip mag's claims she had lipo while pregnant -- so much so that she may take legal action.

We're told the story is "100% NOT true" -- that Jamie Lynn has never had lipo and would "never in her life" do anything like it.

Calls to Jamie Lynn's publicist have not been returned.
