Janice Dickinson -- the self-proclaimed "world's first supermodel" -- is getting her bony ass evicted from her L.A. home ... TMZ has learned.
The 57-year-old reality TV star is being sued by her landlords ... who claim Janice stiffed 'em out of 3 months of payments for a 3,000 square foot home she's renting in West Los Angeles.
And at $5,900-a-month ... it definitely adds up -- totaling $17,700.
In the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the landlords also claim they gave Janice a 3-day notice to pay up or get out on May 7th -- but she failed to do either.
Now, the landlords are begging a judge to step in ... so they can get Janice out of the home ALONG WITH the money she owes.

Janice Dickinson tells TMZ, the mother who accused the ex-supermodel of attacking her outside an L.A. elementary school has the wrong person -- and the mistaken identity could derail her daughter's life.
TMZ broke the story ... Janice was sued by a Jill Gatsby -- coincidentally, the jilted niece of murdered Hollywood publicist Ronni Chasen -- who claims Janice smashed her in the face with a cell phone while she was waiting to pick her son up from school.
But Janice is adamant ... she wasn't the attacker in question -- in fact, the "Celebrity Rehab" alum claims she's never been anywhere near the school in the lawsuit ... and she wants to set the record straight.
Janice tells us, she's especially worried because her daughter is applying to colleges now -- and she doesn't want some bogus lawsuit tarnishing the girl's reputation ... sabotaging her chances at getting in.
Janice says she's considering filing a counter-suit for defamation. We called Jill for comment -- so far, no word back.
Janice Dickinson has been sued for allegedly beating the crap out of another woman in front of an elementary school last month ... only there's one little problem, cops say Janice was NEVER THERE!
A woman named Jill Gatsby claims she was trying to pick up her 5-year-old kid from an L.A. elementary school on September 28 ... but when she couldn't find a parking spot, she moved some trash cans in front of a nearby home from the street onto the sidewalk to make room for her car.
That's when Gatsby claims "a lady" came out of the home ... and became aggressive. Gatsby claims she whipped out her cell phone to record the incident, but "the lady" snatched the phone out of her hand ... and smacked her in the face with it.
Janice Dickinson just learned the following $300,000 lesson -- just because you ignore something, doesn't make it go away.
According to documents, Dickinson failed to respond to a lawsuit filed against her by City National Bank -- the one in which CNB claimed she only paid back a small portion of a $275,000 loan they gave her in September of 2008.
In the papers, filed in L.A. County Superior Court last week, it says Janice now has to pay back the balance plus interest and attorney fees ... a grand total of $304,449.03.
