If Jessica Sierra wants to stay sober, she'd better away from her old friends -- one of them told TMZ she'd do cocaine with the "Idol" reject again in a second.


TMZ TV talked to one of Sierra's sisters and one of her hometown buds -- who was with the now-pregnant Top 10 contestant the night she was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer without violence. They had been busy spending money Jessica earned from Vivid Entertainment for her sex tape, "Jessica Sierra: Superstar."

Fallen "Idol" Jessica Sierra can add a Florida judge to the people she's pissed off since she was busted last month for fightin' a cop and raisin' hell.


The Florida judge sprung her loose last Monday, on condition that Jessica go back to Dr. Drew's rehab clinic in California and that she stay the hell away from television cameras.

So what does the "A.I." loser do? She leaves the courtroom and holds a news conference -- in front of TV cameras. And you thought Kellie Pickler was dumb.

Today the judge ripped Jessica a new one, saying, "Those mics are like a magnet to you, so I tell you what -- you're not allowed within 100 yards of a mic or a TV camera."

Pretty funny, since the judge allowed TV cameras in his courtroom.

Looks like Jessica Sierra's patriotic duties won't be a part of her Christmas plans! The pro-troop organization Move America Forward wants nothing to do with the currently jailed former "American Idol." What a surprise!

The fallen "Idol" finalist had previously posted on her offical website that she would be performing at a holiday tribute concert for the troops -- arranged by MAF. Guess again!

The org's VP issued a statement as a result of Sierra's current legal quagmire: "It is quite obvious that Ms. Sierra needs to devote a great deal of time to putting her life back together. We wish Jessica Sierra all the best in her path towards overcoming her addictions, but that path does not include participation in the 'A Song for Their Service' concert."

In other words, don't let the cell door hit you on the way out!

Reality wreck, porn star and former California gubernatorial candidate Mary Carey took her newly-resized boobs out for a spin last night and was rambling about jailed "Idol" contender Jessica Sierra -- to anyone who'd listen. Thankfully, we did.

Slurring her speech, Miss Crazazy sent kisses to her former "Celebrity Rehab" bunkmate. We're guessing Dr. Drew's intervention didn't work for her either.

Just when Jessica Sierra thought that facing eleven years in prison was the worst news of the week, the "American Idol" finalist learned that Vivid Entertainment has obtained a sex tape featuring Jess -- and they're preparing to distribute it.

Here's one of the many titillating screen shots TMZ got from the hot tape, which show the wayward warbler in various sexual poses, in what looks like a cheap hotel room. (Note the ciggy in the bathtub.) Sources tell TMZ that the video, shot sometime this year, will be released before the end of the year, and just in time for the kickoff of "Idol's" seventh season.

The classy Miss Sierra was arrested earlier this week for disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer without violence. In a new audio tape of a jailhouse phone call, Sierra can be heard calling those same cops "crackers."

Jessica Sierra was to the point when she was busted last week. According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Sierra told the arresting officer, "I'll suck your d*** if you don't take me to jail." Tempting offer!

Sierra also went on to use the N word several times, saying, "F*** you N*****!" According to the report, her friend tried calming Jessica down as she tried shoving a cop, and then Jessica and her pal ended up fighting in the street.

The broken "Idol" hurled a flurry of racial slurs and profanity during her arrest. She's been charged with disorderly intoxication, violation of probation -- and obstruction of justice.

This weekend, a judge denied her bond, advising that Jessica needs to find another form of entertainment.

A Florida judge laid down the law to "American Idol" finalist Jessica Sierra, telling her, "Obviously the bar scene isn't working out so well for you."


The judge denied bond, which means Sierra will stay in the pokey after being busted on two felonies, including "cocaine possession" and "battery," and two misdemeanors, including "disorderly intoxication" and "obstructing justice" with a cop.

She faces more than 11 years in prison.

And it gets worse, Sierra was just placed on probation just two weeks ago. And now the Judge in that case could throw the book at her.
