Jodie Sweetin better hope her "Full House" residuals are still flowing in -- because TMZ has learned she's on the hook for allegedly not paying almost $30,000 in taxes last year.



According to documents filed in L.A. County -- and obtained by TMZ -- Sweetin owes California $27,445.22 in unpaid taxes from 2009.

How rude.

Ex-child star Jodie Sweetin's tell-all memoir just got her hit with a lawsuit from her ex-husband -- who wants to make this clear ... he's not a bad father and he does more than play video games.



Cody Herpin filed the suit claiming the former "Full House" star's book "UnSweetined" depicts him in a "false light" -- as "lazy, unwilling to provide and support his family, uncaring, vindictive, unsupportive and disinterested" in Jodie's pregnancy.

In the papers -- filed in L.A. County Superior Court -- Herpin includes a book passage where Jodie says, "During the day, the baby was 100 percent my responsibility. Cody, meanwhile, played video games."

And there's this excerpt where Jodie talks about recovering from C-section surgery -- and claims Cody "would try to make me laugh because he knew it hurt when I laughed. That and video games were his two forms of entertainment."

Herpin is also suing the book's publisher Simon & Schuster. Jodie's rep had no comment.

"Full House" star Jodie Sweetin's divorce is now final, and she'll be the one paying child support to her ex-husband -- according to a source close to the now former couple.



We're told Jodie and Cody Herpin were both in Orange County Superior Court today when they were granted joint custody of their two-year-old daughter Zoie.

Our source says Jodie was ordered to pay about $600 per month in support.

A rep said Jodie is happy she and Cody can now move on with their lives.

Lawyers for former star/meth addict Jodie Sweetin filed a motion today to change her separation to a full-out divorce from hubby, Cody Herpin.

Both sides were in court today as part of their infamously bitter custody battle -- they each submitted clean drug tests to the court. The two sides are also debating over whether or not proceedings should be open to the public -- she wants it private, he does not.

Sweetin filed for separation back in November. In December, a judge ruled she is not allowed to see her 8-month-old daughter without supervision.

With her mom keeping a watchful eye, allegedly unfit mother Jodie Sweetin spent time with her eight-month old daughter on Thursday.


On Wednesday, a judge ruled Jodie must be supervised at all times while with her kid.

Uncle Jesse never made her do that with the twins.

Despite being called an unfit mother by her ex, and being forced to have a supervisor present when she sees her baby, Jodie Sweetin kept her head up and a smile on her face -- but refused to defend herself outside of court today.

Remember the episode of Full House when Jodie Sweetin's character finally got married, moved into a home of her own, had a kid, then had to run back home to her dad because everything fell apart? Wait ... that just happened.

Jodie, now 26, has filed for divorce from her out-of-work husband following a near foreclosure and the inability to pay for basic utilities such as water, according to People.

"I was the stay-at-home dad, my job was taking care of Zoie," claims Sweetin's husband who is now fighting for sole custody of their daughter.

A hearing is set for Feb. 9. In the meantime, someone might want to send John Stamos over to the Sweetin home with a guitar ... a little zen might help.
