A fresh-faced and makeup free Kate Gosselin showed off her taut mother of eight abs as her ex-husband Jon Gosselin picked up their kids in Pennsylvania this weekend.

In Kate's case, divorce really does the body good.

Just when you thought he had nothing left to save, Jon Gosselin suited up for a summer soccer league in Wyomissing, PA earlier this month -- and played a MEAN goalie.

But like most things, it didn't end well -- we're told the octodad pulled something and had to leave after two games.

He's a keeper.

Bam surprised everyone at The Note in West Chester, PA on Saturday ... when he hopped up on the stage, grabbed the mic ... and busted out the song "Runnin.'"

Kate Gosselin's former marriage counselors believe the reality star has some serious commitment issues ... claiming she never forked over more than $10k she committed to paying them for services back in 2009.



A company called Creative Energy Options filed a lawsuit against Kate in Pennsylvania -- claiming back in 2009, she requested one of their marriage counselors to "fly to Los Angeles, CA to perform marriage counseling, then refused to pay for services or travel fees."

TMZ spoke with Dr. Sylvia Lafair -- president of C.E.O. -- who tells us they've reached out to Kate several times in hopes of receiving their payment but she never came up with a check. Lafair adds, "There are commitments that people make ... and they should be followed through."

C.E.O. is seeking $10,476 in damages.

Calls to Kate's reps were not immediately returned.

Sporting a rhinestone-free safety harness and hardhat -- former reality star Jon Gosselin was laboring away at his new J.O.B. this week ... installing solar panels on the roof of a storage building.


The ex-computer technician scored a gig with Green Pointe Energy -- a Pennsylvania-based company that specializes in renewable energy.

Kate Gosselin is asking a judge to hold ex-hubby Jon Gosselin in contempt of court, TMZ has learned.


We've learned Kate's lawyers filed a Petition for Contempt of Custody Order last Thursday. 

Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... Kate believes Jon is squarely violating the judge's custody order -- prohibiting either of them from talking about the case -- by allegedly selling information about the case and tweeting his displeasure of the judge's various decisions.

We're told Kate is claiming Jon is willfully disobeying the orders, mostly to make a buck, and she wants the judge to modify the custody agreement to protect the kids from their alleged money-grubbing dad.

We're told a hearing is set for later this month.

Kate Gosselin took time out from starring in reality shows to go to Cabo San Lucas with her bodyguard and rumored boyfriend Steve Neild on Saturday.


Meanwhile on the same day, Kate's ex-husband Jon Gosselin played daddy day care with his eight kids and girlfriend Ellen Ross in Pennsylvania.

The epic child custody war between Jon and Kate Gosselin is finally over -- TMZ has learned the former reality couple has reached a settlement agreement ... but the terms are extremely confidential.



As we previously reported, Jon filed documents in a Pennsylvania court back in April asking for primary custody of their eight kids -- and demanded an opportunity to renegotiate his child support obligations.

But earlier this month, the two sides officially agreed on a new arrangement that involves both custody and financial obligations ... but the terms of the deal were sealed by the court.

A source close to the couple confirmed the deal -- telling us, "An official agreement between Jon and Kate has been reached and they will be working together for the benefit of their children."

Lawyers for both sides had no comment.

With his eight kids over at Kate's place, Jon Gosselin went straight to a bar in Maryland last night -- but he wasn't there to booze, he was there to work.



TMZ has learned Gosselin served as a "celebrity" bartender at the Ott House Pub in the town of Emmitsburg.

But get this -- Gosselin didn't take in a single dime last night because the whole thing was a charity event and every cent Jon made in tips went straight to a local food bank.

Despite the good deed, we hear he pours a mean Piña Coladouche.

 

For the first time in months, Jon and Kate Gosselin were spotted within inches of each other -- and no police had to be called to the scene.


Jon had rolled by the family compound in Reading, PA to drop the kids off after a private birthday celebration for his sextuplets at his apartment.

It appears the interaction went pretty well -- but we're told Jon was only at Kate's place for a short time.

Kate Gosselin let her sextuplets have the best birthday gift ... new bikes, trip to Disney World, iPads time with their dad Jon Gosselin.


Jon picked up his adorable tots from the school bus stop near their home in Pennsylvania this afternoon.  The sextuplets turned six today.

Ain't no party like a Gosselin party.
