Tiger Woods is well rid of two skanky ex-mistresses who are now going to the police and filing death threat complaints ... TMZ has learned.



Joslyn James -- mistress #237 -- went to the LAPD Tuesday and filed a report, claiming Devon James -- mistress #424 -- threatened her life.

TMZ has obtained the email in question, which Devon sent to Joslyn's manager.  As for the death threat, Devon wrote, "Trust me I will swear to u kill over this.  Oh yeah and wait to u c wat ur prize has comming!  Joslyn should b scared."

But here's the best part. Devon also writes -- referring to the Tiger porn spoof in which both woman starred -- "God if u saw her face when te cameraman said how f*ing hot I looked, and I quote 'Devons made the money shot.'"

And Devon's parting shot, "No wonder Tiger dummpppped her ass."

The LAPD is investigating.

Two weeks after he was spotted with Rachel Uchitel ... Michael Lohan posed with another Tiger Woods mistress, Joslyn James (right), and Gina Rodriguez, an alleged mistress of David Boreanaz.


Michael claims Kate Major's jealousy over his alleged TV deal with Joslyn and Rachel fueled the fight which got him charged with 2nd degree harassment.

This oughta patch things right up.

Michael Lohan tells TMZ ... his fiancee is so hard up for cash, she's invented the domestic violence story to pay the rent.



TMZ broke the story ... Kate Major filed a complaint with the Southampton Town Police Monday, alleging Michael shoved her over a chair and kicked her in the face during an argument.

Lohan acknowledges an argument, but denies even touching her.  He says, "Kate has severe drinking problems and she's jealous of all the people involved in the show." 

Lohan is putting together a reality show with a cast that includes Rachel Uchitel and Joslyn James.

Michael says of Kate, "She has no money, no job and she's been living off of me for the last 8 months ... and her dad just cut her off."  He claims Kate needs money so bad, she would stoop to creating a false story.

Kate could not be reached for comment.

We're assuming the wedding may be off.

In her pursuit of justice -- and attention -- Joslyn James put on some extremely tiny shorts and strutted into an LAPD office yesterday to file a police report ... accusing a rival mistress of stealing her stuff.



According to the police report, James claims another Tiger Woods mistress -- Devon James -- went through her purse while they were on the set of a Tiger-themed porno movie recently .... and stole cash, jewelry and a cell phone. 

James claims Devon made out with $750 worth of loot.

Attempts to reach Devon were unsuccessful.

TMZ has learned a Tiger Woods mistress got the shaft off set as well as on -- while shooting a Tiger porn spoof -- because she claims another mistress stole all her money while she wasn't looking.



Joslyn James -- mistress #17.8 11 -- says she was on the San Fernando Valley set for Vivid's upcoming porn "Three Mistresses" when another mistress in the skin flick allegedly went into her purse and snatched a $100 bill, a bracelet and a cell phone.

Joslyn tells us she's on her way to file a police report, fingering Devon James ... mistress #22.4 15.  Joslyn claims Devon was in the dressing room with full access to her purse while she was shooting the scene.

We could not reach Devon for comment. Police are on the hunt.

Tiger Woods' XXX mistress Joslyn James ain't crying for the golfer anymore -- 'cause she just fell into the grip of a soccer stud from England ... West Ham United striker Carlton Cole.


Cole just missed the cut for England's World Cup team, but had better luck with Joslyn. They were photographed together last week at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles.

Like a strippers' Legion of Doom -- Joslyn James, Holly Sampson, Melissa Smith and a cast that only seems like thousands are appearing together at the "eXXXtacy 2010" convention in Chicago next month.

But TMZ has learned they're planning to blow into several other cities. Joslyn's manager Gina Rodriguez -- herself an alleged mistress of Boreanaz -- tells us she's booked the cheaters circus for the next few months ... though she wouldn't reveal specific dates.

Warning Tiger: We're betting Orlando is on their hit list.

Rachel Uchitel and Joslyn James share the same taste in men, so you'd think maybe they would get along. Think again.


James was at eXXXotica Expo in Miami this weekend -- where the porn star/stripper fired back at Uchitel (again), after Rachel ripped on a few of the other Tiger mistresses on TMZ Live.

When asked about Rachel, James said, "I think she's a bed jumper and she needs to get a hobby -- and a real job, like the rest of us -- instead of making a living out of exploiting married men and trying to ruin families like she did. Just my opinion."

As for Joslyn's "real job" -- we're told she's expected to work the next eXXXotica Expo when it comes to L.A. in July. 

Rachel Uchitel is a hypocrite, a double-talker and liar -- so claims one of Tiger Woods' other mistresses.

Joslyn James exploded in anger after Rachel Uchitel appearing on TMZ Live Friday afternoon.  Rachel suggested Joslyn was using her Tiger exploits to become a celebrity.

So Joslyn had a few choice words for Rachel, in the form of an email to TMZ. Joslyn says, "I find it extremely funny that she is choosing to bash me in saying I am now making a career for myself from Tiger."  Joslyn goes on, "Oh yeah, that's right.  She got PAID from Tiger to keep her mouth shut ..."

Joslyn continues, "I find it funny that she says she was 'well known' before the Tiger news.  I never heard of her before that." 

And Joslyn adds tearfully (we think), "I was an actress prior and a dancer, I gave it up because I was fooled in a relationship with Tiger, I merely went back to what I was doing."

And, in the High School Mistress category, Joslyn has a parting fault:  "I never tried to add her on Facebook."

Tiger Woods Mistress #35.6, Joslyn James, finds it funny that Michelle McGee can't remember whether she slept with Tiger ... because Joslyn remembers all of her conquests.


James told our photog this weekend that unlike Jesse James' top mistress, she can "recollect" everybody she has ever had sex with.

It's a good thing we didn't ask her to prove it -- our camera guys only carry so much tape.
