Turns out
Lindsay Lohan was just a warm-up act for her daddy at the Beverly Hills Courthouse, because
Michael Lohan will go before the very same judge in the very same courtroom in which Lindsay appeared.

Truth be told ... Lindsay has faced two judges in Bev Hills -
- Marsha Revel and
Elden Fox. Michael's domestic violence case will go before either Revel or Fox.
At least Michael won't have to ask for directions.
TMZ has learned ... the doctors who have evaluated
Lindsay Lohan at UCLA have concluded she does not suffer from the drug or psychiatric problems that
were previously diagnosed.

Sources familiar with Lindsay's treatment at UCLA tell TMZ ... there's a feeling among doctors that Judge Marsha Revel "overreacted" when she ordered Lindsay
to stay at the facility for 90 days.
We're told Lindsay has been "weaned off" all of her meds --
Dilaudid,
Ambien,
Adderall,
Zoloft, Trazodone and
Nexium -- and has had no adverse reaction. Likewise, she has had no withdrawal issues in the alcohol department. Bottom line -- the docs don't think Lindsay is an addict.
And, we're told Lindsay was misdiagnosed in the past with
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) -- which is why she started
taking Adderall. The UCLA docs say LiLo does not have ADHD.
And finally, as for having psychiatric problems -- again the doctors say it's just not the case. Morningside Recovery --
the rehab facility Judge Revel initially chose for Lindsay -- determined she was bipolar, but the docs at UCLA say she is not. Our sources say Lindsay suffers from a personality disorder, which is all too common in society and sometimes partly the result of difficulties when growing up in Hollywood.
Our sources say the doctors
are recommending an early release from UCLA -- we're told they think the maximum amount of time she should spend there is 30 days -- followed by outpatient care.
TMZ has learned ...
Judge Marsha Revel has
removed herself from the
Lindsay Lohan case after allegations the judge improperly contacted people involved in the case.

Sources tell us ... lawyers in the case had a conference call with Judge Revel last Friday at 3:30 PM. Lawyers complained that Judge Revel had contacted "participants and experts" in the case without notifying the lawyers in advance.
We're told one of the issues -- Judge Revel took it upon herself to make contact with people from the Morningside Recovery rehab facility
and then selected Morningside, even though it was not on the list of recommended facilities by her own court-appointed experts. Ultimately, Lindsay's lawyer convinced Judge Revel
to send LiLo to UCLA. But the issue was raised on Friday.
Judge Elden Fox -- who also presides in Bev Hills -- is the new judge on the case.
UPDATE: Sources in the D.A.'s Office tell TMZ ... prosecutor
Danette Meyers was the one who raised the objection with Judge Revel on Friday. We're told Judge Revel voluntarily recused herself before Meyers filed legal papers to have her removed.
UPDATE: We're told among the prosecutor's complaints -- Judge Revel spoke with Morningside reps at least twice, medical experts at least twice, and
Robert Shapiro in chambers without the lawyers being notified in advance.
TMZ has learned
Judge Marsha Revel had a change of heart after TMZ's story about Lindsay's rehab -- and now she is headed for treatment at
UCLA Medical Center ... exactly what her doctors wanted in the first place.

TMZ
broke the story Judge Revel had selected
Morningside Recovery -- despite the fact that the two court appointed psychiatrists along with other medical professionals were not recommending that facility. The shrinks put UCLA in their top four, but it was the facility favored by everyone because the treatment program was perfectly suited for Lindsay's psychiatric and drug problems.
We're told Lindsay will not be in the psych ward -- rather this is an intense specialized program to deal with psychological, as well as addiction problems.
TMZ has learned
Lindsay Lohan will not serve her mandatory 90 day rehab stint at the
Morningside Recovery facility -- and it's all because of a story TMZ broke about
Judge Marsha Revel.

Late today it was announced that Judge Revel pulled the plug on Lindsay going to rehab at Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, CA.
Sources tell us Judge Revel made her decision immediately after TMZ
broke the story that
two court appointed psychiatrists had recommended four other facilities other than Morningside before Revel made her initial decision.
There is a "possibility"
Lindsay Lohan will be getting out of jail today, this according to her attorney
Shawn Chapman Holley.

Holley says she has her fingers crossed that today's the day, joking, "No offense to the city of Lynwood ... but I am really tired of coming here."
Also ... be sure to check out Holley's Amy Winehouse impression. Classic.
TMZ has learned
Judge Marsha Revel ignored the advice of
Lindsay Lohan's court appointed psychiatrists by ordering Lindsay to enter the Morningside rehab facility in Orange County.

Sources familair with the case tell us the two psychiatrists -- selected by Judge Revel -- recommended four facilities, including UCLA Medical Center. Morningside was not on the list.
We're told several medical experts informed the judge UCLA was particularly well-suited to handle Lindsay because she needs to be treated for psychiatric and substance abuse issues -- both specialties at UCLA. Medical experts told the judge they could tailor a program at UCLA that could be especially effective -- but the judge would have none of it.
But we're told the judge rejected their recommendation and instead heeded the advise of a probation officer who favored the Morningside facility headquartered in Newport Beach. As we first reported, Lindsay will be
at a satellite compound in nearby Costa Mesa.
Sources say David Gates, COO of Morningside Recovery, made a push to get Lindsay as a patient by assuring the judge he would actually be tougher on Lindsay than the average patient ... by cutting off communication between Lindsay and the outside world.
Lindsay's lawyer,
Shawn Chapman Holley, declined to comment on this story.
Judge Marsha Revel took time out from sending
Lindsay Lohan to jail to get her nails done in Beverly Hills this weekend.

Justice may be blind, but it still likes a decent manicure.
Lindsay Lohan has yet another drinking problem -- she can't get a glass of water to save her life.

Sources at the
Lynwood Correctional Facility explain the problem to TMZ this way ... inmates can order food and drinks from the commissary on Mondays, and pick it up on Tuesdays. Lindsay didn't check in until Tuesday, and the jailers are making her wait until next Monday before she can order anything.
The girl wants a drink of water, but the only thing that's available -- as one source puts it -- is "water from that nasty sink in her cell." Lindsay just can't stomach it.
So on Thursday, Lindsay asked jailers several times for water, but they wouldn't budge. One jailer told her, "Just drink the milk from the day before."
Apparently, there's a vending machine somewhere in the jail, but no one has offered her the option.
Someone who spent time with
Lindsay Lohan today tells us she's "cool, calm and sleeping a lot."

As someone inside the jail told us, "She's not a mess at all. She's keeping to herself, better than yesterday and handling it pretty good."
We do not know if sleeping soundly in a noisy jail was Ambien induced.
Our jail source says she looks "stunningly beautiful."
As for what's on Lindsay's mind -- she wants to know when she's getting out.
And, we're told, Lindsay's peeps are trying to get her a copy of "
The Old Man and the Sea" by
Ernest Hemingway from Barnes & Noble. Lindsay couldn't bring her own copy to jail -- B & N is the Sheriff's choice.
TMZ has learned
Lindsay Lohan has found a friendly pharmacist to fill her prescriptions in the pokey.

Sources connected with the Lynwood Correctional Facility tell TMZ ... Lindsay's prescriptions were being processed yesterday and she will be allowed to
take several drugs, including
Adderall, a psychostimulant used to treat
ADHD. She also has a prescription for
Ambien.
It's pretty ironic ... friends of Lindsay, and
Michael Lohan, tell TMZ it's the prescriptions that have gotten her into this mess in the first place. Nevertheless, doctors say the meds are justified and Lindsay will get her daily dose.
