Kate Major just called the cops on Michael Lohan (again) -- claiming he violated his restraining order (again) -- but Michael insists it's all BS (again).

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Michael's on-again-off-again-on-again GF called the Delray Beach Police Dept. in Florida today, claiming Lohan had shown up to a salon she was at (a violation of the current protective order against him) and started furiously banging on the glass windows.

We're told cops showed up -- but by the time they arrived, Michael had already split.

But Lohan tells us, he didn't violate the court order because Kate INVITED him to the salon in the first place ... to borrow money from him.

Michael says Kate has been seriously involved with him recently and -- shocker -- the two have been secretly living together for awhile.

Law enforcement sources tell us, police took Kate's report when they showed up to the salon -- and have also spoken with Michael about his side of the story.

We're told the case will be referred to the Florida State Attorney's Office -- to decide if charges will be filed.

Kate Major is staring down the barrel of some SERIOUS jail time -- TMZ has learned Michael Lohan's ex-GF has been charged with battery for allegedly attacking 3 people on a boozy tirade in Florida.

TMZ broke the story ... Major was arrested on January 14th for allegedly beating up a Latino couple in a parking lot ... berating them with racist epithets ... and then calling the arresting officer a "fat f**k.

Major has been charged with 3 counts of battery, 1 count of resisting arrest  and 1 count of disorderly intoxication ... all misdemeanors

If convicted on all counts, Major could face more than 4 years behind bars.

Kate Major is a racist, boob-punching, foul-mouthed, cop-assaulting criminal ... if you believe the police report filed after her arrest in Boca Raton this weekend.

It's insane -- according to the report, obtained by TMZ, cops were called to an apartment parking lot around 9:45 PM on Saturday night ... after Michael Lohan's ex-GF was observed beating the crap out of a man and his wife.

Cops say ... when they arrived to the scene, Major was being restrained on the ground by several people who saw her attack Rosario Tapia and Juan Jimenez.

The officer who wrote the police report explained, 'I attempted to speak with Major, who was screaming and yelling obscenities at Tapia, calling her a 'fat f**k' and a 'b*tch'."

Jimenez told police ... he has NO IDEA why he and his wife were attacked ... but explained he and Tapia pulled into the parking lot and noticed someone had parked in their assigned space. So they were waiting for another spot to open ... when Major came bolting towards the car out of nowhere.

Jimenez claims Major opened the door and went crazy -- calling him and his wife "several racial names" before Major attacked his wife in the hands, breast and face.

When cops tried to arrest Major, police say she resisted arrest and tried to kick the officers.

Major was eventually arrested for battery and transported to a nearby jail -- where she was an EVEN BIGGER pain in the ass, according to the report.


Cops say she yelled at police -- and tried to make a break for it. At one point, cops say, she slapped the arresting officer and called him a "fat f**k."

She was later charged with resisting arrest with violence and battery on a police officer.

Major has since been released from custody ... but it sounds like this situation is far from over.

Kate Major -- on-agan/off-again girlfriend of Michael Lohan -- was arrested early this morning in Boca Raton, FL for battery and resisting arrest ... TMZ has learned.

We've learned Major was booked into jail at 3:10 AM. She is being held on charges of battery, battery against an officer, EMT, or firefighter, and resisting an officer with violence.

We don't know if Michael Lohan was involved in this one ... but we do know he's in Florida ... so place your bets. FYI ... there's a permanent restraining order in place prohibiting Michael from being near Kate.

Major was kicked off an airplane back in November and arrested for misdemeanor battery after getting into a scuffle with another passenger. No charges were filed.

She checked out of rehab just last week.


Major was released at 12:19 PM. She was ordered to complete a mental health/drug evaulation and bring it back to the court in 48 hours to assist in helping the court decide how to proceed with the case against her.

Kate Major has completed her 30-day stint in rehab for alcohol issues and is currently undergoing aftercare treatment in northern California ... TMZ has learned. 

According to our sources, Kate made great progress during her stay at a treatment center in Boca Raton, FL. We're told Major has no plans other than to focus on her sobriety. 

As TMZ first reported, Major was hospitalized during her rehab after she suffered a seizure. Sources close to Major tell us her health has been good and she has not suffered any seizures since.

Call off the search party ... Kate Major has been found -- and it turns out ... she was never really missing in the first place.

As TMZ first reported ... Major was taken from rehab to a nearby hospital in Florida Saturday night, after suffering a seizure -- but when the rehab facility called to check on her hours later ... the hospital had no record of her.

Kate's rep and family were completely freaked -- but it was a false alarm ... because Major was in the hospital after all ... just under a false name for privacy reasons.

Major's rep tells us ... word got back to Kate that she was considered MIA, so she called her father and told him everything was fine. Mystery solved.

According to her rep, Major was transferred from rehab in Boca Raton, FL to a nearby hospital after suffering a seizure. The rep says Major left the hospital on her own and no one knows where she went.

We're told Major has no money, no phone, no credit cards and only the clothes on her back.


As of Monday morning, a rep for Major says her whereabouts are still unknown.

Michael Lohan's Achilles' Heel, Kate Major, will NOT be prosecuted for battering a passenger on a Delta flight ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us ... the L.A. City Attorney had a meeting with Kate's lawyer, Trent Copeland, today and prosecutors decided not to file the case.  We're told the City Attorney was impressed that Kate was trying to solve her problem by checking into rehab.  Copeland also made it clear ... Kate was apologetic for her conduct.

As we first reported, Kate was arrested and escorted off a flight from LAX to Tampa after accosting another passenger in first class.  We're told Kate was drunk.

And get this ... Kate was on her way to Tampa, because she had a court date over a restraining order she sought against Michael Lohan for allegedly beating her up.

Kate Major -- of filing restraining orders against Michael Lohan fame -- has voluntarily checked herself into rehab ... TMZ has learned. 

We're told Kate will get treatment for alcohol abuse. Sources close to Kate tell us ... she checked into a treatment center in Boca Raton, FL and will stay there for 90 days. 

According to our sources, Major made the decision after her alleged drunken plane fight a few weeks back.

We're told Kate feels drinking changes her into somebody she isn't ... which probably explains how she started dating Michael Lohan in the first place. 

Michael Lohan has just been charged in connection with his 2 most recent arrests -- involving his ex Kate Major -- and now, faces up to 4 years behind bars.

As we previously reported, Lohan was arrested twice in 2 days 2 weeks ago -- first, for allegedly bruising Major up in her Florida apartment ... second, for allegedly violating a protective order a day later, by trying to contact Major over the phone.

MiLo was charged today with 2 misdemeanors for the first arrest -- domestic violence and violation of a domestic injunction. And 2 for the second -- resisting arrest without violence (after allegedly trying to flee from police and falling into a tree) and violating a condition of pretrial release.

If convicted on all charges, Michael faces a max of 4 years in jail.

Michael Lohan is waving the white flag in his ongoing restraining order dispute with Kate Major -- putting up no fight in court today ... when a judge extended Kate's protective order against him.

TMZ broke the story ... Kate obtained a temporary restraining order against Michael last month -- after he allegedly threatened to have her father "whacked."

The feuding couple showed up to court today in Florida -- and Michael didn't say a word when the judge ordered him to stay 500 yards away from Kate.

Michael was also ordered to partake in an anger management course.
