Katie Rees -- Being Sexy Won't Get Her Off
Katie, 23, found out today she will remain free without bail until her trial begins on April 9 -- where she faces charges of speeding, driving with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with suspended license plates, failure to produce proof of insurance and resisting a police officer.
Katie's attorney claims she was a victim of police brutality -- saying she chipped a tooth after being forcefully pushed against her car.
Katie Rees in Prison Stripes ... to Party!?

TMZ caught the disgraced and dethroned Miss Nevada USA at The Bank nightclub at the Bellagio last night having a good time posing for pictures and getting some free crap.
Katie Rees Back on the Streets
Rees was greeted by a barrage of tough questions -- and proved multitasking is her talent by trying to maintain her cool -- while smoking, texting and keeping her hood over her eyes.
Mess Nevada's Breast Birthday Ever!

The boob-lickin', trashtacular former Miss Nevada rocked out with plenty of tan line-less babes at the BARE topless pool and lounge at The Mirage, although Rees never changed into her birthday suit -- this time.
Sources inside the pool tell us that playboy George Maloof also joined the festivities. No word if he went topless.
The Bare Truth About Katie Rees

Rees' guests will be invited to bare it all -- from the waist up -- at Bare Pool Lounge at the Mirage this Sunday.
The scandal ridden pageant princess lost her tiara after racy pics surfaced on TMZ-- showing her in unusual positions with girlfriends and exposing her formerly sashed bosom. Party on!
Stripped Katie Lives Large in Vegas

Katie lived large at the Bare Pool and Lounge at the Mirage in Las Vegas over the weekend, though in typical Rees fashion, she flaunted the rules of the hotspot -- by leaving her top on. (Bare is a topless pool, and by "topless," we don't mean "open-air.")
Elsewhere, she played a few hands -- of poker -- at the JET Nightclub Celebrity Poker Tournament, and was spotted with Vegas high-roller George Maloof, an owner of the Palms. And she ended her night at JET's one-year anniversary party, sipping Grey Goose.
PETA to Hard Rock: Drinking and Monkeys Don't Mix

PETA claims they have been "inundated with phone calls and e-mails from our members who were upset," concerning primates that will be used in the show, as featured in advertisements. PETA claims monkeys in Vegas would suffer from "being displayed in a crowded nightclub with deafeningly loud music, and intoxicated patrons will cause these monkeys trauma, stress, and unnecessary discomfort." Kinda like K-Fed does!
Another reason cited by PETA: "They harbor many diseases that are transmissible to humans, including bacterial, viral, and fungal infections. Primates who have been forced to live in artificial, substandard conditions frequently attack humans."
"Madhouse" creator Jeff Beacher tells TMZ, "I love all animals including the ones I hire -- I hire all of them through trained professional animal handlers, who also love animals and treat them properly and with care. I am appalled and insulted that they would accuse me of such accusations." PETA had no problem with the use of Katie Rees.
Circus Hot Over Miss Nevada's Orgasm Contest
The former Miss Nevada is smack in the middle of another sexually charged controversy ... and this one could reach its climax in court.TMZ has obtained a cease and desist letter from Cirque du Soleil, sent to "Beacher's Madhouse" host Jeff Beacher at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. The letter asks him to halt production on the "orgasmic" part of his variety show, hosted by former Miss Nevada Katie Reese, because it infringes on Cirque's trademarked name.
Cirque believes that Beacher has been advertising the orgasm contest as a "Cirque du Soleil" event in several online publications. Beacher insists that the name was used in blogs by mistake, and that it was never part of his show.
The letter asks Hard Rock to stop advertising the show on their website, and "post a prominent" retraction on websites where it appeared. Oddly, the Hard Rock never used the name on their site.
TMZ spoke to Beacher, who told us, "I have no intention, and have never even thought about calling my orgasm contest the Cirque du Soleil Contest. I'm calling it exactly what it is; an Orgasm Contest." Beacher's attorney, Mike Heller, told us "Mr. Beacher appreciates Cirque du Soleil and would never use their name in vain. We ask for a total retraction and apology from Cirque du Soliel."
Miss Nevada Cashes In Like Britney

TMZ has learned that disgraced Miss Nevada, Katie Rees, is shacking up in the Hardwood Suite in the Fantasy Tower at Sin City's Palms Casino Resort (Justin Timberlake was a recent guest), and she even had a slumber party there -- with her girlfriends (look out!)! Of course, the suite costs a steep $25,000 per night, which leads us to ask, where's the money coming from?
For her recent Miss Jet Las Vegas gig at the Mirage, Rees was rumored to have been paid a paltry $5,000, which would get her about four-and-a-half hours in the room (not including taxes and fees), which happens to have its own basketball court. We're told that she got a "special rate," but didn't get the room completely comped.
Meanwhile, Britney Spears is back in Vegas -- this time, it seems, to work. She's holed up at the Palms as well, in a Sky Villa in the Fantasy Tower, which also goes for $25K per night. Brit doesn't even have to leave the hotel to lay down tracks -- there's a recording studio in the Tower.
Britney can afford it -- she's worth nine figures. But Katie Rees? Bet Tara Conner wishes she'd done a little more to push Trump over the edge.
Beauty Queens Trash Conner, Rees
Miss USA 2005 Chelsea Cooley, in an interview airing Monday on "The Dr. Keith Ablow Show," said the news of Tara's drug and alcohol use was "very disappointing" and "unfortunate," and left her wondering if Conner ever "looked at it (being Miss USA) as a job."
Tara's runner-up, Miss California Tamiko Nash, also appears on the show and says she hoped Donald Trump would give her Conner's crown, adding that she would have felt guilty if crowned at Conner's expense. Riiiiight.
The two also weigh-in on Miss Nevada Katie Rees and the girl-on-girl action shots that got her dethroned, saying that they thought it was "fair" and "justified."Katie Rees Gets Crown Back ... Kinda
The dethroned beauty queen was named "Miss Jet Las Vegas 2007" by JET nightclub at The Mirage. There was no girl-on-girl tongue action this time around -- her parents and grandparents were in the crowd. They must be so proud. When asked on her runway walk what was next for her, she gleefully replied, "Hollywood, baby!" Natch.
Sources tell TMZ that Rees was knocking back kamikaze shots in the VIP lounge ... now that's the party girl we know and exploit!
