Kendra Wilkinson was eliminated from "Dancing with the Stars" last night ... 24 hours after she broke some wind on her competitors during rehearsals. Coincidence? We think not...

Everything went according to plan for Maksim Chmerkovskiy Monday -- because the special plans he organized for a fan dealing with cancer treatments went off without a hitch ... and TMZ has all the details.



TMZ has learned ... Maksim's special guest -- a woman named Lisa -- had a VIP parking spot waiting for her when she arrived to the studio ... and was greeted by the "Dancing" star himself.

Sources connected to Lisa tell us ... she was then treated to a full tour of the backstage area where she met Kendra Wilkinson and Tony Dovolani. In fact, Tony even took Lisa to his trailer to hang out and take pictures!!!

The best part -- Maksim is currently getting every single cast member of the show to sign an official "Dancing with the Stars"  t-shirt for Lisa which will be sent to her within the next couple of days.

The first images from the Kendra Wilkinson sex tape have finally been released -- and TMZ has learned ... she looks really, really good.


The video, which is set to be released by Vivid Entertainment, was shot in 2005 ... after Kendra had turned 18. Vivid.com will post even more screen grabs today.

The sex tape that Kendra Wilkinson claims she's desperately trying to stop isn't exactly packed with new material -- sources tell us the skin flick was shot back in 2005 ... right after Kendra turned 18.

Kendra has already admitted that she knew about the tape -- which is now in the possession of Vivid Entertainment. 

As for Kendra's co-star, Vivid president Steven Hirsch tells us the mystery man was the former Playmate's boyfriend at the time -- definitely not Hef nor her husband Hank Baskett.
