Kevin Federline is an inconsiderate homewrecker ... so says his former landlord ... who claims K-Fed trashed his L.A. mansion ... and then screwed him out of rent money.

Federleezy is being sued by Joseph Malek ... who claims Britney's ex moved in to his mansion in Tarzana, CA back in 2008 ... wrecked the place ... and then bolted without forking over a check for 7 months of rent.

Malek had threatened Federline with legal action back in 2009 ... claiming KFed turned the sprawling Valley property into a cigarette-riddled, spit-stained dump ... complete with broken smoke detectors and glass bottles littered all over the yard.

Malek had previously claimed KFed caused more than $110k in damage -- and now he wants a judge to force the former rapper to pay up.

Attempts to reach KFed were unsuccessful.

Kevin Federline was unfazed by his heart scare Monday.  A photog got K-Fed at a doctor's office in Sydney, Australia, and Brit's ex said he's just fine, even though he's blowing off the notion that smoking may have contributed ... pizza may have contributed as well.

K-Fed says he'll continue shooting his reality show, "Excess Baggage."

Kevin Federline was rushed to the hospital after his heart showed signs of distress.

The pic shows Kevin wearing an oxygen mask earlier today in Australia, where he was shooting a reality show, "Excess Baggage."

Federline -- who is 33 years old and significantly overweight -- was playing football with an Australian rules football team when he fell ill. K-Fed, who is 6', weighs 231 lbs.

We're told he spent the night in the hospital for observation.

Kevin Federline was hospitalized in Australia last month after over-heating during production of a weight loss reality show called "Excess Baggage" ... a rep for the show has confirmed.

According to the rep, K-Fed was participating in a segment in a part of the Outback that's known to get VERY hot ... when the show's medic deemed he was "showing signs of heat stress."

Federline was taken to a nearby hospital and treated -- but he eventually returned to the show ... which is still in production.

You'll remember ... a hefty K-Fed was spotted jogging around Los Angeles last month (see above and below) ... and he didn't look like a guy who could withstand exercise in extreme heat.

Kevin Federleezy hit the streets of Santa Barbara last week with his newest, littlest accessory in tow -- his brand new baby daughter Jordan Kay. 

The newest Federline -- now 6 weeks old -- was cold chillin' as K-Daddy and mom Victoria Prince hit up some local shops for some fresh baby gear. 

Jordan is K-Fed's 5th kid -- he's got 2 with ex-wife Britney Spears and 2 with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson.

With their bellies in tow, Kevin Federline and his very pregnant girlfriend Victoria Prince made their way to the movies in Calabasas on Wednesday afternoon.



This will be Kevin's fifth child.

Kevin's grandfather, Earl Story, has put a slew of items up for auction on eBay from back when Brit and K-Fed were a happy couple. The highlights include: the wedding invitation, an invite to Brit's baby shower, a hat K-Fed once wore to an awards show (signed by Brit and K-Fed) and 14 wedding pics, some of which didn't make the tabloids. 

K-Fed's aunt tells TMZ she is helping put the items up for sale because Earl's wife recently passed and the family encouraged him to sell off a few things and use the money to take a trip and help take his mind off things. 

She says Earl is holding back a few things -- like some of the more personal photos -- and has K-Fed's blessing to make whatever money he can.

Kevin Federline is gearing up for baby #5 -- and unlike the two kids he had with Britney Spears ... this one's a girl.



According to Kevin's now pregnant girlfriend -- ex-pro volleyballer Victoria Prince -- they're naming her Jordan ... because when the couple was deciding on names, they weren't sure of the sex and wanted something that could go either way.

Victoria's due in a couple months.

Britney Spears, her current BF Jason Trawick, and her ex-husband Kevin Federline all came face-to-awkward-face today at Sean Preston's Little League game.


This is believed to be the first time Brit and K-Fed have been photographed together since they split back in 2006.
