Lamar Odom may have pulled the plug on their reality show, but E! wants desperately to stay in business with her, and they're already working on another spin-off ... TMZ has learned.
We broke the story ... Khloe and Lamar have notified E! that they will
no longer do the 3rd season of their reality show so Lamar can focus on his basketball career.
But sources connected with E! tell TMZ ... the network is talking with Khloe about a spin-off show similar to her other show, "
Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami."
E! sources say Khloe is a "huge draw," and as one source put it, "We're definitely in the Khloe Kardashian business."

2:04 PM PST -- Sources connected to the deal tell TMZ ... Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kris and Bruce will get the lion's share of the money ... and they are each getting equal pay.
We're told Kendall, Kylie and Rob are on a lower pay grade -- and will be paid equally as well.
Scott Disick and his son Mason have a separate deal. Ditto for Lamar ... who hammered out a package deal to appear in both "Khloe and Lamar" and "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
We're told the new deal ONLY includes existing shows -- so if Kim and Kanye get a new spinoff show ... they will have to bang out a new contract for even MORE money.

The Kardashian family has just signed on for 3 more seasons with E!, and it's the richest deal ever in reality TV ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected with the deal tell us, the family will get more than $40 million for 3 more seasons of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
The 6th season of the show averaged 3 million viewers. The 7th season begins airing May 20.
Our sources say the $40-plus million deal does not include product endorsements and other items associated with the show that Kim, Kris and the rest of the brood are able to hock.

There was a huge mob of people at the Kardashian family clothing store DASH yesterday ... but they weren't there to shop, they were there to protest.
Holding various un-clever signs, a group of people stood outside the store in Calabasas to protest the store's selling of fur ... despite the fact
Kim Kardashian maintains the store does not even sell fur.
Kim was recently and quite famously the target of a fur protestor who
threw flour at her during an event last month.
Kim Kardashian's famous ass is enjoying some island time -- and according to our expert analysis the latest pics are 100% untouched! But that butt has some big competition at the pool ...

It was belly bump vs. booty bump, as bikini-clad
Kim and
Kourtney Kardashian let all their loveliness hang out while vacationing in the Dominican Republic this weekend.
While pregnant Kourtney flashed her bulging stomach, Kim made sure her posterior pride and joy enjoyed its moment in the sun too.
The Kardashian sisters are always ready for their close-ups.
Kim Kardashian and her sisters waged a campaign of LIES when they claimed they got their rock hard bikini bodies from a diet pill called
QuickTrim ... this according to a new $5 MILLION lawsuit.
The point of the suit -- a bunch of people in NY claim there's no POSSIBLE way QuickTrim could've helped Kim, Khloe and Kourtney lose weight ... because the main ingredient is caffeine. According to the suit, "The FDA has determined [caffeine] is not a safe or effective treatment for weight control."
Enter the Kardashians ... celebrity spokespeople who are featured on just about every single product QuickTrim sells.
According to the suit, filed in NY by
Bursor & Fisher, the Kardashians fed lies to the public through commercials, magazines and social media since 2009 ... like when Kim went on Twitter and said, "Our QuickTrim cleanse will be massive! Khloe has already lost so much weight."
The plaintiffs claim they would NEVER have purchased the QuickTrim products if they would have known the truth ... and claim the Kardashian testimonials were completely unsubstantiated.
Now, the Kardashians, QuickTrim and various companies that sold the products are being sued for more than $5 million in damages.
So far, no comment from the Kardashian camp.

The
Kardashians are so famous ... even their store has creepy fans -- this according to a recent 911 call ... in which a K-Klan clothing store employee begs for police help ... because some weirdo won't stop knocking on their door.
The call was placed on Monday by an employee of D-A-S-H in L.A. -- a clothing boutique owned by the Kardashian sisters -- but by the time police arrived at the scene, the creep had already taken off.

Sources tell TMZ, the mystery man in question had made a bunch of inappropriate comments that made the girls in the store feel uncomfortable. So when he left the store, they locked the doors behind him.
According to the 911 call, the man came back again and knocked persistently, demanding to be let in -- so one girl phoned police.
We're told the Kardashians are aware of the situation and are currently working with local authorities to track down the suspect. So far, no arrests have been made.

The former
Kardashian nanny who is shopping a juicy book about the family tells TMZ ... although she felt some of the kids were spoiled rotten and disrespectful when she signed on, things ultimately turned around and she now loves those children.
TMZ broke the story ...
Pam Behan has been
shopping a treatment to book agents, in which she claims
Brandon and
Brody Jenner were "spoiled and disrespectful." She even admits ... things got so bad, she actually slapped Brandon and almost got fired as a result.
Pam tells us ... it's true ... Brandon and Brody were "spoiled rotten" when she began working as their nanny, but after a few months, she got them in line by standing up to them, adding, "I love those kids, to this day I love them."
As for slapping Brandon, she says it happened after he called her "a very bad name," and she "slipped up" and struck him. Pam reiterates everything turned around and she developed a strong bond with the boys.
Pam says she worked as a nanny for the Kardashians until Kim turned 17. According to the book treatment, Pam says she will reveal "intimate details" about Kim and Kourtney. As for what those details are ... she simply says, "Buy the book."
"Intimate details" notwithstanding, Pam insists it's not a "tell-all book" and "it does not bash anyone."

The
Kardashian family is preparing for war -- gearing up to unleash a legal attack on everyone who claimed their clothing line is manufactured in child slave labor sweat shops in China ... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to the family tell us ...
Kris Jenner is furious -- claiming the guy who runs the
Institute for Global Labour and Human Rights had no right to accuse the Kardashian brands of wrongdoing because he has no tangible proof to back up his claims.
Kris must have seen I.G.L.H.R. honcho
Charles Kernaghan on "TMZ Live" Wednesday -- when he flat out admitted he didn't actually go to the factories in question ... and is making the ASSUMPTION based on years of research on the Chinese manufacturing industry.
Jenner also believes Star Magazine's cover -- which screamed "Kardashian Sweatshop Scandal" -- was not only unfair ... but libelous ... and it should have to pay for any damage that has been caused to the brand's reputation.
As TMZ previously reported, Kris -- along with one of their manufacturing companies -- adamantly deny the use of child slave labor in their factories ... insisting they have people who are constantly patrolling for any possible violations.
