With rumors swirling for years of on-set tensions, TMZ has exclusively learned the identity of the biggest bitch on "Sex and the City." The answer may surprise you.

The "Sex and the City" NYC premiere will be hilarious, even if the film sucks.

Sources tell TMZ Sarah Jessica Parker has 50 tix to the May 27 show at Radio City Music Hall. Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis each scored 25. So even if it's a giant yawn, 125 people will be laughing their skinny little asses off.

Parker got the extra tix because she contributed a lot to the Caroline Kennedy Fund for Public Schools, the beneficiary of the event.

Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Jennifer Hudson were all swarmed by fans in NYC -- and we'll give you one guess which one snubbed the entire crowd.

So TMZ has completely blown the cover off the Kristin Davis sex pic scandal, and we've just unmasked the ex-boyfriend who helped stir it all up. Bad Charlotte!

We've confirmed that photos were taken back in 1992, when Davis was 27, by her then-guy Eric Stapelman. Eric was a chef in New York at the time and is now executive chef at Trattoria Nostrani in Santa Fe. We're told Stapelman was pissed at Kristin and sold the photos to a third party. That guy then had the pics stolen from him -- classy all around.

We've also learned there's no video (sorry, dudes) and there aren't quite 20 pics, as had been rumored. Her rep still maintains that it isn't Kristin in the snaps.

So those Kristin Davis photos making the rounds ... we've now been in touch with someone involved in the whole deal, and here's what we know.

The photos, we're told, were snapped in 1992 by an ex-boyfriend. That's right, they are just photos -- no sex tape, fellas! According to reports, 20 photos are making the rounds, but actually it's not quite 20.

We're told the ex-boyfriend was pissed at Kristin and then sold the photos to a third party. Classy, huh?

The third party got involved in a business venture with another guy and we're told that guy pilfered the pics and they ended up online.

TMZ has learned that approximately 20 salacious photos dating back five years have re-surfaced featuring what looks like Davis in several compromising positions. We hear the pics were taken by an ex-boyfriend and are now being shopped by a broker from California.

The big question is, why are these being shopped now? "SATC" is ovah! Well, for starters, the movie is coming out in May. That can generate some buzz. Also, the market for sex tapes and racy photos was not what it is today (thank you very much Paris Hilton).

As for Kristin, her rep tells us unequivocally that she's seen one of the pics and "This is not a photo of Kristin Davis. There is no sex tape."

The quirky yentas of "Sex and the City" were out together last night -- but one of 'em didn't look too happy about it.


TMZ spotted Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall and Kristin Davis (sorry, no Miranda in sight) at Butter in New York. A sour-faced Cattrall left the restaurant moments after SJP arrived, rushing to hail a cab and get the heck outta there as fast as possible. Well!

Though Kim clearly wasn't in good spirits, Kristin Davis was thrilled to start shooting the movie version of the show -- exiting Butter as chipper as her on screen alter-ego, Charlotte York.

When asked about the highly anticipated "Sex and the City" movie on Monday, Kristin Davis was tight-lipped and stuck to her script. C'mon Charlotte, it's been three years!!


While surrounded by paparazzi outside Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills, everyone's favorite uptight Park Avenue princess revealed that as far as the SATC movie is concerned, "We're very excited about the possibility. That's what I'm supposed to say." For the love of Manolo Blahnik!

Kristin, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon AND Kim Cattrall are reportedly all reprising their "Sex" roles for a big screen version of the hit HBO series. Because, seriously, is there anyone who doesn't want to pay $10 to see four 40-something women parade around Manhattan like 22-year-olds?!
