Leonard DiCaprio's relationship with his 22-year-old Victoria's Secret model girlfriend Erin Heatherton really hung in the balance this week -- as the couple hit up an awesomely awesome zip line together in Mexico ... and we got the pics!

The exact location of Leo and Erin's Mexican vacation is unclear -- but by the looks of the photos, 37-year-old Leo and his little lady friend are having a blast south of the border.

This just in -- Leonardo DiCaprio's life is much better than yours.

It's been over two months since his relationship with Blake Lively ended, but Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted hanging out in Sydney on Wednesday with a new blonde lady friend who looks a lot like his gorgeous ex-girlfriend Bar Refaeli.

The 36-year-old has gone back to the super hot drawing board.

Leonardo DiCaprio may have reason to hide ... because the environmentalist wasn't very green as he arrived in Sydney Monday ... on a private jet.

In the past, Leo's camp has claimed the 37-year-old "J.Edgar" star occasionally flies private when he has to get to remote locations. 

Sydney may have kangaroos, but it's not remotely remote.


A source close to Leo tells TMZ ... he simply hitched a ride with a plane that was already headed to Australia.

An Australian jeweler feared she was about to be robbed by a shady American ... who goes by the name Leo DiCaprio.

A clerk named Linda -- who works at The Family Jewels shop in Sydney -- panicked when she saw two burly men walk into her store and then stood guard at the door.  Suddenly, a man whose face was concealed by a hoodie, cap and dark sunglasses entered the store.  Linda sensed she was about to get robbed, so she sent a customer next door to summon the owner of The Family Jewels.

Alas ... by the time the owner arrived, Linda realized it was not a robber, but a "Titanic" star who was more than able to plunk down $1600 for a Nepalese antique necklace set with lapis lazuli and coral.


Problem was ... Leo's car was blocking traffic, so he said he'd come back to buy the piece. 

And Linda had a good story at the dinner table.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire took a joy ride in a vintage 1929 Duesenberg convertible with some pals while on the set of "The Great Gatsby" in Sydney on Thursday.

It's no $100K hybrid but it'll do.

Leonardo DiCaprio now has a choke hold on the title of "King of the Greens" -- and all he had to do was drop $100k on a badass hybrid sports car ... made out of 100% naturally strange stuff.

After years of hype, Leonardo DiCaprio finally got his hands on the most highly-anticipated hybrid car ... maybe EVER ... the 2012 Fisker Karma.

The car -- which has a base price around $100k -- is all the rage among the top players in the green community ... and according to reports, Al Gore and Colin Powell are next in line to get a Karma.

Sure it's expensive, but  the Karma is nothing compared to the world's most expensive hybrid car ... Porsche's 918 Spyder -- which will set you back an environmentally sound $845K.

Tobey Maguire's super-exclusive high-stakes celebrity poker circle was SERIOUS when it came to cash -- in fact, TMZ has learned, if you didn't pay up ... you were blackballed for life. 


A regular player in the exclusive poker circle -- which included Leo DiCaprio, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Nick Cassavetes and Todd Phillips -- tells TMZ, the poker games took place every Tuesday night for nearly 2 years ... from 2005-2007. 

The circle was small -- only 8 or 9 players at a time -- and we're told, the mood was always "super serious" ... no joking, no drinking. The games would start around 10PM and go all night.

It wasn't uncommon for tempers to flare either -- we're told screaming matches happened on the regular ... and on the rare occasion, the table even got tossed over.

There was no official buy-in -- but we're told, hands often got as big as $150,000 a pot. We're told players would regularly lose $500,000 in one sitting ... no big deal.

But these guys weren't carrying briefcases of cash with them -- we're told most of the time, they played on credit ... and if someone didn't pay, that was it ... they were out of the circle forever.

Inside the room, there were dealers, massage girls, lots of security, food, and a full bar ... presumably for the spectators -- which included a list of billionaires ... and one time, the Olsen Twins.

As for who was the ultimate card shark -- we're told that was Tobey, no question.
