Lil Wayne and Drake
We Are NOT Paying
A $400,000 Judgment!

Exclusive
0528_lilwayne_drakeLil Wayne and Drake say there is NO WAY IN HELL they're gonna fork over $400,000 to a company that sued them for allegedly bailing on a club appearance ... because they claim they were never told about the gig.

The rappers have joined together to fight a default judgment entered against them.  The judge ordered the duo to pay $432,337.50 to Cahuenga, Inc. The company sued, alleging L.W. and Drake promised to perform at a 2011 event but were no shows.

The rappers now claim in legal docs ... they were never told about the appearance, never signed ANY contracts and were never even served with papers to show up in court.

Drake and Lil Wayne allege that IEG used a third party to book them -- Melanzh Enterprises -- which they claim had no authority to book them.

The two want the court to cancel the $400k plus judgment ... STAT.

Lil Wayne
Investigated for Assault ...
AGAIN!!!

Exclusive
0518_lil_wayne_getty
For the second time in a month, Lil Wayne and his entourage are under investigation for assault ... and once again the alleged victim caught a beatdown for daring to take a photo of Weezy.

Alfredo Marino tells TMZ on May 3 he spotted Lil Wayne and his posse skateboarding. Marino says he is a HUGE fan of Wayne's so he went up to Weezy to ask for a photo -- but was shut down.

Marino retreated to his car, where he tried sneaking a pic  ... Marino claims Wayne walked over with his crew and began threatening him, saying, "Don’t you know all it takes is a word and these motherf**kers are going to f**k you up?"

Marino claims he was clocked from behind with a skateboard -- which knocked him down and left him bleeding from the head. Marino says he suffered a concussion and vertigo.

Marino's lawyer, Craig Chisvin, tells TMZ, "My client will enforce all of his rights under the law and all individuals responsible for this outrageous incident will be blamed for the damages that my client has suffered and continues to suffer."

In April, a photog in Miami filed a police report claiming he was attacked by Lil Wayne's crew for the same offense.

Cops are investigating. Calls to Lil Wayne's rep were not returned.

Lil Wayne
buried the hatchet with another disgruntled producer this week ... this time settling a $1.5 million dollar lawsuit over the track "Love Me or Hate Me."

The producer in question -- David Kirkwood -- sued Lil Wayne, Cash Money Records and Young Money Entertainment in 2011 ... claiming they owed him royalties on "Love me or Hate Me" from "The Carter III" album.

Lil Wayne initially fought back, asking a judge to dismiss the case. But then the rapper, along with CM and YME, decided to settle out of court with Kirkwood for an undisclosed amount.

TMZ broke the story ... Lil Wayne JUST settled another $20-million lawsuit filed by another bitter producer in April, over unpaid "Lollipop" royalties.

Floyd Mayweather
Bieber Said Knock You Out!

Justin Bieber joins Floyd Mayweather at his latest boxing match
Of course Floyd Mayweather took care of business last night against Miguel Cotto -- he had the dreaded masters of intimidation in his corner, like Lil Wayne, 50 Cent and ... Justin Bieber?

Bieber walked out with Mayweather before the fight and was in the ring with him after to celebrate the victory.

It's unclear how the two hooked up, though Bieber did once compare himself to Mayweather in an interview. Earlier in the day, Bieber tweeted, "cinco de mayo.... #MayweatherCotto yeah @FloydMayweather today is a BIG day."

So we have to ask ...

According to Darius, the album grossed over $70 million -- and he wanted $20 million to call it even.

Wayne initially shot him down -- claiming Darius had no grounds to sue -- but the two parties recently reached a confidential agreement, finally settling the case.

Lil Wayne's Entourage
Accused of Photog Attack
And Bicycle Beatdown

Exclusive
0406_lil_wayne_skateboarding_launch_wmLil Wayne's entourage spat in a photog's face, pushed him to the ground in the rain, then beat the crap out of his bicycle -- this according to a police report filed last week in Miami.

According to the report, obtained by TMZ, the photog spotted Wayne and his entourage skateboarding outside some church -- right beside a "no skateboarding" sign -- so he decided to take a few pics.

The photog claims Wayne and his boys packed it in after it started to rain -- so he followed the group to their car, snapping pics along the way.

According to the report, Weezy didn't much like the attention (as you can see in the video) -- so he ordered his goons to take the man's camera ... at which point roughly eight men surrounded him, and intimidated him into deleting several of his photos.

The photog claims it didn't end there -- insisting one of Wayne's dudes spat on him, while another pushed him to the ground. The photog says the group also beat his bicycle with a skateboard.

The photog eventually broke free -- and made a beeline straight for the Miami Beach Police Station, where he filed the report.

Calls to Wayne's people were not returned.

Lil Wayne
I Didn't Drunkenly Torpedo
Bahama Concert

0224_lil_wayne_EX_01
Lil Wayne claims he did NOT pass out drunk before a Bahama concert in 2009 ... resulting in a canceled show -- this according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

TMZ broke the story ... Weezy was sued back in 2009 by a promotion company called Red City Entertainment -- which claimed it fronted $432,000 for a concert in the Bahamas, but Weezy drunkenly slept through the whole thing.

When he failed to show, Red Light claims cops showed up to the rapper's hotel room and found him unconscious.

But Weezy insists it's all BS -- claiming, "At no point [that night] did I become so intoxicated that I passed out on a bed in my suit, or anywhere else."

Wayne says the real reason he didn't show up was because the concert was canceled -- he can't remember exactly why ... but believes it had something to do with technical difficulties, like lighting and sound problems.

Wayne is now asking the court for a judgment in his favor.

Lil Wayne
Slipped Girlfriend MASSIVE Ring
In Valentine's Day Surprise

0215_lil_wayne_tmz_EX
Lil Wayne
pulled off the ultimate romantic gesture last night at a swanky Miami restaurant -- slipping his girlfriend a FAT ring hidden inside a dessert ... and then shouting to the restaurant, "SHE SAID YES!"

Sources at Barton G restaurant tell TMZ, Weezy secretly handed wait staff a ring with a giant yellow rock on it during his meal -- and asked them to slip it inside the restaurant's signature sundae.

Moments later, after the dessert was delivered to his table, we're told Lil Wayne jumped up and shouted to the entire restaurant -- "SHE SAID YES!!!"

Sources tell us, everyone inside the restaurant believed the rapper had just popped the question. Weezy even tweeted later in the night ... saying again, "She said yes!" ... prompting millions more to think he had just gotten engaged.

But Wayne later clarified, "I meant 'she said yes' to being my valentine!!! Hahahahahahaha! Y'all krazy!" Yes, we're the crazy ones.

FYI, the dessert -- called the Sabrina Sundae -- costs $43 and comes with TWELVE scoops of homemade ice cream, complete with sparklers and crazy toppings.

0215_ice_cream_yelpAs for the meal itself -- we're told the couple split the fried chicken and skirt steak.

It all seems a little weird to us -- so we gotta ask ...

Lil Wayne
I Paid $1,000
to Watch Strippers Fight

0_u5al2ius_1_t3lsvmbp
Lil Wayne has seen so many strippers, he's now tired of watching them strip -- so last Monday, he watched them beat the crap out of each other instead ... and then dropped a $1,000 tip on the lucky winner.

Weezy hit up the famous King of Diamonds in Miami for its special fight night -- sitting above the ring like strip club royalty ... you gotta see the clip.

The chick in the purple trunks is the clear winner -- pinning the other stripper against the ropes with some nasty one-twos -- and moments later, Wayne rewarded her with a giant stack of singles ... amounting to $1,000.

Several sources inside the club tell TMZ, Wayne spent three hours at KOD that night ... and dropped around $30,000 over the course of the evening.

On strippers.

Lil Wayne
I Drank Sizzurp
'Because I Was Sick'

1010_weezy_launch
Lil Wayne is finally admitting he had a substance abuse problem -- claiming he would frequently pound a codeine-based drink called sizzurp because he was "sick."

Wayne just spilled his guts in a new documentary-style video shot by one of his friends -- saying he first started drinking the stuff when he was a kid because one of his idols, Pimp C, would often rap about it.

But Weezy claims he relied on sizzurp as he became more famous -- saying he needed the drink to help him cope with the pressure of being a celebrity.

Wayne insisted he quit using the stuff last year -- and in the video he explains he no longer needs it because, "I'm not sick anymore."

As for Pimp C -- he died from an accidental sizzurp overdose in 2007.
