The bad guys have struck again this morning -- this time, the target was an L.A. clothing store just one mile from Lisa Rinna's recently burgled boutique ... and cops believe the crimes may be related.



Sources tell TMZ the Stacey Todd boutique in Studio City, CA was burglarized this morning around 3 AM -- and the scumbags took off with around $25,000 in clothes and other merchandise.

Sources tell TMZ ... cops told employees they believe the crime is related to the two burglaries at Rinna's Belle Gray boutique ... which occurred on October 5 and October 11. It appears that a crowbar was used to gain entry in all three incidents.


As we first reported, surveillance cameras rolled during the October 11 incident at Belle Gray ... if you recognize the perp -- contact law enforcement ASAP.

UPDATE: Sources tell TMZ ... An employee at Stacey Todd claims the burglar who was busted by Belle Gray's security cameras on Monday was seen hanging around S.T. on Friday.

Law enforcement sources say the man is suspected of hitting a number of other places in the area.

Lisa Rinna is understandably frustrated by the recent string of burglaries at her store, Belle Gray, and she's kinda worried it might happen again.


As we first reported, the store was broken into again yesterday morning -- the second time in two weeks. Rinna says she has no idea why the store has been targeted and she hopes the police catch the people responsible.

It happened again. For the second time in two weeks, Belle Gray, the shop owned by Harry Hamlin and Lisa Rinna, was burglarized -- but this time it was caught on tape.



The video -- obtained by TMZ -- shows the thief inside the Sherman Oaks boutique at 6:10 this morning.  At the time Harry and Lisa were doing satellite interviews for their reality show in nearby Studio City. 

Just last Tuesday, a burglar broke into the shop through the front door and stole merchandise, while the couple was on live TV.

The surveillance tape from today shows the intruder driving up in a white pickup truck.  He used a crowbar to jimmy open the back door.  The burglar appears to be in his 40s or 50s.


Harry says ADT, the security company, left him a message at 6:25 that the alarm went off. But when Harry called back, he says ADT put him on hold "forever."

Harry tells TMZ ... his housekeeper saw the burglar and an unidentified woman casing the shop yesterday and asked her what time the store opened.

Harry says the burglar took purses and jewelry, among other things.


Police tell TMZ the two burglaries may be connected.

And Harry is outraged that some people think this is a publicity stunt.  Dude seems genuinely upset.

As we previously reported, Rinna and hubby Harry Hamlin were about to go live on "Today" when their phone rang and they learned someone had broken into their Belle Gray boutique in Sherman Oaks.  We're told the thief/thieves made off with a bunch of clothes -- including jeans, jackets, sweaters and dresses.

The alarm went off at around 7 AM PT. 

No suspects, but be on the lookout for a possible male suspect wearing a really stylish dress.

Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin just interrupted their live interview on "Today" to take a phone call on the air ... from someone who informed them that their L.A. clothing store had just been burglarized.


The couple had just begun to promote their books and reality show -- when Harry received a call on his cell phone about the burglary at the Belle Gray boutique in Sherman Oaks, Ca.

Harry was visibly P.O.'d when he learned the bad guys took "piles from the first two racks."

Hamlin informed Kathy Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb that no one had been injured ... but he clearly wasn't happy with his alarm company.

UPDATE: The alarm company -- ADT Security Services -- has responded to Hamlin's criticism of their work ... claiming operators took "appropriate action" after the incident and had notified cops within 2 minutes of the break-in.

ADT also claims they have a guard service available -- but Hamlin and Rinna don't pay for that level of protection.

Lisa Rinna is less mouthy than ever -- admitting that she underwent a surgical procedure to reduce the size of her famously inflated upper lip.


The 47-year-old just told People.com that she went under the knife on August 26th to smooth out her "bumpy and uneven" smacker. But after the surgery, Lisa now says, "My lip has no lumps! It's smooth."

Last night in NY, Rinna had a big, fat post-surgery smile on her face as she rolled into the Trump Hotel.

Lisa claims she originally pumped up her face back in 1986 -- when she and a girlfriend made an impulsive decision to get some silicone shot into her lip.

The owners of a shopping center in Los Angeles claim Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin owe them over $600,000 in unpaid rent and damages -- and it's all over a closed location of their clothing store Belle Gray.



According to a lawsuit filed in L.A., the owners of the The Commons at Calabasas say the couple signed a 10-year lease in May 2005 when they opened up shop for Lisa's clothing line ... but the deal allegedly went sour when the store closed earlier this month.

The couple cleared out the space and took off, but The Commons claims they moved out about six years too soon -- and still owe the remainder of their lease plus other damages, totaling $635,083.73.

CNN's chief medical expert Dr. Sanjay Gupta just got over his bout with the Swine Flu -- and Marilyn Manson just announced that he's got S.F. right now!
