John Travolta Case
Gloria Allred Accused
of STEALING Clients

5:05PM PST: Gloria tells TMZ, "Mr. Okorocha's representations are false, outrageous and defamatory," adding both John Doe 1 and 2 contacted her office and she did not solicit either of them.

Gloria is demanding a retraction ... or else.

Gloria Allred "illegally" seduced John Travolta's accusers ... and convinced them to fire their attorney ... so says the scorned ex-lawyer.

Okorie Okorocha -- who represented John Doe #1 and John Doe #2 in their separate sexual assault lawsuits against Travolta -- says Allred had been soliciting his clients while he was still working on their cases.

Okorocha claims he warned John Doe #2 that Allred's actions were "unethical and against the law" ... but it didn't matter -- both Does dropped Okorocha and immediately signed with Allred anyway.

Okorocha did not say if he will pursue legal action against Allred -- but did pay her a compliment ... saying, "I know that the case is gonna go away quietly because Miss Allred has successfully made cases go away quietly."

"I'm confident [both accusers] will get justice, it'll just be an under the table payment."

John Doe #2 Now
Repped by Gloria Allred

Gloria Allred
is now representing John Doe #2, the masseur who is accusing John Travolta of sexual assault, but it's unclear exactly what Allred is doing with him.

As we previously reported, John Doe #2 fired his lawyer and plans to dismiss his case, which was filed in federal court.

Gloria says, "We believe that the lawsuit should be filed in another court and, therefore, the lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice.  We will be conferring with our client regarding what will happen next in this case."

Travolta's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ, "I'm looking forward to trying the case against Gloria Allred in a court of law, not in the media."   Singer told TMZ his client hasn't paid either John Doe #1 or 2 a penny, calling their claims "ridiculous and false."

I Didn't Pay Off Accusers

John Travolta
didn't cough up a red cent to the two male masseurs who accused him of sexual battery -- despite the fact that both dismissed their lawsuits just days apart.

Travolta's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ, "Not one penny has been paid nor do we have any intention to pay any money for these ridiculous and false claims."

As we reported, the second accuser fired his lawyer -- just two days after the first accuser filed papers dismissing his lawsuit. The second accuser is also expected to file papers dismissing his lawsuit.

It's unclear why accuser #2 is ending his Travolta war.

Accuser #1 called it quits after TMZ posted photos proving his story was bogus.

John Travolta
Accuser #2 Drops Lawsuit

Breaking News
0517_john_travolta_01
That was fast -- just two days after John Travolta's first accuser filed papers to dismiss his sexual battery lawsuit against the actor, the second accuser is following in kind ... dropping his own lawsuit.

According to CNN, the second accuser -- also a male masseur -- just fired his lawyer. The accuser will reportedly file new court papers in an effort to dismiss the lawsuit in the near future.

The 2nd accuser had claimed Travolta assaulted him on January 28th at an Atlanta spa resort, grabbing the masseur's penis.

It's the last remaining sexual battery lawsuit against Travolta. The first accuser -- who had claimed a similar incident occurred on January 16th at the Beverly Hills Hotel -- dropped his lawsuit on Tuesday.

Attorney Okorie Okorocha -- who repped both accusers -- claims he doesn't know why his second client called it quits.

TMZ posted hard photographic proof the first incident couldn't have occurred on January 16th -- but so far, proof against the second incident hasn't surfaced.

We've Been Vindicated!

John Travolta's lawyer says the actor has been completely vindicated after John Doe #1 dismissed his sexual assault lawsuit.

Attorney Marty Singer tells TMZ, "My client is completely vindicated by Doe #1 dropping his claims and dismissing his lawsuit.  We fully expect that my client will similarly be vindicated with respect to Doe #2, as well as with respect to any other person who makes meritless claims against John Travolta."

As TMZ previously reported ... John Doe #2 still has a standing lawsuit against Travolta.

The first man to accuse John Travolta of sexual assault has just filed papers dismissing his lawsuit against the actor ... TMZ has learned.

The masseur had claimed Travolta assaulted him on January 16 at the Beverly Hills Hotel. But as TMZ first reported, flight records show Travolta was in NYC that day ... and was even photographed inside the Greenwich Hotel.

The dismissal papers were filed this morning in California and specifically state that it is only John Doe One who is dropping his claim.

A second masseur -- John Doe #2 -- is still pursuing his claim, which alleges Travolta sexually assaulted him in an Atlanta hotel.

Ex-Cruise Worker Claims
Actor Wanted Neck Massage ... and More

Exclusive
0514_travolta_report_Document-LaunchJohn Travolta asked a room steward on a Royal Caribbean cruise line to give him a neck massage in his stateroom back in 2009  ... this according to an official incident report obtained by TMZ, but the documents don't mention anything about any overt sexual overture on Travolta's part.

The steward, Fabian Zanzi, claims he was delivering something to Travolta's stateroom when the actor asked him for a neck massage. Although the report doesn't expressly name Travolta, we've confirmed the actor was indeed the guest in question.

Fabian claimed he obliged -- and Travolta "then told him he was a beautiful person and invited him to return to visit him later that night."

Fabian claimed he refused because of a strict company policy banning RC employees from fraternizing with guests.

Fabian reported the incident and was disciplined for the neck massage, which is a violation of the no-fraternization rule. He subsequently left the company.

Fabian now says the encounter was much more than described in the incident report, claiming Travolta opened his robe and gave him a big hug while his penis was erect ... and offered him $12,000 for sex and silence.

The video of Fabian (above) was shot yesterday.

Travolta's attorney Marty Singer tells TMZ, "The incident report now confirms Mr. Zanzi fabricated his story about my client. He never stated that my client did anything wrong. Obviously, if he had engaged in any inappropriate conduct he would have reported it to his supervisors."

A rep for Royal Caribbean tells TMZ, "Fabian Zanzi worked for Royal Caribbean International from October 2003 until May 2011 on various ships. In June 2009, Mr. Zanzi was working as a Room Service Phone Operator onboard Enchantment of the Seas."

The rep claims Fabian was NOT fired by the cruise company, but rather resigned on May 18, 2011 -- two years after the alleged incident.

John Travolta
was not in L.A. the day a masseur claims the actor sexually assaulted him ... in fact, Travolta flew to New York the night before ... TMZ has learned.

We checked flight records which show Travolta's jet took off from Los Angeles International Airport at 8:21 PM on January 15, 2012 and landed at 3:59 AM the next morning in Westchester County, NY.

The masseur's lawyer claims Travolta met the masseur in question at the Beverly Hills Hotel at 10 AM on January 16, but the flight records show differently.

We've also learned Travolta stayed at The Greenwich Hotel in NYC on the 16th. We posted pics of Travolta taken for a wardrobe fitting on the 16th in the late afternoon -- pics that were taken for his upcoming movie. Notice the photo showing the hotel bathroom ... the tile floor, the marble on the walls and the bathroom door match the photos in which Travolta appears.

Travolta also went to Mr. Chow in NYC in the evening on the 16th.

So the actor was firmly ensconced in The Big Apple during the time frame the masseur claims the assault occurred.

John Travolta
's people say they have specific information about the photos they say place him in New York City the day he allegedly assaulted a masseur in Beverly Hills, California -- and the information they say proves Travolta was firmly ensconced in the big apple.

According to Travolta's people, the file time stamp shows the picture was taken at 4:30 PM. The second picture was taken at 5:21 PM -- both on January 16, 2012.

We could not confirm whether the times on the files were EST or PST. If it's PST, it would be theoretically possible -- though difficult -- for Travolta to have flown across the country and made the fitting.

Travolta's people tell us ... the pictures were part of a fitting session for his upcoming movie, "Killing Season."

And Travolta's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ he has proof his client was not only in NYC on January 16, but he was there the day before as well.

Accusers' Lawyer Says
More Masseurs Will Sue

Exclusive

The lawyer for the 2 masseurs suing John Travolta for sexual assault says other masseurs have come forward with similar stories and some of them will join the lawsuit.

Okorie Okorocha, who reps John Doe #1 and John Doe #2 (he says he's kept their true identities secret because they're victims of sex crimes) claims he tried settling the case involving Doe #1 discretely, telling Travolta's lawyers they could go to a private judge and keep everything confidential, but he says they shut him down.

050912_lawer1

Okorocha also says Travolta's lawyer, Marty Singer, is off base when he says Travolta was not in L.A. on January 16 -- the date the first incident allegedly occurred.  Okorocha says during their initial discussions, Travolta's lawyers conceded the actor was in L.A. on the date in question.

That Masseur

Exclusive

John Travolta
was 2,475 miles from L.A. the day a masseur claims the actor sexually assaulted him at a Beverly Hills hotel -- and TMZ has obtained photographs which his people say will prove it.

We're told the photos were snapped January 16th in NYC. Travolta sources say they have proof positive of the location and date of the photos -- New York, January 16.

The photos could torpedo the case of John Doe #1, an unidentified male masseur who filed suit against Travolta for allegedly grabbing his penis and scrotum the very same day ... during a massage session at the 90210 hotel.

And there's more ...  a receipt from a meal Travolta ate at Mr. Chow in New York ... also on January 16th (below).

0508_john_travolta_receipt_nyc
The bill totaled $382 and the tip was $100 -- the kind of generous tip for which Travolta is known. We've confirmed Travolta ate the meal at Mr. Chow.

Another masseur filed suit against Travolta yesterday, claiming the actor tried to grab his penis during a massage session on January 28th in Atlanta. The same lawyer is handling both cases.

Travolta's attorney Marty Singer calls both lawsuits "absurd and ridiculous."
