Turns out what
Brooke Mueller really wanted ... what she really, really wanted ... was
Mel B's house -- because TMZ has learned she just bought it and moved in last week. Zigazig ah!
Sources close to Brooke tell TMZ she plunked down $3.3 million for the Tarzana home that the Spice Girl bought back in 2009. We're told Brooke has been looking for a place since she got out of rehab and wanted a place that was outside of the Hollywood scene.
According to our sources, Brooke put down the money for the 5 bedroom, 8 bathroom house herself -- and didn't get any of the money from ex
Charlie Sheen.
Sometimes if you want your future, you need to forget your past.

Mel B's fetus made it VERY clear -- he or she is READY to leave the womb ... because the Spice Girl arrived to an L.A. hospital this morning looking like she's ready to pop!!!
Flanked by her hubby,
Stephen Belafonte and a bodyguard ... Mel arrived to the hospital before the sun came up.
The 36-year-old -- who's about to give birth to her 3rd child -- went on the radio yesterday and declared, "It's coming out this week, one way or another it's coming out this week."
Mel B's booty shaking -- on the Las Vegas strip and in exercise videos -- just got her sued by a company looking for a share of her financial pie.
BMEDIA filed the lawsuit today against Mel, her husband
Stephen Belafonte, and their business partners for fraud and breach of contract.
According to the suit -- filed in L.A. County Superior Court -- BMEDIA struck a deal in 2008 to invest in upcoming Mel B projects to the tune of $500,000. In the docs, the company claims it was assured -- by team Mel -- that she had concerts, producers, and an album lined up that would reap big money.
In the suit, BMEDIA claims team Mel bailed on their deal and instead went on to perform nearly nude in "
Peep Show" at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas and make her "
Totally Fit: Mel B" exercise vid. BMEDIA thinks it contractually deserves a cut of those moneymakers, according to the suit.
BMEDIA is suing for a big chunk o' change -- its $500 grand investment plus interest, and the 12.5% cut it says it was promised in the original deal.
Calls to Mel's rep have not been returned.
A guy claims he received a beating at the hands of
Mel B, hubby
Stephen Belafonte, and someone who worked for them -- and he thinks it's a case of mistaken paparazzo.

Amado Aguirre claims in a lawsuit he was just doing his job last December as a real estate appraiser ... taking pictures of a home he was hired to appraise, when Mel B., Belafonte and a guy named Amin Zahedi thought he was a celeb photog. Aguirre claims the trio intimidated and physically injured him, breaking his hand and causing neck and back injury.
Aguirre wants $350,000 in general damages, $35,000 in medical expenses, $100,000 for loss of future earnings, and a cool $1 mil in punitives.
He also wants $10 for lost earnings. Guess real estate appraising doesn't pay what it used to.
Pussycat Dolls founder
Robin Antin, 48,
Leona Lewis, 24,
Mel B, 34, and
Natasha Bedinfield, 28, all showed up to the same event in Vegas the other day.

Question is ...
Former "
Dancing with the Stars" contestant
Mel B. is in the running to fill Samantha Harris' open spot as co-host of the show ... sources tell TMZ.

We've learned Scary -- season five's second place winner behind Helio Castroneves -- was invited to the studio yesterday for a screen test.
If Scary ends up getting the job ... let's hope they make her wear those ridiculously skimpy outfits again.
Supercuts must have had a 2-for-1 special, because
Spice Girl Melanie Brown and her adorable
Eddie Murphy daughter have matching $12 punk 'dos.
Mel B and little Angel Iris showed off their
scary weaves in L.A. on Tuesday.
If you wannabe my daughter, you gotta get with a shaved head.
Ginger,
Scary,
Sporty and
Baby Spice reunited for dinner in London on Wednesday, minus one
Victoria Beckham.

Four out of five
Spice Girls recommend tipping their server at every meal.
Here's former Spice Girl
Mel B at an event in London Wednesday (
left) -- and
Princess Diana of Themyscira, aka
Wonder Woman, from DC Comics (
right).

One of 'em knows the real meaning of "Girl Power."
We're just sayin'!

If you wannabe
Mel B.'s business partner, you better not allegedly screw her out of a bunch of money ... cause she won't think twice about suing the pants off you.
According to a new lawsuit,
Scary Spice and her husband
Stephen Belafonte are suing a guy named
Dan Catullo for $7 million -- after they say a big business deal with him went real sour real fast.
Scary and Stephen claim they tried to join forces with Catullo in 2008, by setting up a company to profit off Scary's "music, touring, merchandising [and] public appearances."
The couple claims Catullo not only backed out of the $2 million deal, but that he also defrauded her in a number of ways ... including forging Scary's signature on a financial document.
Scary and Stephen are suing Catullo for $7 million for fraud, breach of contract and a number of other alleged offenses.
